My boyfriend (who is almost 25 years old) was wanting to buy alcohol, but his plastic ID is broken, so he was trying to show the store clerk his (legal) online ID. She declined it saying it was illegal, even though it isn't since he's able to use it at other stores. So he came out to the car, and told us about it. My mom and I went into the store (23 and 44 years old) to buy it, and she hid the beverages behind the counter even though ALL 3 of us could show proof of being over 21, just because "we were with him". When we asked to talk to the manager, he conveniently wasn't there. She was very rude and her idea on what was legal and not is very incorrect. She comes off very unintelligent and just pisses off customers. Maybe these clerks should be taught what is legal and what isn't, and how to not be unreasonably rude. It was to the point I wanted to say some not so nice choice words to her. Definitely will not be returning to this store.

Ah yes, I'm another dissatisfied customer with a 1 star review. It's clear the management does not care. I could complain about the same things I see others mention as they leave their one star review, but no, I have another complaint that stems from a manager/ owner that doesn't care. The first gas pump I tried had a broken screen so I was unable to see what button to push to pay with my card. Second pump I tried would not read any card I tried. Third pump I was able to use my card and get gas, but the buttons were broken to choose options on the screen. This required me to go in and that's where I saw the same understaffed and poorly ran gas station that every other review calls out.

I don't think the cashier uttered one word to me! I gave the cordial "how's it going?" And not a peep from him. I understand someone having a bad day, but stop making the customers feel awkward shopping in your store.

The taco bar dude taking the orders was very rude not just to me but to other customers and rushing them, I asked for bacon and egg he doesn't have it really didn't have much of anything, asked him if he could make it he said no if I'm requesting it he should make it I'm going to pay for it. This was at 10am 6/1/21 he needs to be trained better by management has bad customer service.

Went out of our way to get coffee and tacos at stripes turns out it was a big mistake. No coffee whatsoever we asked the female cashier working on 2-25-20 at 8am and she very rudely replied pointing at the kitchen saying " tell the other employee" we were baffled by her response. How are we suppose to go to the kitchen and look go the other employee.we then told the "manager" but he didn't even seem to care about our experience. We didn't get any food after all we are very disappointed and made our stay at the beach very unpleasant

The lady with curly hair in a pint tail(shoulder length) glasses and small earrings was extremely rude and unprofessional. She shouldn’t be working behind the counter if she doesn’t want to deal with people.

Everyone that works at this stripes could care less about the customers. The workers doing the food are stuck in slow motion and the food comes out horrible. The cashiers act like you are bugging them if they have to move from the register.

Waited 25 minutes for 2 tacos on a Monday . They had one person making the tacos then gave me hot sauce which was a very small amount then wanted to charge me .50 cents to get another one. Horrible experience.

Kitchen was supposed to be open @ 5 and the kitchen lady told me that it wouldnt beopen until 5:30 and when i walked she was on her cell phone and the kitchen lady said she don't care and the Jesus cashier told me to go to another store maybe they have tacos also restrooms where every dirty I feel that it was very unprofessional ask a cook and a cashier need people that have better customers service

Disorganized staffing and ordering. Forget about getting tacoa. Go to IGA. Buy eggs cheese and tortillas. Youll save 30 minutes easy.

Pretty bad customer service from the lady serving tacos. She answer my questions in a real bad tone amd when i ask for her name (betty i think) she pointed at her nametag but i couldn't see it because it was backwards, after that she talked to the manager, she was also talking to us with an attitude. The best service we good was from the checker though.

I never really review gas stations but today it was a bit different. If you don’t mind employees not paying attention and cussing & vaping behind the counter than this is the place for you.

No soap or sanitizer in woman's restroom. Being this is a tourist place I would have expected more. Kitchen employees were coming out of the restroom with aprons on. Health hazard!

One of the only gas stations on the island and they consistently only have one person working. It takes 20 minutes to get in and out. Try harder.
