I've personally never had a memorably bad experience. Most of the employees have always been upbeat and knowledgeable in their area. Most are kids that enjoy working with or around animals, and will help others where they can. I have many different pets from cats to snakes. I have bought online and picked up and I have gone inside to purchase. Both have been pleasant and painless experiences. I do not require training or grooming, so I cannot rate those areas.We bought a ball python (1/2022) and king snake (12/2021). We bought a bearded dragon (2/2023). All are still doing well.

We are looking for a new pet so I decided to stop by PetSmart. They have so many different kinds of animals to choose from and are very friendly. I really enjoyed seeing all the different kinds of animals they have. Warms my heart to see how much they care about their animals.

I went into PetSmart to pick up some guinea pigs and the store employee working in the fish section came over and helped me immediately and got me my two little piggies. She was very friendly and knowledgeable everything I needed before I checked out cashier was really friendly. All employees that I came across were very friendly and helpfuland I left happy with two healthy little guinea pigs.

Absolutely terrible job with grooming. We literally have to take our dog to someone else to fix the mess. We also paid for teeth cleaning which didn't happen because his breath is like it was when we took him in.

Brought my dog to PetSmart two months in a row for a bath and brush and get his claws trimmed. Both times his claws were not clipped. This is now month TWO that his claws are having to go untrimmed due to people in the grooming dept. not knowing how to control a dog when it comes time for the claws to be clipped, if you don’t want to do your job right then find another job to do because clearly this is not for you. I will be finding another groomers for my dog. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Markayla was awesome, but I was not happy with the time management. Lexi had an appointment at 12:15 pm and at 4:00 I came in and she still wasn't finished and they had all the different dogs they were working on. I still had to wait another 45 minutes. mine should have been done. What was the purpose of an appointment. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

absolutely love the texarkana petsmart.lauren g & the other groomers made my boy’s first full haircut a breeze! they all were so kind and helpful. Cricket was so happy & excited that i couldn’t even get a good after picture! that just shows me how well they did and made him feel special. cricket & i definitely will be coming back for his next grooming appointments. i would highly recommend Lauren G. & the other lovely groomers!! ❤️

I placed an order online last week. When I tried to call to set a pick up time no one answered. I called 3 times with no answer. Then I went online & it says "Out of stock" so I called today & she said they may get more fri. This is unacceptable. Very bad experience

The grooming here is nice and my dogs have always left feeling good and looking good. Its the checkout at the front that earns them a 3 star for me. They take entirely to long to check people out. Most of my visits are spent waiting in line.

Got my dog just a couple of months ago and have been in this store 3 or 4 times. Each and every time the folks working here have been phenomenal. These people like their jobs and it shows, especially since they tell me they do.We are always greeted and have received some good recommendations on various products. Offers to help carry stuff to our vehicle and load it, this past Sunday by a women half my size.We will be back.

UPDATE!!! Beth has moved to the new and beautiful Pet Supplies Plus!! It is just off the 287 hwy Take Kennedale/Sublet exit....next to the big new Kroeger grocery store. YES...we are going to follow her to her new location. SHE'S THAT GOOD!!! Best groomer in the state! Beth has groomed my dogs for years. Why? Because my sweet little Sarah Jane can't wait to go see her....Yes, when we pull up in the parking lot, Sarah Jane starts jumping up and down.Then, she pulls me through the store, straining on her leash to run to the grooming salon to visit Beth. Sarah loves loves loves BETH! I have never had such loving service and Sarah Jane and Stella adore their Beth. I never have to worry about my precious poodles..💕

This location has a great dog training instructor. Danielle is the best! She’s so good with every puppy/dog and teaches valuable information/commands that help in the long run. I would recommend anyone to do pet training with Danielle at Pet Smart. The different levels of training helps a lot so that way you can see your pet advance no matter what stage. It’s an awesome feeling overall! Would do it all over again☺️

I come here often and the associates are always super helpful and willing to answer any questions I may have about my pets. Only giving 4 stars because there’s been a few times I went for crickets & a customer had supposedly bought all of them. So I then have to wait another 2 days for their next delivery.

I went to this store on two different occasions looking for the thrive water filters for my aquatic turtle tank. Both times this store did not have what I want. Thrive is exclusive to PetSmart and can only be purchased here. They do not keep it in stock. This is disturbing in that I spent $60 for the decorative filter basking rock and cannot get the filters for it.

Pet training at this PetSmart location has been a much needed investment. Danielle is awesome with all dogs and is so patient. She knows exactly what she’s doing. Anyone who wants to train their pet there’s a course for each level. Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, even one on one and more. If your thinking about affordable pet training I would recommend reaching out to Danielle in PetSmart because it’s worth it.

Clean store and well stocked pet supplies, however not as many fish or small animals available on our visit. The high prices of supplies and fish is a major drawback and the reason for only 3 stars

I wish I could give more stars! Danielle is amazing, and I just finished puppy class with my Great Dane. This class did wonders with him, and I cannot recommend it strongly enough, especially if you have a big dog. We are already signed up for the Intermediate class. Thank you for such a great experience for both me and my pup!

Thank you for being so helpful. I was recently in, looking for a product to help with my cat, he has been very itchy and scratching his fur off his ear. After finding out it was not fleas I needed a solution your staff was pleasant, easy to talk to and your customers are as well thank you I will be back.
