My husband and I were in Lowe’s looking for a bathroom cabinet. Jarrett Sullivan came over to us and asked if he could help us( with a big smile and ready to assist us).He was awesome!!! He seemed to know the answers to all our questions.He got a big cart and put the cabinet on the cart for us and even took it to our car!! He went beyond his our needs, what a way to start our day at Lowe’s!! Thank you Jarrett.. blessings for helping us❤️

Good luck getting help to load lumber. Multiple employees in the area on a weekday afternoon ( store is empty) and nobody even offers help. Whoever runs this area is clearly doing the bare minimum. Product is always either not priced at all or inaccurately priced. It has been like this for months and months.

Worst Lowes ever! Really quite unbelievable. Every time I have gone, it’s been a very unpleasant experience. Had to go 10 extra miles to another one and it’s night and day. Will continue to drive 10 extra miles! Lazy incompetence is how I would describe this location. Store not stocked well either. I went to purchase a piece of glass and have it cut. The blade was needing replaced. Glass kept chipping. The employee said they had to call a service company to change it for them. Took it to League City location, their razor needed changing as well. They changed it, took care of it for me immediately.

Emma was very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional.I tried speaking to the store manager to share my experience, no one ever showed up. Thanks. We will just continue shopping at Home Depot. When is the insulation machine ever going to work? Or do they just put the sign to not rent it? Whatever the reason is? Clearly the store manager must not care. This is why my husband’s business continues to go to Home Depot, at least you get things done there! $12,585 dollar sale out the door! Do better Lowes!!

I went to the store and in Texas City and needed some outdoor lights. And this employee came up to me and was so polite and helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me out a great deal. Thank you Cedric M. Your help was much appreciated

Grayson and Dashawn were phenomenal! They helped me to look for a kobalt drill … after 30 mins of sincerely looking - they supposedly had 12 of them … finally found it! High on a shelf - had to get a ladder - and voila! Shop Lowe’s in Texas City - you’ll be glad you did!

Over helpful old lady at self checkout yesterday. Didn’t get to see her name but it was quite annoying. Made me feel like I was going to steal something and was acting like it was my first time scanning items at a store. Very condescending. Still 5 stars though.Edit: Came back again 2wks later, same old lady and same situation. Didn’t know she was the one doing the shopping today, should’ve paid for my item while she was at it.

Old woman was very rude to me at the self checkout. She walked up behind me and said "Don't press nothing on the screen just put your card in," I was at the self check out for less than a minute and was just checking if there was a phone number reward entry.

I was in the plumbing area when I asked a young lady named Laney if she could assist me. She was SO ugly and said she didn’t work at the store and only did administrative work for the store. When I politely asked her if she can get an associate to come help me she had a bad attitude and said “sure” and walked away. Very horrible customer service. I just decided to go to another location.

Rented a carpet cleaner. When I returned there was a very nice young man alone and very new. He could not figure out how to do the return and reached out to SEVERAL coworkers and was basically ignored. He requested assistance over the intercom. The leadership at the time did not respond for at least 15 minutes. The young man was more nervous as minutes ticked by. Finally the head cashier as identified by her badge came over. The two together figured out how to do the return. I was in the store over an hour just to return the cleaner. Come Monday I start receiving rude messages from someone at lowes advising they returned my whole deposit and that I needed to call and pay my balance. She calls again today. She tells me she needs my credit card to settle my bill. I told her it was not my problem they did something incorrectly. She proceeds to get nasty and tell me they will be sending me a certified letter and that I stole by not paying my bill. That law enforcement will be notified. I have receipts that they gave me. I stole nothing and this woman threatens me with law enforcement????Lowes train your people correctly!!! Do not leave people without proper training alone. The nasty one that threatened me should be fired. Then rental was $26 and she thinks its ok to threaten me and call me a thief. Not ok Lowe's.

