I came here for a fiter. Showed them a picture they brought me the filter. I got to browse cute stuff, pet a dog and then check out with friendly staff! Then they helped me load my car! I'll be back again and again! ❤️❤️❤️

Tracy was amazing ! Thank you for helping me get the “Sherwin-William Natural Choice” paint match for the walls my boys went Picasso on! 😅 Tracy made me feel rreal welcomed in the store (didn’t get that same feeling at another hardware store in town ☹️) and went above and beyond walking me through paint supplies that I could use to touch up our walls in our new house!!

Let's call this the little store with a big heart. In actuality they carry a huge line of hardware and lumber as well as a large selection of paint and electrical supplies. Plumbing...they got it. Also a large selection of home decor. A great place to just "stop and shop"!!

Do NOT come here for paint. Iv been here 5 times trying to get paint and Tracy is extremely unhelpful and rude. Why they even have I paint department is beyond me because they have absolutely no experience or expertise in paint. They don’t have a competent person to run the paint department.

Moss hardware store always has what what I need, for whatever project I'm doing, it is always in stock, it's always easy to get to and if I need assistance when I walk in, it is offered to me right then and there, that is such a friendly atmosphere in the small town. Great store great people great value. It's a Hardware Store in it's truest sense

They give good advice and were the only people in town who could cut a working replacement key for my car (everyone else had failed because of how worn down the key was). Good no-nonsense kinda place. Good brands.

I love this store and so does my husband! Every time I go, the staff is so kind and very knowledgeable; they are always willing to help and give the best advice! They aren't trying to sell you something you don't need, they actually try to help you, imagine that! They have a really cute home accessories section too, almost everything you could want. Great Store!

I hope this is a rare occurrence. I stopped in today, 12-5-2020, to get a key made. The young lady at the register told me to go on back and someone would be there shortly. 15 minutes later I went to ask again, she apologized and said yes sir I'll get someone right there to help you. 15 minutes later I left. If you're to busy at least tell me and I would understand, but please don't ignore me.

Everyone there is SUPER welcoming !!! Go check them out. I promise they wont let you down. In the back section they have a setup called "Cheerful Giver" scents where you will smell some scents that will take you some where else !!!

Nice always friendly truly the home town hardware store. Went in there today to get 2 remote keys I bought off Amazon cut, and they actually cut them for 2.50 each saving me tons of money from going to the dealership
