Seafood place has people that have no idea what they are selling I asked for deveined shrimp and they gave me ez peel shrimp and I sat there and explained to the guy detail for detail in English and in Spanish and still gave me the wrong shrimp 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Thought I would share my experience, the manager was so helpful when I couldn’t find a product, even though the store didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, I would still come back and shop! The vibe of the store is different from what I’m used to which I really liked.

It stinks very bad at the entrance of this fiesta and they blocked of the bathroom to the public. Everything is expensive and the manager has a terrible attitude when people ask him anything. Also no one is there to help you when you need to find something.

They have many items to choose from. The Fiesta brands are great.. their bake goods are done every day and fresh . Even have a sitting area when you purchase from the Cafe/ hot food area

Quality and selection of products is very good, meat is excellent, some items that disappeared from the biggest stores still can be found here with a little higher price, 2 thumbs up for that .People on meat and fish department are very rudeOne of the biggest problems they have is that they put a price on the products stands and when you get to the registers you get another price. In the pictures I put down, you can see an example.Get ready the money for the tramps who are always at the entrance of the store.They do not accept coupons if they are printed on computer, (very bad for them).

Live this supermarket! Is very clean and well organized. I don't go as often, but when I do I get their delicious flan/ custard pie. I can't get enough of it!!! I go diabetic just by looking at it, but is so good. I love their seafood department. They have fresh octopus 🐙 and crabs 🦀!!! Which I haven't had in over a 15yrs. I finally got cooking. I'm so excited they have yams that most stores don't carry. So excited to have walked in and found to see these items. I look forward to my visits at Fiesta.

The produce and meat are horrible. The meat is dark and the vegetables and fruit have nats flying all over them. Something needs to be done. It would be nice to be able to go to my local fiesta instead of going to another.Update... I been seeing a big difference in this store. You guys are doing way better in the produce and meat area. Thank you

I use to think this place was good but they have discomposed food which they don’t bother checking at all.Not accepting returns or apologies which stinks.If you’re watching this do a better job because this rating went from a 3 to a 1 star.They so called excuse is that there nose is congested.We got a fish a while back that smelled very horrible and now a chicken that it’s smell rotted the refrigerator.I’m never coming back to the place again.

I used to drive 45 minutes to a different location trying to find all my favorites from my country, but not anymore, I'm so happy, this location keeps everything I need and produces super fresh, meats, super fresh fish, and never overcrowded.

Fiesta needs a new MANAGER!BUYERS BEWARE!!!!Prices scanned at cashier was incorrect from what is shown in the store, I asked the cashier if they will honor the price shown and she called her manager over, the manager was Unprofessional & had a BAD attitude, even after she went herself and clearly saw the product marked at the price I said. She said “WHATEVER it rings up is the price you pay, we don’t honor ANY prices in the store that are mis-marked because we don’t stock everything.” I expect to pay the price I see for whatever it may be, let me decide if I want to pay that much or not! I DONT LIKE BEING CONNED! I’m not sure I’ll ever shop there again! Fiesta needs a new manager who will value their customers , take responsibility in their mistake and keep up with correct prices throughout the store.

I always come to this fiesta because is very clean and organized, and the pan dulce is always fresh. The closest fiesta from my home is at wayside. But fiesta on wayside location, the bread is always hard and flavorless. Please tell the baker to make more hojarascas because they’re delicious, unfortunately they haven’t been making them lately. The only issue with this fiesta store is very long lines. If it wasn’t for the long lines I would give 5 stars.

Absolutely horrible seafood department staff and manager. I saw an ad online in the weekly ad for king salmon and went to buy it. Seafood staff there claimed there was no more of that sale and pointed out a more expensive alternative. This has happened with me before at this same location previously. I’m pretty sure they’re just too lazy to get the fish from the freezer because it’s whole and they need to cut it. No problem with me. I went to get the manager and I showed the screenshot of the ad on my phone. Manager acts like I’m lying and tells me they don’t have the deal at this store. Tells me I’ll need to show them the paper copy of the weekly ad. Alright, then... by then I’m getting slightly annoyed that they’re making the customer out to be the “villain.” After going to the front of the store and finding the deal on the PAPER COPY of the ad, I show the manager and they take me to the seafood department to ask the seafood staff. Staff again says with an attitude that they don’t have any more of the fish (which I still HIGHLY doubt). However, there’s no way for me to go into the freezer and check, is there? So I came home empty handed.

I called Fiestas main # today to ask a ? And the lady who answered name Gladys would put me on hold and never get back on phone I literally called over and over and she would never pick up the phone. Not sure if she didn't completely understand English or? Either way bad customer service. Fiesta find a better experienced employee to answer your phones.

The one near my house has fresh meat. I can't make out what most of it is, but it stinks to high heaven in there. Shop here ONLY if they have an item on sale that you absolutely need. Fiesta has become pretty pricey.

The prices are great! The lines were ridiculous - like really really LONG! Open up more registers guys. Still my go to place for Latin food products though!