I've got two things about this store that I really like. First, the hidden bathroom. If you're out in the garden center, you don't have to go all the way to the back of the store to get to a bathroom or water faucet. Just as you enter the store from the garden center, on your left, against the front wall, behind cans of bug spray, is a unisex restroom and water fountain. It says employees only above it but I've taken a sip out of the water fountain before. If I had a small child with me and they needed a sip of water or an emergency bathroom situation arises, it's there. Second, if you have to return anything, they have benches you can sit on while you wait.

Met the rudest store manager I have ever met in my life. Third visit in a row looking for a specific item. First time I couldn't get waited on, even after asking for help. Second time, I found the item I wanted, it was an outside item, so I went in and ask for someone to assist me outside. Went out and waited in the heat almost 30 minutes, went back in and asked again. 4 employees heard me and never came outside...I left. 3rd visit went for a different item they had advertised on sale in their add. Said it was in stock. I couldn't find it, asked for help. The "manager" Emma, came and looked, then said it was out of stock, I pulled up the ad on my phone and showed that it showed 7 in stock. I asked if maybe it could be in the back? She became belligerent, rude and loud. Too young and lazy to be a manager I'd say. I will never shop at Lowes again. Found everything I needed at a better price and with jelpful cheerful employees at Home Depot.

I will never ever ever return to this Lowe's I came in to buy two DeWalt cordless tools and I got what I was looking for put them in my car and I proceeded to do some more shopping but the man in the tool section had other ideas after he asked me for the third time if I needed help finding anything and I told him no they follow me around like buzzards and doggies my whole trip up and down every aisle and then the moment I walk away from my car to get a can of spray paint they take my card and take it all the way to the front to the customer service and they take the two cordless tools out of my basket they didn't tell me they took my car they just took it so I had to go hunt it down ask him for a bank and then he told me that I couldn't have the cordless tools in my buggy that when I was ready to check out I could get them at register 13 and after they took the two 99$ each cordless tools out of my cart they stopped following me they wouldn't even look at me after that I will never go to another Lowe's it was humiliating to say the least awful

This Lowe's is nice. They are organized and the staff is helpful. They have more staff than most which makes it easier to get help. The garden center looked nice and the Rosemary I bought looked better than what Kroger's sells for the same price. Pleasant experience.Update 2/20/24Still nice. Made keys at the kiosk. Was a little slow but easy to do.

This is one of my favorite Lowe's Home Improvement stores. Decent amount of staff for when you have a question or need help. The self check-out stations seem to work better than those at Home Depot right now. This store has a great selection of the Craftsman tools and other products from the line. The store does get busy, but generally parking is easy and it's not an issue trying to get out of the store in a reasonable amount of time. The La Marque and Texas City staff are very friendly. All sale items today were clearly marked with good signage, so there wasn't any guessing what the price was on any of the displays.

Always a great place to buy just about anything. I go here often because they are so clean and helpful. The store is always well stocked and aisles aren’t blocked like at HD. I prefer Lowe’s over all the home centers and have almost built a house with items from there.

I’ve in the past not been the biggest fan of Lowe’s. I guess marketing gets to me, and I’ve been acclimated to liking big orange buildings or something. I dunno.But Lowe’s is really close to my house, so I’ve been there several times in recent years. Specifically to this location. You can see I gave it five stars. Here’s why…One thing that really stood out to me and I really appreciate is, the one time I had a manufacturing issue with something I bought; the thing was defective. I walked in with it and my receipt, explained the issue, no further questions, they told me I can go get a new one. I love the simplicity of that. More things in life should be as simple as Lowe’s return and exchange policy.

I will never order from this place online or shop here again. I should of just wife in to get the 2 things we needed, while I’m at work. Online says be ready in about 3 hours, still says preparing your order. You can and they can’t even find the associate. Then order was supposedly ready, but when my wife got there they said they don’t have it in stock. So my wife asked them what do y’all have in stock, while she was waiting for them to see, the idiot at the counter canceled my order. You would think they would of waited to see if you wanted to upgrade. But no instead they want you to pay again for the more expensive item. So now im out almost $200, till it goes back on my card. What a joke this place is. Never coming back and i almost always go here. Home depot here we come and im bringing more customers
