Placed an order back in Oct 2021 and have yet to receive the bag.I have reached out on numerous occasions - approx. 5 -6 times to either find out the status of the order or to have a full refund.Nobody has returned my emails or phone messages.I will definitely not be shopping with this company again.

I am stunned that i haven't destroyed my purse by over-stuffing it many times, dropping it, hanging it, letting my dog sit on it. But it just keeps on taking the abuse. Even the zipper has stayed intact. The leather looks better as it ages!. I particularly like the style of bag i have: large with double straps, a zippered center and two side areas. It is not only beautifully tooled, but comes in different colors, mine being lime green and aqua. i will never buy another brand again.
