Of all the self service wash places I’ve visited I like this one the best. Ability to adjust water temp, shampoo availability, mixing of shampoo with water, sinks are the right height, (for me), dryers worked great and they had brushes and accessories to assist. Towels were nice.

Roxie is a hot mess when trying to trim her nails. She hates it. I was especially concerned about her dew claws as they were starting to curl. petbar was able to get her trimmed without traumatizing her, and she looks great after her shampoo and spa treatmemt. I am going back next week to trim the nails again and give her a hair trim. The people are amazing (thank you Kim and Ivan) and they kept me informed of how she was doing the entire time, including pictures!!! Great job petbar Sugarland!!!

We LOVE PetBar Sugar Land! The place is super clean and the staff is superrr and very friendly and personable. Our little Oreo gets SUPER excited to see Kim each time we go. He always comes home super clean and smelling delicious (vanilla). We cannot recommend this place enough! They are the best!!! In love with their service and love to our Oreo!!!

I took my poodle to try this new place to get a full bath and poodle cut. The first time, although they left spots of hair that were uncut and uneven, for the most part they did ok and were fast and everyone was very nice. That is the reason I decided to give them another chance and took my poodle again when it was time for some grooming.I regret to say that they butchered his ears and it was a horrible cut. They still left uneven patches of hair that I could have overlooked, but what they did to his ears, I have never had anyone cut a poodles ears like that. I had several poodles and all the years of having them groomed, this was the worse I have ever seen. I was charged $70 for that.Needless to say I will not put my poodle through that again. They may be nice and friendly but that does not fix a bad cut and it is not something that can be undone.If you want to get your dog styled properly, take them somewhere else.The first picture with a green bandana is a previous cut at another location. The other one is the cut he just got at pet bar.

We just love Petbar Sugarland and are so happy to have found it! My pups love coming here every week for their bath and brush out, and the staff and owners are so sweet and personable. The facilities are so clean, and if your puppy has an accident (which happens) they are on top of it without a grumble, cleaning it up immediately. You can drop your baby off and they will be well taken care of with the staff at Petbar or if you prefer to stick around you can see into the washing stations and they have cameras set up in the grooming rooms and a TV out in the reception area where you can watch what's happening. My dogs are always excited to go see their friends at Petbar and to me that speaks volumes! Thanks for taking such good care of my babies!

We have been sending our pup (cavapoo) for her monthly full grooming, and we are very satisfied with their service!They are very friendly and nice, take care of our pup very well.Tried their facility for self service grooming once, the facility is good but I wouldn’t go back all the way. Would rather give her abath at home.

So much love and respect for the staff here!! Kim is amazing and so sweet, you can tel she really cares about dogs and takes each of her clients seriously. The vet recommended we put my 3 legged rescue dog under light anesthesia in order to groom him, however Kim and her staff showed exemplary skills and patience with him! They absolutely took their time with him and gave him so much encouragement. He was terrified when I brought him in, but after getting to meet the all the sweet staff he immediately brightened up and became more comfortable with them than I had ever seen him with anyone else besides immediate family. He left with a smile and his tail wagging! They did an amazing job on his groom, he looks like a brand new dog! So happy I found a place where not only does my anxious pup feel comfortable here, but they did an excellent job with his coat for a great price. I don’t ever write reviews, but i just couldn’t pass up the chance to praise this staff for their amazing service and skills. Can not recommend this place enough! Especially if you have a harder pup to groom!

I never write reviews but I love pet bar! The subscription based model for dog baths saves me money and allows my fur baby to be cleaned and looking his best every week.The people who work there and the owner are so nice and it’s super easy to book appointments through their app.

I took my cat there for the first time this week and they did an amazing job. Everyone was friendly and the groomer made sure to ask me what I wanted specifically and about my cat’s temperament. They also helped me schedule during a time when there wouldn’t be dogs there which I really appreciated. I will definitely be coming back

I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. My dog even felt comfortable with them he usually shakes when he goes in and this time he felt the good vibes 😌. The groomer did an AMAZING job on my doggie, he looks brand new. His coat has not been this white in a long time. She exceeded my expectations. Overall awesome staff, clean place, they did amazing with his bath and brush and treated him really well. Jada is an incredibly talented cat groomer! I really appreciated her kind and gentle approach with my cat, especially with his unpredictable head movements and naughtiness! It was so nice of her to give him treats, let him sniff the tools, and pet him! I was so grateful for her kindly accommodating us on her day off, and nonjudgmental attitude towards me as a first-timer to the groomer. It was so great of her to listen attentively to my concerns (e.g., dingleberries due to long hair) and ideas (e.g., teddy bear cut), then share her professional input. The staff here are all fantastic and treated my cat with the utmost warmth, respect, and care. I decided to come here because the staff were very patient and clear in answering my questions (e.g., what the process is like, what I could expect, and cost), and actually followed through with calling me back after contacting Jada to confirm an appointment time! The cleanliness of the clinic and the room my cat was in was impressive! The staff made me feel very welcomed (e.g., told me I was welcome to sit and wait for my cat in their waiting area and there was no rush for me to leave) and never made me feel uncomfortable while I was here. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience here, especially because the staff let me watch my cat on their television while waiting for him!

meh, didn't get use them. i called to ask about self service around 430 and they didn't mention we can't use self service after 5pm, when they close at 6pm. found that frustrating, website says 30mins prior to closing.

This is the coolest concept. My dogs are on the membership which is awesome because they never stink now! One of my dogs need a regular haircut and I get his grooms there too which is convenient. I’ve used multiple groomers at this location since my schedule is always crazy and I haven’t used one I don’t like. They’re all awesome! Even the bathers! They love my dogs like they’re theirs. Highly recommend!

Our groomer Ana was amazing! Took both of my Pomeranians in for a bath and groom and they turned out amazing. She was very professional and my dogs loved her. My dogs wag their tails when we pull up to the shop now. Needless to say we have been returning customers.

Our puppy dog really enjoys Pet Bar. We have been taking him there 5 months now and he gets really excited when we pull into the parking lot. I can tell that the staff enjoys working here. They do a great job giving him weekly baths at a very reasonable price.

My experience here was horrible. Went in for a bath and groom but left out with just a bath. My Groomer refused to cut my dog's hair. I let them know this was her first professional groom and it was best she be muzzled just in case but they refused even when I asked for it because " she doesn't treat animals that way". I paid for a service that wasn't fulfilled.

My dog is a senior and they take care good care of her all the time. She has her own medicated shampoo that I gave them to give her on her visits. She's pretty happy so I am happy too. Thank you.
