Dog shop did Fantastic job on my Beagle SnoopDowg,. Bath and deshedding. Theses dog sheds hair like crazy . I am a truck driver. This is very convenient to get too. I highly recommend this place . People are fantastic there.

Great job they do! We take my Princess and Shaila (Mother and daughter ) they come looking so elegant and gorgeous my baby's ! I will keep taking them there! Staff is great! The only problem I had the last time I went the owner charge me and never did this happen to me but he ask if I was leaving a tip! Wow and I did! But I think we pay plenty for both! Keep up the good work! I RECOMMEND THE DOG STOP !!!!

They took good care of my Blanca, although she is a rough tomboy, she wanted those bows out of her head...lol. I love that I was able to see her cut LIVE on FB, being her first time there, I had my worries, but she was well cared for and came out look nice for the summer.

Awesome place for my son. Owner was great, and made rio look amazing. They had no issues with him and prices were outstanding. Just to give you a idea I have a malamute husky and was a good price for me. Going every 2 months :)

I have been here 3 times already with my baby. They are professional, patient, and love their fur clients. Their prices are great for everything they do. I usually get the full package. I don’t do the nail polish thing, but I have seen them paint other dogs nails. LoL my dog has horrible anxiety and is afraid of almost everything and she is a husky shepherd. They work with her and she leaves me happily and ready to go to the staff. She comes out looking and smelling like a million bucks. I highly recommend!!!!

My doggie looks good. But he has been scared since the visit. He was also scrubbed too hard and he had a rash . i opened the door without hitting the bell. But no need to yell at your customers like that. Not recommended.

My mother went to take my dog Matilda to get groomed she has bumps on her skin. One guy didn’t listen and cut her bumps and started bleeding today my mom took her to the vet and turns out the bacteria spread to her muscles and now she needs surgery on Monday to remove as much bacteria as possible.

I highly recommend this groomer. They are a very friendly family owned business. They ask you what you want and help you if you’re not entirely sure of what you’d like for your fur baby. They have a very clean area and all the doggies are very well taken care of. They do not overcharge in their services and make sure to give you a call when they are done.

Ive been taking my dogs here since they have been opened and was satisfied. However today I picked up my Yorkie and had my son point out her ear asking what happened. It came to my attention that a chunk of her ear had been cut off during the appointment and was not notified at all about the incident. To not have the decency to let me know that they cut my dog is beyond low. This is infuriating. This is the last day I ever bring my dogs here. stay away from this place as it appears to not have ethics.

I was very happy to go to a locally owned business, I always want to support local businesses, but the Dog Stop cut my Cocker Spaniel's facial hair after maybe 3-4 times after taking him there. They had never cut the hair on his face and I had never had to tell them not to do it. Well his facial hair started to grow after that and it grows faster than his body hair so it created a costly problem for me and actually made my dog less adorable whenever it grows out. I decided to stop taking him to the Dog Stop but returned a year or two later to give them a second chance. I explicitly told them to cut his facial hair (since it grows out now) but NOT TO cut his whiskers. My dog gets anxiety and starts to sniff EVERYTHING any time his whiskers have been cut off and they take forever to grow back. Again, I was clear in my instructions and said it at least twice and I explained why it was important for me and the problems my dog would have if they were cut. Well when he was picked up- his whiskers were cut! I was very upset. I asked the young male why they had been cut if I was explicit with my directions? He said he had forgotten to write it down but he did the job so there was no miscommunication between employees. He just did not care. I asked to speak to the manager, he said it was his father and he wasn't there. I asked him to have his father call me because I was very upset. I have been waiting months for that call.

Expensive!! I took my maltipoo , and they gave him a poodle haircut. They charged $50 yes he was a bit knotted but they didn’t brush him they completely shaved him off with the exception of his poddle tail and ears. I wouldn’t mind paying the $50 if they would have untangled his hair and not shaved all of it off!

I took my yorkie poo to Dog Stop for a haircut and bath and these guys were incredible. She smelled so good for weeks after her appointment and came home with the cutest bows by her ears. It was a little bit if a drive for us since we live on the other side of horizon but they are so worth it. Now, we've got a German Shepherd that we will be taking there and we know he is going to be taken care of. Hands down, best groomer we've ever taken our pets to!
