Stopped by on my way home. Much nicer than the one in San Leon. Store seemed organized and employees helpful to assist. Noticed customer come in and one of the cashiers made sure to welcome customer in. Two cashiers were checking people out, no wait.

Staff not friendly...person behind register hardly spoke..i ask if that was all my bags kind of grunted. I know the had shipment but without customers would not need shipment. You all need to train people on customer service or send them to your hitchcock store to learn those people are awsome. Will not go in there again.

I was over charged for several product and when I brought it to the cashiers attention all she could do is said if it's that price it ring up when I told her no it was not she put her hands on her head and went to her phone and started playing on her phone instead of finishing my transaction I was very disappointed and I will never go in that store again besides the fact they had gotten a truck a couple of days ago it wasn't put up the store was covered in boxes and trash I will never go in there again

4:15 pm 8/28.We were out trying to find a store open, Needed to purchase some dog and cat food to donate to Dickinson animal shelter and the lady said she was the manager and she was closing her doors. There were still a few people in line and it would have only taken us a minute. The hand written sign on the door said-"sorry we close". We understand that there is flooding etc and they needed to close early , but , we were in need of emergency items and she did not seem to care. We did drive up the road to find another Dollar General that was open and did not seem to be closing early. We got what we Needed and got it back to the shelter before the rain started again.

They have been totally out of cokes like three different times, and they stopped selling four items that I bought every month. There is one young lady cashier there that is so rude. Now I only go there if I'm in a hurry and only need a couple of things.

Score was disorganized and the cashier was miserable ti deal with. I thought she was talking to me until she pointed to her ear. She was in a personal call during my entire check out.

Like all dollar general they are little crowd with how much they keep on floor but the cashier was awesome wish I could remember his name he had pink hair and he was the sweetest guy and he brighten my day I wished more places had people like him

This Dollar General was ok. Although, the store was packed with merchandise. So much so, it was hard navigating a basket through the various rows. But, I found what we came here for. So we were pleased.

Cluttered and they never seem to have any of the sale items im looking for, even when I am there at opening on the first day the sale starts. When you ask its alway, well, it might be on the truck but we havent had time to unload it or well, it might be on Tuesdays truck, we dont know.

Supposedly closes at 11pm according to the web. Get there the sign says till 10pm. I show up at 9:47 and they had the doors locked. Not cool

This store is a mess and half the lights are out. It feels almost post apocalyptical in there. Wouldn't be so bad if all the lights were on and it was cleaned up a bit

As usual I enjoyed browsing. It is possible to find items that are "dead ringers" for things you see in fancy catalogs and on tv at a much less expensive cost!
