Kroger has become my preferred shopping destination due to its extensive product selection, fresh produce, and competitive prices. The friendly and helpful staff contribute to a positive shopping experience. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Kroger has solidified its place as an essential stop in my shopping routine.

Please hire at least normal person to work there not mental problem guy. The guy who works at collecting shopping carts in parking lot is super offended. He sings himself. He speaks to himself and speak weird things to random people. So strange.

This Kroger is by far the worst grocery shopping experience I've ever had. We started going here a few months ago and after multiple disappointing trips we won't be going back. Multiple rude employees, notably one at the meat section that rolled his eyes when we asked him to add another piece of fish and another time that the man on the ridable floor cleaner was so rude, he almost hit my wife and toddler and just waved his hand like we were in his way, twice. The final issue os the horrible fruit and vegetableswe bought on the last trip... Watermelon, Pamegranite, Pamello, and Baked Potatoes ended up all being rotten. I won't be going back mostly because of the rude employees.

Sheila usually on the morning shift - I went to head to the restrooms and she told me to hold on to make sure there was toilet paper (the store had just opened its 6am) I mean that’s going above to just be nice

Tired of buying seltzer there, only to have it be flat when I open it. Happened on four out of the last 10 bottles.

Horrible Customer Service by the Management team here.I had literally about $350 worth of groceries on the register belt purchasing the items, the Ribeye Steak didn't ring up for the Sale priced , management came up to assist the cashier( whom was nice )and yelled at me & stated "WE RAN OUT OF THE $4.99 STEAK YOU HAD ALL WEEK TO PURCHASE IT..I was so shocked like how rude..all he had to say was that wasn't the ones that was on sale.. because of the horrific customer service I decided not to purchase anything this was 09/05 at about 10:00 pm .Horrible customer service but the cashier on register 15 had good customer service...maybe he needs to be the manager.I will never ever shop here again.Heb will get all of me and my families business.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Store layout is great since they added the additional self checkout lanes.

Produce has been good. Grocery pick up is convenient but there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. Either wrong items or missing items. Today 1/2 of my large order was not there. They should have offered to deliver the items rather than giving a refund or having me drive back.

I always find what I need here. While it is a bit more expensive than HEB, I think the quality is better. Also their flower department is hands down the best. I have to mention that you should always use the Kroger rewards card. Not only will the discounts get applied all over the store, but you'll earn fuel rewards. I filled recently and applied a 30 cent per gallon discount. Can't beat that.

The ladies on lane 16 at 7:16pm on 6/12/23 were the coolest. My 6 year old loved them. They were very nice.

Disgraceful customer service at the self check. At least the representatives could show a little respect while we are doing their job for them. HEB is getting my business from now on.

I used to be a loyal Kroger customer . As of today I am not. It is very convenient to go to Kroger's and have my family's prescriptions filled while shopping. Unfortunately Kroger's no longer accepts cigna's healthcare insurance card. I can't afford to pay full price for some of my son's medication. So as of today I am now going to HEB since they accept my insurance and its convenient for grocery shopping.

Had a bad shopping experience at this location this morning. I’m a regular shopper and former employee to this company. Sadly management felt the need to follow me around the store as if I’m going to steal. The snacks/groceries I was getting for my kids for their school lunches/snacks. I have a job so paying was never an issue but after today’s experience they don’t deserve my business. Very uncomfortable situation to be put on and will be taking my business somewhere else. ✌️P.S. I have made my complaint through the Kroger hotline.

Called ahead to check if they had any Cannolis available. The woman that answered was as serious as a cop pulling someone over in a school zone that was speeding. Went and no one attended us even after calling another women over to see if she could help, nope she didn't even look up and kept doing her thing so I had to move to the other end of bakery to speak with the other employee in bakery and the women lacked attentiveness, she seemed like she didn't even want to help, she grabbed a box to put a connoli and mumbled something to the other women who didn't even help us. Str8 up trash 🗑 mind you the Cannoli was soggy, never showing up there again 🏼

Did a pick up order and came home to substitutions!Absolutely livid right now because they failed to inform me so I could tell them to take it back.I also says our no subs and what do I get ?After spending over $300 of groceries I would think they would get something right. Will never do a pick up order at this store again.

Kroger's is my preferred place this is my preferred location. I left my wallet I said I was coming back I asked the person in charge of that register of that register to suspend My transaction.Instead he throws the bread on on the bottom of the Basket. He proceeded to put all the rest of my groceries on top of the bread. When I arrive I tell him I'm ready to check out he didn't recognize me. I told him I asked you to suspend my transaction. His face was obvious that he didn't do that. but he insisted on wasting my time by acting like he was looking for that suspension Receipt. There was another cashier walking away from me I asked her are you open. Maybe she didn't hear me, but the manager did. He asked her to open up for me that I appreciate.I unload my basket at that point I see my bread smashed.. I tell her I am going to get another bread again she didn't listen to me.So I got to pay for my bread twice because people can't listen.I hate H EB because it's too packed. But that's closer to my house.

