I've lived in my home 14 years and never had flea infestation! This Spring is apparently perfect storm. Sandy yard, excessive rain, hot temperatures. After spending too much for DIY pest control to no avail I called Samples. Dennis and Michelle went out of their way to work me into schedule! They are top notch local small business. I will absolutely call them again. I noticed immediate results after home treatment. Don't waste your time or money on do it yourself, call Samples Pest Control and save yourself a lot of grief!They are fair priced, pet friendly treatment and the nicest people regarding customer service! I am beyond happy!!!

Y’all. If you’ve been trying to find a service that’s local and small business. Use this one! They are absolutely amazing and even went out of their way to do an extra service for me just because. Super nice and respectful. Fast booking time and fair prices. Way more thorough than Purple care. I am very very pleased. I hope I never need them again (and by the results so far, I don’t think I will) but if I do… I have their number saved. I have used this pest control a couple of times now. Dennis is the nicest guy and really cares. He wants to make sure you are taken care of, and they are the most reasonably priced around. I can assure you, you will not find the same service and affordable pricing anywhere. Hands down. They are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone who asks me.

Dennis consistently does an excellent job. When we first moved into our house, we immediately realized that we were going to need to have it treated for ants. After calling, Dennis was here within hours - on a Saturday! He provided a detailed explanation of some of the issues we had and how he could take care of the ants. He returned a couple of days later to continue the treatment. Dennis has always been prompt, professional, and genuinely cares about getting the job done. I was really looking forward to using this service, yet I cannot get either employee to call me back. I originally called in the middle of April (15th) and spoke to Dennis, I liked everything that he described that is included in the service. He sent my info to the office/planner and she both called and texted me to confirm 9am on April 25. The night before she texted if they could come out at 8am instead, which I agreed to before it stormed extremely heavily that night and my 4 month old didn’t sleep. This means that I slept past my alarm and Dennis’s text at 7:48am. I called and then texted at 8:35am about what happened, receiving no response.On May 9th I called and texted the office planner in attempt to get back on the schedule. I did not get a call back or a text.The most recent call was late last week - I called twice and left a voice message with my address, phone number, and name.For some reason they will not call me back after three attempts. I have never had the pleasure of receiving the pest control side of this service from this business, only the peculiar and unresponsive customer service. I just don’t understand.... I really wanted to go with this business but I will have to do business with someone else.

Edit 7/15/21So a few months back, my SIL told me that Tom Samples stopped by their house looking for me due to my review. I thought wow, they must really care about their customers to come all the way to the house they serviced when I had them go to her house. Anyways, I got in contact with Dennis May 6th and he seemed very apologetic and said to send him info that I had about my services, told him I’d send him my receipt and he said they’d figure out a way to make things right. I honestly was ecstatic about it because to me that is above and beyond customer service. So I send him a pic of the receipt and my address that they serviced he said thank you. Didn’t hear back after that. June 14th, I send a message about an update. No response. Sent another one June 15th with a response of “I’ll talk to Herschel he said he would give you a call”. I sent another message July 12th because I still haven’t received another call. Got my hopes high that they’d make things right just to be let down again. I really did enjoy this company but after all of this, it really put a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they don’t ever do this to another customer again because it’s just not right so just be cautious when doing business with them.They were my go to for pest control for years but for some reason 2020 they were lacking and it may be because of COVID but I’m not sure because I never could get a response from Hershal. So they were always a company that could knock out pests in one or two times which is why I always refer them because no other pest control could do that. Anyways, early 2020, we had moved and had a roach issue, Hershal said it was a 3 month guarantee that they would be gone. Cool. Knocked out most of them the first time like they usually do. He said if we still saw them in a few weeks to give them a call. So a few weeks past and we were still seeing some so he came out again and before he left he said the same thing, if you still see some movement after a few weeks give us a call. Few more weeks passed and we were seeing some but not many but enough to raise concern (we moved to a larger house so figured they scattered) so I gave him a call and he wouldn’t answer. Left several messages and never returned my call. I’m not sure if this is how they do business because I have never had to have them come out a third time until this last time but I never could get in contact with him. Tried to get my money back per their guarantee but was unsuccessful because it was a verbal communication from them. I’m not sure if something happened or what but this last time I was deeply disappointed in their services and unfortunately will no longer refer them.

Dennis was nothing short of amazing and I didn’t even meet him! I called over the phone worried we had bed bugs and he asked me about what type of bites I had and more than likely it wasn’t bed bugs and explained what bed bugs do and more than likely it was chiggers, even told us what to spray the yard with, he didn’t push to come out and take a look like other companies. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and if we have any sort of bug problem in the future I will definitely be using them! Thank you so much Dennis for your time and knowledge!!

Requires superlatives that have fallen into disuse; i.e. Excellence, Experience, Integrity, Humble, Comprehensive Effectiveness, Reliable, Follows Up, Pride Of Work, Expertise.I would be remiss not to add that Tom is just a great human being; very likeable. When we moved to TX, we hired 3 seperate service providers,, (big national brands.../totally overpriced, unresponsive, & charged for each visit!). T.S.P.C. treated my interior, (including garage), exterior, & yard for one low price. T.S.P.C. reapplied (no extra charge) to insure extermination was accomplished. We heard scratching sounds on an interior wall. Dennis came out that day, looked around and showed us how the mouse was getting in. We blocked the hole, he put out bait, the next night we heard nothing. Dennis sprays outside for us every 3 months or so and we have no issues of anything coming in. We've been using this company for a couple years. We trust Dennis and this company 100%.
