This location is so very sad, I feel sorry for the people who work there. It's chaos from the minute one enters the door - aisles jammed with product to be put on displays, floors littered with, well , litter.All of the employees were busy working at a decent pace, so it doesn't seem to be a matter of laziness on their part. I was there for a specific item, which I did find, but due to the atmosphere of retail disaster zone I didn't stay to prowl the shelves.I'm in no way bashing the employees, I applaud them for being able to work in those conditions. Perhaps corporate could find a way to help this store be less of an embarrassment to the Dollar Tree brand.

The math ain’t mathin.My total was $16.44…I gave the cashier $20.44. She turns around and gives me .24 back. I asked her how much it was and she said $16.24, so I asked if she needed my pennies. Nope. Okay, so my change should have been $4.00, but I got $3.10. Should have been $3.56 but hey…who’s counting anymore now days.

This store is a disaster. It started out when they first opened up just a couple years ago, very nice. Unfortunately it has deteriorated into an unorganized disappointing mess.Today two thirds of freezers were emptyHardly any plastic organizing containers to be found now. These should be the backbone of the store.Ideally, they could/should hire part time people to straighten overnight and put out new product.This will be my last choice to shop at Dollar Tree from now on. Very disappointing.

The team here is working so hard to make the store nice. It looked great when I walked in today. They even have some seasonal home decor items that are $5 and they look so worth it. They have a larger craft section that I'm excited for so it's like a mini Hobby Lobby. If customers would put items back where they got them I'm sure it'd make it easier for the team to maintain.

Very disappointed. The store is short on stock,product. Very messy ,unorganized. Expired and out of date food items. The last view times I've gone to shop the store is closed during regular hours, just a note on door. Today there was new hours posted 2p to 10p on door. Maybe they should post it on website or larger sign by dollar tree sign. I'm new to town and this is the only dollar store, I shop at dollar tree every week in Nevada. I've never seen such a mess I hope they pull it together so disappointing . So poorly run.

Not your big city Dollar Tree but is well stocked. The manager is helpful and friendly. Always enjoy her suggestions when I can't find what I want and she shows me other options that will work just as well. Thanks

I really like dollar tree, but this specific one are not following the rules based on their stalking regulations. They're stalking trailers should not be stacked higher than the head of the stalker or the rails of the platform. I took my kids with me inside the store and on the toy aisle were two platforms fully stocked two and a half feet above the rails very dangerous for customers especially kids. If these boxes were to tumble over by the way one of them had already tumbled over and fell onto some toys that were stopped, and hit a customer there would be a huge lawsuit in telling. Other than that we love Dollar tree here in sulfur springs we've been waiting for years for one. But this one really needs to get on their stocking game.

This Dollar Tree is pretty good! The employees all wear masks, and things stay pretty organized. I'd be really happy if they'd bring back those frozen chocolate dipped banana slices they used to carry.

This store is absolutely disgusting...floors look like they haven't been cleaned at all ..shelves are empty or junky...aisles blocked with products to be shelves...BUT on the positive side ..the cashier was very friendly and courteous to all ahoppers

I was brand new to this store and I didn't see any power chairs available for disabled people so I brought my own. Anyway the shelves were not full everything was basically in boxes or back in the warehouse and not put on the shelves the so called stock boy was one of the laziest people I have ever seen and somewhat rude towards me in getting the heck out of my way so I went around him. Next thing I know I had one basket and one shopping kart completely full of stuff WOW!! This store trully rocked my world. They have everything you need and it's all a dollar a piece. Besides the tired stock boy. This store is a blessing to us poor folks. Wish we had one in YANTIS Texas. We need stores like these in small towns maybe the revenue would increase around here. And businesses would build up here. We could sure use good stores like these. There were tons of Halloween stuff there too. And lots of candy!!

Either my husband or myself is in this stote every day. I have only had one bad experience and that was when the home office sent some manager wannabe's in to get the store under control, and even then it was just a person who obviously had zero experience in customer service. I myself have over 40 years in customer service and 35 of that is/was retail management.The manager is an awesome person who does her job exactly like it's supposed to be done...make the customer WANT to come back !!!! Thank you for listening to my novel.

Okay so yes most of it is cheap China made junk. And sometimes you are not getting a better deal but don't have the cash to buy the bulk size at walmart so it works In a pinch.BUT the customer service I had today was outstanding!

Went today and when I walked in I thought a tornado had came through.Was HORRIBLE!!! First time I went months ago it was pretty descent but today was just unbelievable.I needed things that was in boxes on the floor so opened the boxes my self.It was HORRIBLE!Manager is nice but come on...GET THIS STORE IN SHAPE! couldnt even get down iasles for boxes on every iaske in floor.Wont be back!

Fun store where all the prices truly are a dollar! Lots of school supplies, quite a bit of arts and crafts, plenty of cleaning items, and kitchen needs! I love the Yardley charcoal soap !!!

A little concerned when I went there to shop recently because a staff member/register checkout person was not wearing a mask .. She helped us in the aisles a few times and that made me uncomfortable .. having said that .. the staff there is the friendliest ever!!!! Love to take my g’kids there .. they have a ball!!!

So far so bad... First time to this location. They actually close at 9:00 pm instead of the advertised 10:00 pm. Then they look at you like you're stupid for showing up after 9. I can only imagine how they treat you once they already have you inside the store. SMH
