They always have what I need and my dog likes to look at the guinea pigs. If you are using the dog wash area, check the dryers, they run very cold.

I'm very very disappointed with the Tomball location. I went there last Sunday to pick up a few items for my cat. I got there 15 minutes before the store closed and it literally looked like the store was already closed. The store had all of the lights off already. The only reason that I found out the store was open was because I walked up to the door to verify if they were closed or not and the doors opened. I walked in and was greeted by a female Celsius who just said grab what you need because we're about to close. Of course all of the lights were out so I could not find anything on the shelves. I asked the mail associated in the front for assistance and he literally told me no he could not help me find a product because they are about to close. There was another female associate just leaning on a mop who looked like she just was not happy being there. Sadly three or four other customers came into the store after I did. Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything because of the poor service and went to a big box store and got my items. It's sad that the store is individually owned and operated because I really don't see it staying open very long with people like that running their stores. I really wish I had taken a moment to take pictures to upload but I'm sure the store manager or owners can look at their security cameras.

The employees are always helpful and the prices for my dog food are usually cheaper here as opposed to Petsmart. I also like that I can usually grab a ready made bag of crickets without asking for an associate's help.

Not only does your hours not match what google says they are, I drove 20 mins here and arrived at 8:05. Kid working the store gave me a “no” signal with his hands through the door. I tried to say “google says 8:30” and he turned around and walked away to finish mopping. I used this place exclusively until today. Amazon gained another customer today

I paid for a self wash for my Alaskan Malamute, i brought his own shampoo because he has extremely sensitive skin and I brought my own brush. I was even cleaning up his shedding coat as I was bathing him because he does have a lot of coat. As I was blow drying him I was asked to stopped because no treatments were allowed, I was never told what treatment was given. So he was still wet when I had to leave, I really hope he doesn’t get any hot spots from being still wet. But all I was told was this was per the owner, we’ve been there before without any issues. We’ll definitely have to find a different place to shop for my sweet boy. He didn’t even get to get a cookie like we normally do after his spa days.

Honestly better off going to the one on champion forest. This one never is stocked and the baths sometimes work. Associates at champion are way more helpfulI live 5 minutes closer to this one and tried it again today.If you live 5 minutes farther from another one…go there or any other pet store

They say you will love Pet Supplies Plus in Tomball, it's true because they will love on you too...they loved me... I kid you not! The lady ask about my dogs and knew what some of our needs where; then she gave me free samples for my babies. She took time to find me a coupon! Who does that? I love Pet Supplies Plus in Tomball and will go back!

This is the only place we buy our dog food now. We did use Amazon but the price kept varying and going higher so we tried Pet Supplies Plus almost a year ago and love thay we get coupons frequently in the mail and we love the rewards program since we spend so much a month on our furbabies' food. The staff is always nice and the owner is great as well whenever we have interacted with her.

Just moved into town and happened to stumble in here for a beta fish. Things escalated quickly and I ended up with a beta, snails, and some tetra haha. Employees are really nice and polite and they even have a rewards program that actually rewards you with nice 5-20$ off coupons. Also they had 50% off all fish when I went. Also went down the bird aisle and they had some great random deals on food and treats. Cheaper than online by far. I ended up losing a snail within the 14 days. Brought it back with a receipt to show them and I was credited the amount for the snail which I used to get some more tetra with instead. Amazing customer service and return policy. Give them a shot!

These folks are some of the nicest and most helpful people on the planet! I was having trouble getting my points to load so I could use a coupon and they went above and beyond to help me figure it out. Then they let my dog show off his tricks (he’s a real ham) and we’re so super friendly. This is my go to place for anything pet related. Great people, excellent customer service, and just a fun place to shop.

This is the best neighborhood pet supplies store in Tomball! I shop here in person and online, in store pickup option. Great prices and selection. They send coupons via email and paper mailers. The rewards program is awesome. I follow them on Instagram and they will post coupon codes on their account often. So many ways to save money and earn points!

Yesterday me and my friend an (ex employee) went to go shopping for supplies for our bearded dragons. And I had the worst experience. The owner called the store to talk to my friend and complain about coupons offered to the public! She treated her as if she was still an employee and talked to her rudely about us using coupons and I found it unprofessional as my friend went to the store as a paying customer. We spent an unnecessary 30 min at this store. And the experience made us leave without purchasing anything. I honestly will probably never buy anything from this location ever again. The owner really is hassle to deal with and there isn’t really a manger to even deal with when she’s out of the store. She missed out on about 400$ purchases as me, my friend (ex employee) and also we were purchasing supplies for one of my other friends a current employee while she was at her 2nd job. All over a 20 % discount code that any customer can find online.

We went in to get our three furrbabies some Christmas presents but were unsure of the store as this was our first time in one of these. That's where we found Alex, or maybe it's more appropriate to say that Alex found us... wondering the aisles; she helped us find the the purrfect gifts and then walked with us to the registers and checked us out. You see Alex is a cashier and was coming back from break. While others that were on the clock and "working" walked right by us, this young lady instinctively knew we needed help and answered that call. Great job Alex 🎉 🎆 I hope actual management at Pet Supply Plus reads these because from my perspective: she saw a need, took ownership of the situation, and followed it through to it's natural conclusion. This is the type of person and attitude that we need running this place!!

Very nice store. Not as crowded or corporate as a Petco or PetSmart. Small but various fish selection, plus rodents, birds and reptiles. All the supplies ya could ask for. We do not live here, visiting a friend but stopped in for pond fish. Very pleased. Just wish they had different overhead music ..those poor workers that have to listen to that all day!