Very nice store… large and clean and fully stocked. But Blake the cash register guy is a jerk. I was in line and a guy was wanting to talk to a manager about a lost item. She was off duty and offered to help anyway and asked Blake if he had seen a manager. Well, Blake decided this would be a great opportunity to be a jerk to the off the clock worker. He absolutely, unnecessarily embarrassed her simply for asking if he’d seen a manager. Blake seems a little unstable and not the kind of coworker or employee I’d want to deal with.

This is is very convenient for me because It is near where I work so i just go there on my way home if I need something. The store is clean and carries a variety of stuff. I do have one complaint: I still give 5 stars because they deserve 5 stars. There is just one problem that last time I visited. I know the cashier may be tired or for some other reasons I don’t know. Before I tell my story, don’t get me wrong I appreciate all the front line people who have to work and expose to the virus during this outbreak because I am one of million people that are just like her and in contacts with hundred of my customers very day and I understand that. I was greeted by the cashier. She scanned my stuff. I told her I have a case of water. I thought it was Kroger brand, but she told me that no it is not. I apologize and said I tried to hurry to go home and rushed to grasp stuff that I need and I did not pay attention to the brand of the water I got. Yes I make a mistake but I did apologize. She did not say anything back to me like I am not even existed. I was mad but I did not say anything. I just walked away. I know people don’t want to get sick, people try to minimize contacts. I just want her to know that I don’t try to save a $1 (more or less) for a case of water by telling a lie. I was just tired. I am scared every day at my work and I understand that too but at least still be civilized to each other and don’t be judgmental. It was not my intention to tell her the water was kroger’s brand. Thank you!

I called this place “Desert Kroger.” my family likes to use Kroger to get their glacier ice water, however, this Kroger never has water. It is always a wasted trip to this one. I recommend the Kroger on 249 at cypresswood or the Kroger on Champion Forest at cypresswood – neither are a desert.

I'm reviewing this Kroger's as an occasional shopper here. I just read some poor reviews from what look to be regular's at this location. My experience coming here maybe 3-4 times/yr has been really good. I like the expanded variety, specialty brands and deli offerings in this store. It's always clean, stocked, well organized with helpful courteous employees. I look forward to shopping here when in the area.

I typically do not shop Kroger. My main frustrations include shelves being out of the products I'm looking for. Or, and I've experienced this on at least four different occasions. When shopping for orange juice I asked the employee stalking that section if I could have two gallons of the orange juice that I could clearly see on the palate. That particular section was completely empty. The employee responded oh, I'll be stalking that orange juice in about an hour. Seriously? You want me to either wander around the store or come back. No thank you, I've moved the majority of my shopping to the big new HEB Store on champions forest and Grand Parkway 99. I only shop at this particular Kroger's location once a month when I need three specific products that H-E-B doesn't carry. The one Kroger employee that has been consistently friendly and sweet to my two boys is Cheryl. She, a cashier is always friendly and tries to go above and beyond. Not what I've experienced with the rest of the Krogers employees.

I love this Kroger it is always so clean and their layout is very nice. They give awesome customer service. The only problem is that their veggies are watered so much that they wither them a bit much. and a lot of the vegan and natural living foods take a while to be restocked. Otherwise it would be a 5 star for me!

Nora in the seafood department has a very rude and awful personality. She's a hateful little employee. Don't work in retail if you are going be like that. I Hope she gets fired. Nora is not doing the full, fresh and ESPECIALLY friendly aspect of the kroger experience. Do not shop here. Please take your business elsewhere.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Some merchandise don't have prices or the price is wrong. The food with wow price no was in good condition.I don't know the law in Texas but they don't honored the price if is their mistake.Costumer service over the phone is terrible.I want my Kroger in Champions Forrest, the quality and the capacity of to provide special products is much better.

We bought a rotisserie chicken, my kids took a few bites before I realized it was 80% raw. The store manager, Kevin , was too busy to come to the phone, I was told after an 11 minute wait. Apparently the Valentine's display was more important than the health of the customers. If I can figure how to add pictures, I will post them. Ugg!! Never again. I'm shopping somewhere else from now on.

I went to the self-checkout lanes, where Seth is always located. He has no customer-service skills & I try to avoid him at all costs. I've never said anything before, but this experience infuriated me. I purchased two gift cards for my Veterans at work & received 1 receipt. I walked up to Seth & waited for him to acknowledge me because I wanted 2 receipts to attach to the cards.Seth looked at me & said "Yah, what do you need?" I was appalled by his lack of customer service skills. I don't care if you're 8 or 80, I was raised to call everyone sir / ma'am, not say "Yah, what do you need?" I asked for a second receipt & he said "Oh, I'm not working that side" then walked off leaving me standing there. I found a female that had just exited the restroom & she was able to assist me with my issue. Seth will be the reason why I don't shop there anymore if this issue is not corrected.
