Terrible. Was charged for a membership after not being told there would be a charge. When I asked for a refund the supervisor was rude. I just wanted a refund and I was treated like it was my fault for not knowing that the membership cost yearly. I was not told. I could get over not being told of a charge and getting a refund, but being treated like it was my fault and i should have just known was not nice.

Was looking to find books for a first grade reader. There is no rhyme or reason to how the books are categorized. Really really had to hunt books to suit her reading ability

Zero stars. Went to get a coffee and was denied when my blood sugar was low & it was a crisis unexpectedly as I’m hypoglycemic. Left so pissed off & luckily I had a ride home for the emergency. The most heartless barista she should be fired for negligence. They weren’t even closed she was just being lazy with her job & didn’t want to serve me. Will never be back.

It's just like Barnes & Noble only difference is nicer customer service. Check out Red rising by pierce brown. My favorite series, and they were advertising it on an endcap.

Wide variety of the manga I like! Friendly clean atmosphere. Great sales & the staff is always very helpful & friendly. Must try Joe Muggs Cafe that they have inside! We got a Fruit Smoothie & Frappe That Shall Not Be Named. Both were delicious!

We walked into Books A Million. I was quite impressed with the section of books, games, gifts and other novelties that the store contained. It is as nice as a Barnes and Noble bookstore. It even had a coffee shop inside. The store was well organized and clean.

I went in looking for the "Black Margined" Fourth Wing! They had the book but, not that version. The guy at the Front Desk was very informative.

Pretty wide selection of books and games and cool collectibles. Only complaint was it was a ghost town. No employees were around for us to ask where things were at (it was fairly late but they weren't about to close for another couple of hours). Also at the Joe's coffee, there was this guy complaining to me about how I'm gonna be his last customer of the night and he is closing down in 10 minutes. Like ok dude I still want coffee lol

I remember when this place opened. It was great, it was busy all the time. Now, not so much. BAM has a great selection, but it has become a bit lackluster over the years. Maybe everyone's pandemic paranoia caused this. Hopefully it will turn around.

Absolutely amazing staff! Mark is always on his A Game being the best at what he does and goes above and beyond when I’m looking for a certain hard to find book. Store is always super clean, Coffee is always made with care, and huge book selection.

Good stuff there, if we’re not talking about the books. They never have what I need and when they do it’s overpriced. Got scammed into a membership with a gift card that I didn’t notice only lasted a week. Staff is amazing though. Save time and $$$ and shop online. If you must browse, snap photos on your phone and buy online from small bookstores. 2nd star is for the great staff only.

This Books A Million is 3 times the size of the one I am.use to going to! Excellent selections for books, games and they even have used movies! I always approve of coffee shops in book stores, it reminds me of Hastings! We will be returning 100%. We loved every minute of the exploration.

I visit this establishment quite often, I have noticed that alot of the packages are empty and when I come across them I turn them in immediately of course, but you think these isles get looked at and organized more by the employees? I love the coffee they serve here it's amazing I prefer black coffee, even settled for a cold cup at closing aha, I've even tried their sweet treats with so many exotic desserts it's always hard to choose, iv only ever really encountered a single bad experience here and that was when I went to the restroom and as I was about to wash my hands I noticed the soap box that goes in the dispenser was just lying their out of it's case, I easily figured out how to open the dispenser and put it back in and it wasn't really an trouble but again why are the employees not keeping up with this stuff, or better yet how did an employee not know how to put a soap box into a dispenser when it took myself all of 2 seconds to find the button to open it....it's off but it's a very quaint store with an amazing coffee shop inside!

Books-A- Million is my home away from home. The staff is always friendly and very helpful! I love the Cafe and the limited time offers they usually have throughout the year and I love the way they promote things throughout the year like the Coffee for the Troops program and their book and toy drives for local schools and the orphanage in Texarkana!

I like BAM. Everyone is always very friendly and it's easy to find what you're looking for since the books are alphabetized within each section. (The coffee is always fantastic as well. Starbucks who?) It's a good place for small gifts or Christmas stocking stuffers as well.

I have had a very good experience at Books a Million. Not only do they have a very good selection of books, but they also have a very good selection of used DVDs. The DVDs are priced at about $4.00 each. That's hard to beat in this area. Anyone that likes to watch DVDs should go check this out.People there are very helpful too.
