Ruff Ruff did a great job with grooming 2 fur babies today. The schnoodle got a schnauzer face with very sharp-looking eyebrows, and the Maltichon got a teddy bear haircut. What I appreciated most was that the groomer listened to my request for a wide, oval muzzle for my Maltichon (his muzzle been cut too pointy and fox-like in the past) and a nice rounded head. The nails were also nicely clipped short, and the hair between the paw pads was well clipped/shaved, as was the sanitary area. Ears were also cleaned. (I have a checklist because with a previous groomer, things got missed/forgotten/half-done.)NB: my doggie's hair was pretty long, and before the groom, Angela ran a steel comb through his hair to check for mats & tangles.$45 for small, < 20 lb dogs (for credit cards, add 3%) and sales tax, obviously). Prices are on their website, and I like the transparency.Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, the owner Angela is a very kind person. (I like supporting businesses run by nice people.)These pictures are three days after the doggies' haircuts. The maltichon's "blow-dry" is still holding, as evidenced by the straight fluffiness on the top of his head. The mini schnoodle's eyebrows and beard are no longer stick straight, but she still smells good.

Not happy with dog grooming. Now that they are busier, they don’t listen to instructions for grooming. My dog was all choppy looking, especially under his tail and shaved down to the skin in strip next to his face.Apparently they used my lease during grooming and allowed my dog to neatly chew through it. After I pointed out all these mistakes, they just say …. So sorry. 🤬I have been there twice before, yet they were unable to find my pet in their records.(like other posts I read) I had also referred my neighbor who took her dog there just 2 days earlier, they did not give her the 10% discount for new customers, (as advertised on their website) nor did I get a referral discount. I certainly won’t refer anyone else there.

I’ve taken my dog for grooming & boarding. The prices are reasonable. Angela is always so nice & my dog always looks & smells nice & is happy & healthy when I pick her up. I will definitely continue to use them.

I was in search for a groomer in my area and came across RRPPC in a Google search. Read the reviews and decided to try them... They are ABSOLUTELY amazing! Professional and thorough! I got there, filled out the forms and before the attendant took Bailee to the back, she went over the price, what they offer and how I wanted my pet groomed. I left and before I could get off the street, I received a call. She (forgive me for not knowing her name) told me that she felt a different cut would work better for Bailee... She mentioned how often to groom and also said she would check her glands to see if I could go longer to save money (gotta love a facility that wants to save me money). I dropped Bailee off at 10am and she was done by 1:15pm! She looks and smells delightful! I will be a forever customer! I'm also considering letting her go half days (ONLY $10!!!) a day or two a week just to run and play in order to release all that puppy schnauzer energy! lol

This is the best place to take your dog to. They are so caring, friendly, courteous, kind, respectful, and most of all, accommodating. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I used to drive 40 minutes to get to them; now, it's 30. I'll continue to make that trip! Thank you ladies. Keep up the wonderful job you do.

We always go here when we need boarding, grooming or both. This is the only place we trust our dogs to stay. We know they are in good hands and that we will be charged a fair price. Can't recommend them enough!

-our dog Bailey never had ticks before. We picked him up, and they told us that he was tick-infected. They even said that they gave him a treatment.. yet he was still having tick when we picked him up, and we got rid of with a single shampoo bath vs them with 2 treatments (per what they said)-last, we found blood on his fur on the ventral part of his neck. Can’t speculate, but we know he was shaved in that area. They didn’t mention anything to us.-price is amazing, but there is a little bit of trust that has been lost here

This winter I brought my two dogs here while my family was on vacation. My family was hesitant at first since it was the first time we've boarded our pets, but this experience has erased all doubts we had. The pet area was very open, spacious, and also sparkling clean. There was ample space for my dogs to play and be active. The backyard playground was also enormous and had more than enough space for my dogs to run around. The hygiene of our pets was also very well kept, as they were spotless when we came to pick them up. The staff were also extremely genial and it was obvious they truly cared about the pets kept there. The great environment and service were all offered at an extremely affordable price. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable and I would definitely choose this place again the next time I need to board my dogs.

It was a great deal! The people there are extremely caring and professional. The owners are very transparent about their business. Everything there is very clean and organized.The only drawbacks are: Lighting needs improvement and kennels could be more spacious.Overall, I would recommend!

Omg! Please dont get fooled by the reviews! Please if you love your pet ask for a tour of the facility before you leave them here!!! Thats exactly what I did, and after seen the condition of the place I did not leave my dog here! First of all, they ask you to please not take any pictures... but I am going to post here something similar to what I saw! Even the grooming is done behind a curtain in the same room that they keep all the cages. Honestly it looks like a warehouse inside, soooo ugly, musty and empty. The only thing they have to offer is a backyard, but lets be honest that is not enough.

Been here twice for a bath for my pup and loved it both times. Prices are very competitive and he comes out very clean and happy. I also love how they let him play a little before his bath so he can socialize.I made an appointment last Wednesday for a bath today (following Monday) and was penciled in. When I arrived this morning for the appointment I saw the sign on the door saying the owner was out till Wednesday. Super bummed there wasn’t a follow up call/confirmation text/something.We were in desperate need for a bath and went elsewhere - unfortunately paid over $10+ more.Hope there can be a way for them to have a confirmation system to keep customers updated on their loved ones that’s digitized.

Angela is great ive been taking my dogs there since 2014, the dogs have a nice large fenced in yard area in the back to play. They are also not put in cages. They do a great job of deshedding my husky and corgi.

This doggy paradise is well worth every cent. They are well priced and very friendly. I've been using them for 2 months now and love when I get my airedale back he's happy and going to rest once we get home. We got him groomed recently and they did a great job for how over due he was. I will be recommending Ruff Ruff Paradise to my friends and family.

I had been searching for a groomer I can trust. Ruff Ruff Paradise had good reviews so we tried it out and love it. My furbabies smelled good and looked good and the price is reasonable! We will return!***UPDATE***I started taking my babies to Angela -RRP 2 years ago and I can say,..Nothing has changed. The service is still Awesome, she is so sweet!! I have to drive a little further now because we moved, but it's worth it!

Took my 4 month old shih tzu puppy to be groomed on Saturday. They took me in on short notice which was nice. I took their grooming package for $40 and added the $10 for them to brush his teeth as well.On picking him up I was in a hurry and didn’t check every minute detail of my puppy. He looked groomed so I paid and left. Once I reached home I saw him bleeding from multiple places and was obviously cut several times during the grooming. His nails were also not trimmed and now I highly doubt his teeth were brushed as well even though I paid extra for that service.

The friendly owner and constant updates on your loved pets' status during their stay are a big factor for me to keep sending my fur kid back. During my last Christmas and New Year's vacation, I have been receiving pictures and videos of my fur kid's play every day. This gives me big sense of secure knowing that he is in good hands. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

This was the 1st time that I ever boarded my dog and I was very pleased with the service! The caretakers were very kind and I could tell that they are passionate about animals and they really want to make them feel comfortable! My dog went for the initial observation and he wasn't ready to go home- he wanted to stay and play longer!!! Thank you!!!

Gave me the worst dog grroming I have ever seen. I was so embarrased for anyone to see my dog. I ended up finishing the cut myself and was able to fix their mess. I let them know that and they still charged me full price and said they would try to get it right next time only there won't be one. To the owner since you find no record of my dog his name is milo i was there about 6 months ago i should have made this review back then. So it's a little late i paid $40. I guess you dont keep records either.
