They don’t have a way of seeing the schedule for their mobile service. Other than calling them. Which is strange to me. I feel like they need to update their website. Of course they can’t have the mobile service out all the time but it just seems….archaic to have to call about that particular service. But they do good work, my dog comes out clean and happy. They treat her well.

Good Morning,I left a message with a gentleman yesterday concerning my Schnauzer, Tookie. No call ever came. He said I would receive a call back concerning what to do about the Razor Burns Tookie received on his behind area. We left him with your Pretty Pups establishment for care, boarding and grooming last week. We were told to pick him up by 11:00am Thursday, but he had not been groom as asked. We waited for Tookie to be groomed. Tookie has been uncomfortable, rubbing, licking and jetting around like he is being stung. We checked his behind and discovered razor burn 🔥 and raw pink spots.I expect professionalism and a call back as we only trusted Tookie with the new Pretty Pups because of the awesome treatment he received from Celebrities for years. I found my old number to Celebrities and they told me how to care for Tookie’s razor burns. Aloe Vera!! Celebrities is still mobile grooming. Paying a little extra is well worth it.

I visited this location while traveling, I realized my dog could use some rest and relaxation. I called last second and they were very kind and helpful since i couldn't check in to my hotel. they made last second accommodations for a bath, brush, and, nail trim. they took great care of my dog and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the selection of products.
