Never anyone at the register, and the little squeaker toy they use to get employees attention aren't even there half the time. On top of that, the guy working there (manager i think)seems to have issues with white people.

The guy from the register was being sarcastic I told him that I wanted to use the digital cupons and he said “ok? And what about it?” And then a lady Inforont of us laughed

Prices are higher at the register being rung up than the price displayed on the shelf. First informed the cashier so it could be changed. Returned for another visit, still same price on shelf. Bought a different item as well price higher on my receipt than shelf price. I'm not coming back if this is the way you do business!

Very neat and average friendly nothing over the top. Pretty ridiculous that it closes at 9 PM every day. The only place open in town (including now gas stations) Walmart. So if I need a last minute item in a hurry it is very inconvenient for me. It should be open at least to 10 on weekends. Anyway. Like I said. Everything is pretty average including customer service.

Great friendly staff. Good selection of brand name, and private label items. Great sales that offer better savings on select items. I would recommend this store for anything from cold beer/wine, cigarettes, household items, all the way to a diverse food selection.

This location does NOT practice social distancing. The manager allows it and during a time such as this when distancing is critical, why is it not enforced? Why shouldn't the rules apply to this location?However, Customer service is good.

Two stores...one in Taylor. and one in Hutto. Neither one will ever give an elder disabled person a hand with heavy groceries....no matter how many times i beg. .they fill the flimsy bags with the heaviest items together, making it a sure bet that the milk will fall to the ground when the bag breaks! And a hand with the door and lifting the overweight bags into my car. Really. I spend about 250.00 worth...at least..each month because HEB is so far and i have to struggle to get through there. Also..many of the items i really need are all too often sold out at YOUR store or rarely in stock...wasting my time.. Now you tell me...if you were me..would YOU return to your store?

Passing thru Taylor on my way to Volleyball game. I had a few minutes to spare, so I dropped in to look for bargains. This is the cleanest, best stocked, organized and friendly employees, that I have ever encountered at a Dollar General store.

I had a nice shopping experience here in Taylor TX at this Dollar General. Unlike the Dollar General in Rockdale a person can not walk thru the store with out having to move boxes & such. It's just soo CLUTTERED.

Taylor Dollar General was messy. Not clean at all. Junk in aisles. Empty shelves. Too long in line. Smelled bad as well.

never have both registers open but you see a bunch of employees who ignore the customers and the fact that the register line goes from one end of the store to the other end of the store.Need to train and implement backup register with your training!!!!

Tried calling multiple times someone answers phone and doesn't speak then hangs up. Is the qualifications of getting hired here to be a mouth breather

We go here ALL THE TIME! Best store for snacks and drinks. Get anything for cleaning . Affordable and well stocked. Freaindly staff.

This store has a problem with restocking fresh, up to date items. So check the date before you purchase! Otherwise convenient to our town.

I feel so bad for the worker's. One person in there and the powers. That be, who do nothing, expect them to clean...stock... wait on customers... ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
