This is one of the nicest and well-kept DG's I've visited in DFW. The store is always neat and clean, with products stocked where they belong and stocked nearly. Associates are always friendly and helpful; they take their time to point you in the right direction and take you there and are always willing to check on inventory or process when you need assistance. Associates are always busy taking care of the store, sticking, cleaning, ringing you out, instead of standing around laughing or on their phones.

The only worker that causes problems there for me and my family is the kid named Matt with glasses. He is rude to me and my family and probably many other people who try to save money by couponing. I told him to put my stuff in a bag and he got mad and said “get the f out of here” and asked for my receipt and he said “so you can coupon some more”? I’m baffled how they let someone like this work here. He seems like he doesn’t want to work and will get ticked off if you digital coupon. I will be inquiring with the district manager and doing complaints because it has just gone too far with the harassment when shopping there. Another time I walked in and yelled “oh it’s you again the couponer” when I didn’t shop there in months. I have bad memory and check my sticky note at the register to remember what my items I need and he gets ticked off at that also.

The people who work there are rude, the colored hair old lady is the only nice and knowledgeable person who works there. The scrawny kid with glasses is the worst and he needs to be fired, he harasses people who use coupons from the DG app and He has a bad attitude towards them.

Some times the cashier was rude 😁😁. But this is the best dollar general. Cuz is clean and organized. we can find what we need fast and there is always someone to help. has several employees who are always there for what you need.

Almost always have everything in stock, my only issue is the printers for receipts. Never once have I been able to read my receipt clearly, the picture below is the “best” print I’ve received, (yes I can see it here, usually it looks blank). I’ve asked before if they could please replace the ink as there is no point in printing them if they’re not legible.

Staff is super friendly and helpful at all times. Unfortunately, the store is often times out of stock on items for a week or longer. As employees have no control over what is sent to them, it's not their fault. Just wish corporate would do a better job.

The staff was rude and didn't want to wait on me. When I complained to the manager he told me if I didn't like it I could shop else where. That happened twice. I will not ever shop there again.

I know its the dollar store but it would be nice if the cashier advised people of the dollar store app or at least had a sign at the register. There are some good offers on there to save money. I found it on my own but didn't want to hold the line up signing into it the first time.

I don’t know the girls name that works there, but she is a skinny Caucasian, short blonde haired girl that seemed like she really needed to be somewhere else than at work. She had such a bad attitude right from the start when I was at check out. She was short with me just bc I was ready to check out. I didn’t call for her while she was somewhere in the back. I just waited until she was done with everything. I did ask if my daughter and I could use the bathroom and she rudely told me someone was in there, and repeated it when we were just waiting our turn. Once we were done with the key, I brought it up to her and said here’s the key, and thank you. She said nothing took it and went back to looking on her phone. Very poor customer service.

This store just opened and its small compared to some, but it has all your essentials and then some. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't carry some things other DGs do
