This is an older Big lots in an older shopping center but it was great. Steph was amazing and helpful and I did find everything I needed. Be careful in the parking lot because idiot drivers will run you over.

Prices are okay, but don't expect anyone to answer questions about furniture. We wanted to know what areas they made deliveries to in the area, and what they had in stock. Waited more than 20 minutes, then another 10 minutes after the front counter "paged someone" before we gave up and left.

Great place to get garden items at low price. I was able to find a flex 25 foot hose not available anywhere else. Also round hanging flower holders.

Always enjoy shopping at big lots. They have some good finds. We did alot of last minute gifts here. Guy checking us out even helped me hide and pay for stuff so my grandson couldnt see lol.

Went in to get a new vent mount for my cellphone... they had deleted my product. After quite a bit of looking never located what I needed. Left without any purchases. After 30 years of shopping, my Big Lots relationship is over.

Used to carry lots of good stuff that you couldn't find elsewhere, all at good prices. As far as I can see, they've mostly replaced that with higher priced, lower quality stuff. There's really no reason for me to ever go back.

Before pandemic store was great, drive from Palestine to shop so I check online if they have it. So nothing on shelf, none of the associates want to put any effort into helping me including the manager get just tell me it may be in the back but no one wants to get it so much for wasted gas and time out of my day! Just close the store if no one cares, just close it!!!!

One of my favorite stores. A lot of niche food and electronics. I buy everything from headphones to bedsheets. This only got 4 stars because of my last two experiences. Staff was very friendly, but they only had 1 cashier when I went to check out. At least 10 people in line. It took me 20 minutes to get through the line. The only reason it was that short is because I called the loss prevention guy over to radio for some more help. Lots of employees walked by and saw the line, but nobody stepped in. Again, friendly staff, and great products... Just prepare to wait.

Went in just to show my grandson what the store was. He found several things in electronics that he wanted. I looked at the sofas and then I found the perfect birthday gift for my daughter's upcoming birthday at a remarkable price. The store was clean and well organized. I especially liked that the cashier would announce over the PA when a customer contributed to a charity the store was supporting. She would ring a cowbell and yell yahoo...it was very cute

Best experience ever at this location. My Mom and me, were extremely surprised and thankful for Alex, the young man that helped us load a Christmas tree. He went above and beyond as an employee. He made both our day. Love him

Went to get a few Halloween decorations, they have nothing. Christmas stuff is out but nothing much for Halloween in terms of decorations. Customer service was nice though. The guy who checked us out was very friendly.

Very rude employees. My husband and I went in to search for a specific toy for our son but they did not have it. We decided there was nothing else we needed and headed for the exit. Apparently there is an area leading to the exit you are not allowed to walk through, which is fine, but it was handled very badly. A male employee was near by and couldn't simply say "I'm sorry you can't exit that way," instead he basically lunged at my husband with whatever he was carrying and shoved at him, telling him he couldn't go that way. We will never shop at this location again if this is the kind of treatment we can expect.

If I need something specific and can't find it anywhere else. I check Big Lots 9 out 10 they will have what I am looking for. The employees are always nice if you can't find it they will help you find it. Holiday Decor is my 1 stop shop first. Keep up the great work.

The store just seemed lacking in more than a few areas. The staff was just kinda humdrum and the other shoppers just really put me off. Wouldn't mind to see them somewhere else. The check out line reminded me of the line at a carnival. The disorienting sight of it made abandon everything I had picked up and put into my buggy. And the watch dog lady at the door noticed this, and I saw it coming... Sir! May I see your receipt? Lady I didn't buy anything and I didn't come in here with a bag to stash anything in. But before you even ask, my pockets are open.

I was visiting from out of town & it had been years since I have entered a Big Lots. EVERY WORKER in this store was VERY polite and I had at least 5 employees ask me if they could help me find items. They were ALL extremely nice.If I am back in Tyler - I will stop by this store again.The store was also clean, stocked & well maintained - BUT the employees were the best part of my visit.I usually shop at Dollar General & Family Dollar - SO I WAS IN AMAZED BY ALL OF THE GREAT SERVICE AT BOG LOTS. Massive change in what I was getting from dollar stores.I WISH I HAD A BIG LOTS DOWN THE STREET.Your a wonderful company - EXPAND....
