My first time shopping at any Kroger (new to area). I thought sale and store brand prices were reasonable. Store was clean, bright, and well organized. Everything I was looking for was in stock (created my list on the app). Cashier was friendly. Only issue I had was with folks working in deli and bakery areas. Wanted to get fresh sliced deli cheese. Woman behind deli counter typing on her phone. Never looked up to ask if I needed something. Stood there several minutes before deciding she clearly was not there to help anyone. Ended up getting a small package of presliced cheese. Person in bakery also looked miserable and not interested in interacting with customers. Aside from this concern, I’d go back to this location in the future and just hope for better service in the deli area.

Weekly ad advertised chips Lays, OR Cheetos, OR Tostitos chips 4 for $2.29. is what the ad says, so I got 3 bags Cheetos and 1 lays. Got to register and the discount didn't ring up so I called the cashier guy. He said it was because of the lays chips to which I said well it's advertised on the ad mix and match between the lays, Cheetos, and Tostitos. He then called the manager girl over and she yelled across the store, "it's the lays, their on their own deal" my husband then tried to repeat to her and show the ad and she continued to walk right past him and said we just had the same issue with a other customer 10 min ago. (Yea maybe that's because that's what YOUR AD ADVERTISES) and kept on walking talking to another employee. For a manager she has no customer service skills and is so rude. This is not the 1st or 2nd time we've had this same type of issue here and they don't want to correct it. I don't have this problem or any problem at the other Kroger on spring cypress. Management needs to be looked at at this location.

The florist/employee Emily did a great job helping my boyfriend get flowers for my mom!! even though she just got off the clock, she still helped him. as a fellow customer she did such great customer service. Thank you!!

It's terrible, I've been trying to pick up a medication for 2 weeks and they always say that they don't have it, that they're going to order it and they'll let me know when they have it. My treatment is over, I need to continue it and just today they told me to look for it at another pharmacy and tell them to call them so they can give them the prescription. I finally get it at another pharmacy and when they call they tell them that this medication does not have a refill. It's really very frustrating, I don't recommend it. They have to be clear and diligent

As someone who cooks a lot, I seem to frequent grocery stores often and this Kroger has consistently exceeded my expectations. The shopping experience here is truly outstanding from the awesome savings to the customer service. The store is tidy and well-organized and the aisles displays create a visually appealing shopping environment. Plus the staff is phenomenal.Big shoutouts to Kay, Mike, Jose, Nadiyah, Cristy, Mary, and my two super cool Meat guys, which I apologetically cannot remember their names (the taller gentleman and the one with glasses and the low "soft-spoken" voice)!From the moment I walk through the doors, Kay's warm and welcoming demeanor sets the tone for a pleasant shopping experience. Her friendly greetings and willingness to assist create a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts customers at ease. It's evident that Kay takes pride in her role, always going the extra mile to ensure customers feel valued and appreciated.Nadiyah's friendly demeanor and approachability make her a standout team member at Kroger. Whenever I have had a question or needed assistance locating an item, she has been quick to provide guidance with a smile. Beware!! Do not purchase Home Depot gift cards from this location! They have no PIN number on them, so they are useless at store-having to wait 7-10 business days and I hope I can get my money back or new cards!! Terrible terrible they are selling these!

I have shopped at this Kroger for more than a decade. I will not be coming here, or to any other Krogers again. At 7pm you have one checkout line open with all other shoppers diverting to the self check out. The self check out is manned by a high school age person. My contents exceeded the 10 item amount so the register locked out. I waited patiently for the person to come to my assistance. When the problem was more than the little swipe of his card took to fix it, he then went to assist the other 4 people experiencing similar problems. This is a big issue since you don't offer a discount for tour customers to scan and bag our own groceries. Your only self checkout option has exceeded the convenience aspect and has turned into a money saving gimmick for the store. If more people would stop acting like sheep, and walk out like I did, maybe you would see that we don't work for you. We pay money for your goods, and there are many choices of companies to give our money to. Stop treating us like employees and remember we pay you for a service!!

I used to be a Wal-Mart shopper but this store took care of that! I love this Kroger! It's better than most other Kroger stores in that it offers pre-package fresh deli direct meats & cheeses, their clearance items are usually top notch, staff is exceptional, they don't move things around all willy nilly, their stock supply is pretty reliable & so much more; too much to list here. This one is a keeper! THANKS!

I bought a small cake from the bakery. It was soooo stale and dry. The frosting was sicky sweet.My company and I couldn't eat it, had to throw most away.The personnel in this store are rude, unwilling to help anyone, and very negative attitudes. OMG!Stay away from this store

Context: There was a deal going on for 4/$15 Coke, Sprite type of beveragesI went thru 3 times. Each time I got the limit of 8 cases, which is the limit Kroger put on the sign, PER TRANSACTION. The lady at the self checkout says I cannot do any more after the 3rd. It doesn’t specify on the label how many transactions you can make. Isn’t selling the whole inventory the whole point???

This has been my grandparents’ local Kroger for over 20+ years. We have never had issues or faced any sort of discrimination at this location. However, today was a complete 180 turn on our experience.My grandparents are at the age where they need assistance shopping. I shop here since it’s on my way to to work. Today, I went with my grandpa to shop after work. We were *independently* for our *own households* purchasing a sale items (6 pack sodas) within the daily and item limits/rules with *our own credit cards* and *own Kroger Member IDs*. However employee very rudely, began to unload his cart stating we were a family that there was a limit. My legally deaf grandpa looked around confused and asked me what’s going on. He was embarrassed that they were emptying his cart while he was in line and other shoppers watched the spectacle. I explained to the employee while we were related were *adults making our own purchase for our own households*. I asked to speak with the store manager who made it seem like he was doing us a favor by letting my grandpa continue with purchasing items.This entire experience seemed discriminatory - age, race, and disability. I am extremely disappointed with our treatment especially after being loyal shoppers to this location for years.

The customer service in this store has gone down recently. With hardly anyone in the checkout lanes, you have to do self checkout most of the time.Twice this week, once in the morning and once in the evening...at max only 1 person in check out. Apparently, they are having trouble recruiting people.

How is it the customer service desk is open until 8pm but the clerk is on break at 7:20pm and won't be back for another 25 minutes? So they're just coming back to close it down? Great management ya got here at this store.

Enjoy coming here even on weekends there's not too many people shopping here. Produce section always looks A+. The products they have on clearance are still good quality, including produce and bakery. Winn at the bakery was kind enough to set up a special order for a pastry I enjoyed and they were out of at the time and it ended up being cheaper buying it in bulk while getting a $1.5 off. Picking them up the next day, Asian lady was very friendly and nice. Thanks, Kroger.
