Super friendly and caring staff! They treated my girl with the utmost respect and care. I was able to go online and get an appointment on the same day, which was a major PLUS for me and my fur baby! The location was very convenient and easy to get to. I have most definitely found the perfect place to take my sweet Coco Taylor! They even reached out after our visit to see if she was doing better and to see if they could be of assistance in any other way. That was greatly appreciated! I would recommend this animal center to anyone in need of quick and reliable service for their loved one! The service was EXCEPTIONAL from check-in to check-out! Thanks again for getting my Coco Taylor in and taking care of her!😊

We always have a wonderful experience. Our dog is happy to see the staff as soon as we walk in, and the medical care is top notch.Update 3/28/24Our dog started throwing up and experiencing intestinal issues a few days ago. She became sick very quickly and they were able to get her in almost immediately.By the time we got there, she had thrown up all over the back of our car. The staff was so understanding; they took Leah right away and gave me paper towels and a trash bag so I could clean up the car while I was being checked in. They are compassionate, understanding and professional. They did a full work up on our fur baby and sent her home with medicine that had her back to normal in a matter of days.I would recommend the vets and staff to anyone who wants a personalized experience and expects their pet to be treated like family.

We took our two mini schnauzers to Animal Medical Center last week to be groomed. I gave them a picture of what we would like and Emily did a great job on both even though one can be more difficult. Plus, as she cleaned/clipped the ears on the other, she noticed that they might be infected. After contacting me, the doctor checked and confirmed there was infection and we came home with two nicely groomed dogs and eardrops for one. The pricing was reasonable. Thank you Animal Medical Hospital for a positive experience!

My dog had been sick for two months. My localvet had not been able to provide an explanation for her illness. I took my girl to Dr Laura Cauthen for an evaluation. Dr Cauthen reviewed her medical records and performed a physical assessment. Dr Cauthen was able to provide me with the information I needed in a direct, kind, and compassionate manner. The entire staff at Animal Medical Center of Tyler were friendly, kind, and caring. I would highly recommend.

I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy! He is now 9 years old & treated so well here. The staff is great about taking care of any concerns I have. Additionally, Emily always does the best job of grooming him! He absolutely adores her & always comes home happy & handsome. We love Animal Medical Center of Tyler!

My dog, Minnie, had a horrible cough and runny nose. Thank goodness I brought her in to see Dr.Neely. She treated her for an upper respiratory infection with cough medicine and an antibiotic and the next day, Minnie was back to her old self, running circles through the house and playing with our cat like normal. I can’t say enough for how grateful we are for AMC of Tyler!

I was having a problem with my Cane Corso and I stupidity showed up at the wrong vet office. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. They went ahead and got me an appointment for immediately but even called the other vet's office to let them know. The veterinarian and lady in the treatment room were amazing and even got in the floor to treat my girl. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience

AMC was our Bonnie’s vet for many years. They saw her through congestive heart failure, kidney disease, collapsing trachea, pancreatitis and all the regular checkups, vaccinations and grooming. Plus a couple events of chocolate consumption!Just a few short weeks ago it was time to say good bye to our sweet fur baby after almost 17 years. Dr. Cauthen made sure there was adequate time to walk us through that dark day.I’m sure one day we’ll be ready for another doggo. And we will absolutely take that doggo to AMC!Thank you, again, to the entire staff for handling sweet Bonnie Blue with dignity and love!

I had a very unusually medical case with my newest Great Dane puppy. Both Dr. Neely and Dr. Cauthen went above and beyond to ensure my Penny had the best treatment and best possible outcome! Penny went from being completely lame and unable to walk to walking and thriving again! Fantastic Veterinarians that truly listen and gather every detail possible in order to piece together the most difficult puzzles. The staff is just as great! From the front desk girls to the techs. They helped me every single time with my rather large puppy and toddler! All of my pets are now established at Animal Medical Center of Tyler and I could not be more happy the my experiences!

I highly recommend Celeste for your pet's grooming needs. My 16- year old Aussie had arthritic joints and had to be handled carefully.Celeste treated her with such gentleness and care.Because our Sissy napped a lot during the day, Celeste recommended a shorter hair cut for her so she wouldn't mat up.Celeste always brought out a clean, happy dog to us, in the waiting room. And, she always put a colorful bandana on her. The whole experience at Animal Medical Center was very positive.

Dr.Laura Cauthron and her staff at Animal Medical Center of Tyler are tremendous. Their kind and caring spirit is obvious every time we take our boys in for check ups or grooming. And speaking of grooming “Miss Emily” is the best, she takes care of our Charlie and Durango as if they were her own. Love this place and can not recommend them enough. My dog actually gets excited to go. Until going to AMC he freaked out anytime we came near a vet. They do excellent grooming services and the happiness my dog gets in showing off his bandana is well worth it.

The Animal Medical Center of Tyler has taken care of my chickens on multiple occasions. Dr. Neely is compassionate and caring. I've been taking my dog, Riley to AMC for several years. I appreciate all of the staff. Ellen is an excellent groomer. They always have a smile on their faces when I arrive. Riley requires sedation when he is groomed due to anxiety. They take great care of him for me.
