I can't help but express my disappointment after our recent visit for a mini groom. Despite the clear instructions for a trim of the eye/visor, feet, and sanitary area, my puppy ended up with an unexpected and unsightly full cut on her face. Additionally, the groomer decided on a poodle leg cut without any request for such. Despite addressing the issue with politeness, no refund or discount was offered. James, though always kind, didn't rectify the situation as expected. Future customers, beware and be extremely specific in your instructions to avoid similar experiences. Ive included the before and after pictures for a visual representation of the discrepancy.

They have been grooming my dog Mochi since he was a puppy and have started to groom my newly adopted, older dog. Mochi behaves pretty well, because he’s a regular and trusts them already. Bella is so anxious that she is a difficult client, but so far, the groomer has been so patient with her and has been able to give her such a cute haircut regardless of the struggle. Really appreciate the attention given to my dogs’ different experience levels and personalities.

Staff is so helpful! We had to switch groomers because our last one of 30 years retired. Steven was recommended bc we have a schnauzer and poodle. He did such an AMAZING JOB! The fur babies are happy too and loved him. Thank you Steven and Woof Gang!

I am so sad my first experience with this store is very bad. We just moved the neighborhood and checked the reviews. Everything seemed ok for us and we left our toy poodle for whole grooming. Besides the haircut was very very short without getting approval. The major issue is besides short haircut, there are deep open spots in his ears. Our puppy’s ears have very unprofessional deep haircut, like you can see his bare skin! I feel so bed when I see each time his ears and can’t stop thinking did they hurt him while grooming this deep or is he still having pains!!!

Excellent and friendly staff! Brought my 14 week old toy poodle for his first grooming appointment and we are more than happy! A complete transformation! Dexter will be back. I just wish I had asked the groomer for her name, she did so amazing!

I have been coming here for years to get my son's dog birthday cakes. Which always been pleasant but today experience not so much. The young lady who work the counter this evening did not greet us as we walked in, to start. She was entertaining her boyfriend he while we looked around. Never asked did we need help. To top off refused us service. 🙄 Like I said every year I get my son dog a birthday cake...no different this year. I go to the fridge pick out the cake, before I could take the cake up to her I notice her boyfriend tapping whispering something then she says "are you wanting that cake today"? I reply "yes". Same as I do every year. She tells me no we can write happy birthday on it today because we about to close. It is 630 they close at 7pm I have done it several times before because I pick it up on my way home from work. It wasn't that she denied me service it was her manners and time. I high suggest getting someone else to work in evening with better customer service. After working all day driving in Houston traffic no one wants to treated like blah when spending their money. And I believe she overcharged me as well. I ordered a 6 in cake not made to order cake 25.00 😑 highly disappointed today.

This location is amazing! Starting with the staff that greet you upon entry of the establishment to the groomer Alid. She listens and executes your pet grooming requests exceptionally well. I have two schnauzer boys that she grooms to perfection. If you are looking for professional grooming services, I highly recommend this place.

Edit: I had quite a bad grooming experience here but the ownership/management team went out of the way to make it right with me. The grooming was basically one of their team members shaving my dog and did not listen to any instructions about his usual grooming. However the team reached out very quickly and were very apologetic and took care of the situation very professionally. I will be taking my pup to his old groomer but I will be back to get him some tasty treats!

I give this place 5 starsMy dog Dulles came here for a summer cut and Derek the groomer loved Dulles. Derek knew Dulles since he was a puppy and those 2 had a special relationship. Every time I scheduled an appointment with them they always knew which groomer I wanted and how I wanted his hair cut. Every time Dulles would come here he would just walk right inside without any problems and his tail would start wagging once he saw Derek.Dulles has recently passed away and I wanted to give this groomer a 5 star rating for taking such good care of my Dulles before he died, Derek and the staff took such good care of Dulles.You can trust this staff with your fur baby trust me, I wish Dulles could of had longer with them because i know for sure they loved Dulles.Thank you for taking such good care of my baby.Dulles MeyerApril 22, 2010 - June 8th 2023

The cutest pet shop! I have two pups and have been getting them little birthday cakes for years from another place and they would never eat them. I finally tried Woof Gang Bakery for the first time and they loved it! I couldn’t believe how much they enjoyed it. It’s a moist, real cake made fresh with clean ingredients, not a dry cake that just crumbles into a bunch of pieces. They both have sensitive stomachs too and the cake did no harm. I finally have my new cake and grooming spot! Also, look how cute it is!

I took my dog to get groomed for the first time at woof gang in Sugarland. I was a little nervous because we have been using the same groomer for a while and recently had to find a new one. I have a mini poodle and I love getting cute, creative grooms for her. Zack was our groomer and he was AMAZING!!! All I did was show a picture of my vision and he executed!!! Everything I asked for, was fulfilled!!! He has definitely become our new groomer!!!

Well…The “pics” speak for themselves. I found this place while I was walking in the mall and I saw a beautiful dog with a nice haircut and I decided to ask his owner where he does gromming the dog. It was my first experience with this place and I loved it! Steve is responsible for this beautiful job, he made my dog ​​look like a Teddy bear! I will come back and recommend to others!

My dog, Iris, is VERY finicky. We’ve wasted so much money on treats that she won’t eat that I’ve considered incorporating them into MY diet! Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming Sugar Land was a delight to visit. The store is clean and actually smells great. Best of all, Iris can’t get enough of the “home made” treats I got there. She eats each one whole, which is rare for her. I’m sure if I don’t go back to get more soon, Iris will probably drive me there herself!

I've been taking my yorkie here since she was a pup and I owe her ability to sit down and be brushed out to Woof Gang! If you have a high maintenance dog and a super busy schedule they do a good job with working with you to get your fur baby in. All the groomers are great and I've never had a problem. My pup isn't scared to go with them at all and she's a pretty good judge of character.

I have a goldendoodle - and I have previously gone to other groomers who cut him too short or cut him rather wonky because, as a puppy, he certainly isnt the easiest to groom. Liz is a wonderful groomer. She takes the time to listen to what you want and treats your dog as their own. Let me just say, she knows what shes doing, and remembers each and every dog. I will continue to use her as my dogs groomer because he comes back to me happy and handsome. I won't take my little man anywhere else! Liz, you're absolutely wonderful!

I have tried many grooming salons but since I started bringing my pup here I never went to any other place. Groomers at other places were never able to properly groom my Bernedoodle but they provide the best services and take good care of my puppy and advice what’s best for your dog. I would highly recommend this place. Do try them out.

My pug has visited a few times now for grooming and she has been well taken care of at Woof Gang. The staff is kind and seem to really care for each animal guest. They do a great job with her bathing/nails/haircut. My pug always comes out smelling fresh! My dog is VERY energetic and it's heartwarming to know they are so patient and love her. I know my dog is in good hands when i leave her at Woog Gang. They also have a variety of specialty treats that my dog loves! Highly recommend Groomer Aelid and Woof Gang.

I wanted to give the biggest shout out to Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming Sugar Land! I have a 4 year cocker spaniel that has gone through many groomers that did not groom him well and left him terrified and injured. I saw a lot of people recommended this Woof Gang location and I came by one day to talk to someone. The owner James was very nice and helpful and made me feel comfortable enough to book an appointment with Alid. My dog Duke came home finally not injured and acted like his normal happy self when I picked him up!!!! Thank you guys so much.
