I have been taking our lab mix rescue who is 2 for her bath and deshedding for over a year now and Piper and Paul’s groomers take time with her and she hasn’t been afraid to go back with them. When they come get her from the lobby she happily goes with them. That speaks volumes for me. I would highly recommend!

I use to love this place. (I’ve been going there since 1/2023 and have a routine of visiting every4-6 weeks per their recommendation) I would recommend it as often as the opportunity presented itself. After our service today the owner addressed me in a way that lacked tact and honesty it made me feel scolded almost as if she was too comfortable -I would go as far to assimilate it as if she was talking to one of her children. I can go on and on into the details, but at the end of the day it’s about how you make people feel..I left feeling completely disoriented and no desire to schedule another appointment

Very professional staff. Located downtown- really convenient spot to drop off and pick up. These are professional groomers.They take time to ask questions about your pet. I was extremely impressed and will definitely be going back.

I took my 5 month old Australian Labradoodle to Piper and Paul for her first grooming appointment ever. I had instructions from the breeder, but no actual “measurements” for length. They did an amazing job with little puppy and we will definitely be back! Very affordable too time and effort they put in to getting these pup fresh, clean, and looking good! Definitely check them out if you are in the area!

Stacy is amazing! She was very receptive when we arrived. The facility is clean and dog inviting. We have 2 toy schnauzers and Stacy knew exactly what they needed. My girls aren’t always comfortable when it come to grooming, (even though they have only been to two) so when we walked in and were greeted like family, it made the girls feel comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Piper and Paul and will definitely make this our family groomer. Thank you Stacy for being available.

Pepper and Paul charged me $167 to have my golden doodle groomed the last time I her there was in November it was $110 but in between those months she had been groomed by another groomer, which did a pretty good job and was closer to my home but I noticed that my dog like going to Pepper and PAUL but she will not be going there again because they charge me $167 for a full full groom

We were nervous about taking our small dogs to get groomed at a new place, but they exceeded our expectations. It was an easy drop off with the welcoming owner and her son was warm and friendly as well. They did a great job with their haircuts, paw trim and teeth brushing. Our dogs were happy and looked great!

We were very pleased with the grooming of our boy Loki. He looked younger when he came out. We are getting older and it is getting harder to bathe the dogs. My wife who is hard to please, was very pleased. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy

Great place to take your pets. So living and compassionate with an eye for details. I didn't know exactly what I wanted so they said they would take care of it. And my Hazel was so perfect when I picked her up. Definitely will be going back.

We are regulars now! We bring our Cavapoo and always take very good care of him! They also don’t take very long and are not too expensive. I give the 4 stars as we took our husky and they didn’t brush her good enough so I stopped bringing her in. I understand that huskies are probably on the harder side as she’s stubborn and old. But we will definitely be bringing our little puppy in all the time!

**Update - I now take my giant dogs (110# St. Berdoodle and a Great Pyrenees) to them and could not be more impressed with the professionalism, the genuine caring and attention to detail. Extremely pleased.Brought in a rescue dog today that had a lot of kennel anxiety. Even though he was showing some signs of aggression, they were very patient with him. They called and informed me, so I went back to help get him out of the kennel and once I introduced him to everyone, he was fine. They did an amazing job and were incredibly kind and understanding. Extremely impressed with their professionalism!

This place is absolutely amazing they were able to fit my two pups into their schedule for grooming their customer service is absolutely wonderful they offer just about everything for your pet. They sell doggy clothes as well I highly recommend you give this establishment a try.

Great groomer! She has groomed our Shih Tzu twice now and Kono looked beautiful each time! They have an all natural shampoo that they use and it smells wonderful. Their customer service is impeccable and they even sell dog clothes that are so cute.
