This is the worst pharmacy ever! I've been calling for 2 days about a medication. They pick up the phone and hang it up. The don't speak at all. I've gone through the drive up they say they'll be right with me I waited 30 minutes. On one medication they altered how to take the medication and on another occasion they changed the quantity of my prescription I also ask for easy open caps and they continue to give me child proof caps. I can't physically open them

Made an appointment for Covid and flu shots (went in person first and was told you have to make appointment online) for noon, got to pharmacy 10 minutes b4 and they said they were still thawing…. Finally got my vax an hour later. What is the purpose of the appointment if they are now ready?

This used to be a great pharmacy until the "higher ups" cut staffing. Even if you receive notice that your prescription has been filled, you'll need to allow a ridiculous amount of time in your day to waiting in line because they are so understaffed.

At SPI on vacation and had to get a prescription filled from an urgent care visit. Less than 20 minutes from when I left the doctor, the prescription was ready. Pharmacist and the tech were so friendly and helpful. I wish my CVS back home was this great!!

Despite the past old bad reviews, my wife and I have had excellent service since Frank Arrendondo took over as pharmacist. Frank is friendly, knowledgeable, and we have always had fast efficient service with him.I would highly recommend him. Since this is a small island with many visitors you have to expect them to be constantly busy.

Be careful... This location does not honor cvs return/exchange policies.I bought a cosmetic item and tried to exchange it the next day (it did not work well), but was told I could not because the item was used. I have always been assured by cvs employees in the past that cosmetic items can be returned/exchanged with no problem.This cvs refused to honor company policy. There was no manager present to address the situation. I was told they are on vacation.

Frank, the pharmacist, is incredible!! He is sooo busy and obviously overworked!! He does an excellent job and deserves a raise. I am from Sioux Falls, SD and we could use a pharmacist, just like Frank. Thank you, Frank!!

LOUSY customer service at the pharmacy! Stood at counter ~5 minutes while 3 ppl ignored my existence.When they finally acknowledged me a guy standing ~15' away began asking for my name and DOB - other ppl were in line behind me.Total disregard to sensitive personal information protected by the Privacy Act of 1974.TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!

Vacationing here got sick. Had prescription sent here. Came three times in the morning. Pharmacist finally came to work around 11:00 a.m. had a second prescription sent later on in the day. Went to pick it up around 2:30 and was told the pharmacist needs to go on lunch. Come back in 30 minutes. Seems to me they could do a better job of customer service. The only reason they survive is they seem to be the only pharmacy on the island

I wish I could leave no stars! Customer service SUCKS! The Hispanic are rude. 20 people standing in line to check out but nobody would open a counter??? Only self check out. NO THANK YOU.

The poor pharmacist had to handle register, drive-through, consultation, dispensing and drop off all by himself. Missed my Covid appointment because of the long lines. Five stars for the pharmacist, one store for the company and its failure to provide adequate support.

After unpacking we realized we forgot to pack medication. Called pharmacy at 5:35 to see if they could get us a week supply. They were very accommodating and had it filled well before they closed at 6. Thanks so very much :)

Stopped at this cvs to buy some stuff. Other customers formed a line to the restroom. They had already asked the staff to restock the toilet paper. They didn't. Like 5 people bought their own wipes to use in the restroom. When I told the cashier, who looked like the manager at the time, that we were only buying these wipes because there was no toilet paper, he said I was wrong and that it was refilled

Out of state pharmacy refill was the easiest that I have ever had. The pharmacist Scott, was extremely helpful in getting my 7 refills ready in just one day. I would highly recommend this store and especially the pharmacy for any needs that you might need.

I was on hold for 48 minutes and no one answered. Drove to the pharmacy and the pharmacist said “oh we don’t answer our phones if we get busy. “. If they aren’t going to answer their phone at least they should tell you not to stay on hold. Very poorly and little caring on the pharmacist part.

They need more staff! Was there at 3:30 pm on a Friday and only one tech plus pharmacist. Earlier tried to call and after on hold for over 20 minutes I hung up.

This place is loaded with pretty much everything, and clean. The employees were nice and greeted me as I walked in. If your looking for a place to stop and grab what you need before you hit the beach this is the place to go. When I was on vacation I went there whenever I needed something.

Staff were friendly. The glasses here are much better than those at the local gift/beach stores. It's really a shock walking in from the tropical buildings outside to this modern interior.

Who the hell doesn’t let customers use their restroom? This manager can catch it.To be clear on this, my senior aged father needed to use their restroom. They refused. He ended up rather humiliated.
