Great experience here, me and many others are stuck here for a blizzard all roads are blocked. The staff at this location is very nice and accommodating. The manager was very nice and full of useful info. Great place to be stranded for sure

It was a nice clean spot with affordable gas along our way. It is right off the highway so it made it a quick and convenient place to stop on our way north.They had a lot of little gifts and stuff available for travelers to get as souvenirs.

Last night the internet was down so they couldn’t receive email I was trying to send it my self from my phone It didn’t went thought ,this morning I was able to send it but guess what? The lady on the desk said they don’t print out for customers anymore so my question is why some of them can and others don’t? You can do better Stanford Pilot. Poor service. On that part ,place was clean also the shower food wasn’t bad either.

Went from old and dirty to remodeled Still dirty service is horrible waited over an hour to shower Mid afternoon Sitting in subway waiting on a shower Floor dirty all tables are dirty Staff at front counter always eating and looks like there is a lot to be done….. will add another… will add another review when I get a shower

I frequently ask myself: How can an owner hire such people who don't want to work,Here, the location is awesome, but the showers are never clean, leaving the truckers waiting for hours!!!!!Just judge by yourselfNOBODY'S WORKING!!!

The location has very little grass and almost no shade for our 4 legged traveler, even in June. The subway employee made this a regretted stop, and put us way behind schedule. It took more than 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and a protein bowl. The order was accurate, but she just didn't move quickly, talked too much between handfuls of veggies, and even when we said we didn't need a bag (to save time), counted out napkins, asked if that was enough, and bagged the sandwich, again very slowly. Restrooms were clean and available. Pizza hut option was closed. Hot food was available at the deli, but taste was bland.

Very clean establishment! Bathrooms are very clean with plenty of soaps, sanitizers and paper towels! There are plenty of food options compared to other gas stations. I was able to find sanitizer and masks too! Gas was a good low price. The customer service is great! They are helpful and courteous.

Great place for fill up gas, they have a lot of snacks, food,fresh cut fruit cups, fresh salads drinks, coffe, car items, and some items to prepare your own meals and other items, the restroom are clean and tidy, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

These were the worst chicken wings I have ever had from Pilot. I buy these wings once a week at different locations and they are always good (when they're fresh). I waited for fresh ones to come out and somehow they were still disgusting. They were overcooked and hard as rocks. To make matters worse, the point system was down and I couldn't use my points to pay for them so I had to use my own money. I threw my wings in the trash. Literally throwing money away. I contacted corporate about it. Hopefully they get back to me. Because when I called the store back after leaving they refused to answer the phone so I had no choice but to escalate the matter.

I was in this store for about 15 minutes and these flys were sitting on this food the whole time, if yall dont mind eating maggots then by all means knock yourself out and enjoy. When I brought it to the girls attention she acted like it was a bother to her.

Pick a different gas station to stop at. It's gross inside, the staff is rude and will ignore you while they finish their conversation. Somehow everything I bought was burned and gross. I got Cheese its for christ sake. Used to be one of our regular stops when driving through. I'll be sure to pick a different rest stop. gross, rude and trashy

Pros: Mostly friendly staff. Variety of items and food to choose from. Usually very clean.Cons: Shower #2, dead bolt does not work. Pretty sure had our debit card info stolen from a card skimmer in one of their self check outs. (Refuse to use those registers in this store again).

Everything here was pretty good, but they lose a star for a lack of a roller grill. They do have warm food at the register, but the roller is where you get things like taquitos that you can quickly eat on the go.

Hubby and I stopped in here about a month ago for the night. I was dying for a nice hot shower... the shower room itself was nice and spacious however, the shower was COLD! Not a drop of hot water... there's no way they didn't know this yet still charge full price! The rest of the store was nice. The typical hot food bar, pizza hut and subway gave a decent food choice. Was not too excited about people allowing their dogs to poo on the grass right where you walk into building... and we have a dog! Would never be that disrespectful!

Really helpful employees. Staff having shown well balanced communication between each other. Were really nice to each other and even the new hires were being shown how to accomplish the task at hand. Had shown team work. They were ready for every customers questions and concerns. Keep up the great work you guys. God bless.

Can’t add new fuel card to the app because previous driver who had this card hasn’t deleted it yet, now pilot flying J says I need to get that driver’s email address blah blah blah!!!! NO!I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING EXCEPT GIVE GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE NEW FUEL CARD NUMBER and THAT IS IT!!!!I’m not going through the extra steps and neither should anyone else.I’m hereby deleting the app!

7am on a Sunday and they are out of coffee, none in stock to make any. Beverage area not stocked with lids, etc., filthy, counters so sticky you can't set anything down. Bathrooms so disgusting you don't dare use them because you don't know when they were cleaned last. Windshield cleaner looked like it had been used for the last month. 2 cashier's working and could care less about the customers or the cleanliness of the store. Definitely not a place you want to stop at!
