I Cant explain how happy this experience was. I have taken my dog to 5 groomers over 3 years and after the 3rd appt for each one everything goes badly or too expensive or whatever...It has been 4 months since i have taken him to a groomer. So his hair was super long and matted and very bad. I was so ashamed because I knew it was gonna be super dificult for them, painful for my dog and expensive for me.BUT, I was so lucky to make an appointment with them....It was not expensive, they took amazing care of him and they eaven took care if his eyes since they were so irritated. I automatically made the next appointment.Many of the other groomers told me that my dog was really aggressive and eaven bites, but these groomers actually told me he was a very good boy. (This shows how good and patient the groomers are)My sister was so happy of how he looked that she cried as soon as we picked him up.All I have to say is MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I took my dog for an appointment at 11:30 and he was ready before 1pm. I seriously expected it would take more time but it was so fast.I am really really happy, we will stay here for sure.

Have taken my dog twice and so far I am happy with the service. She does not seem overly stressed and she comes out looking amazing! She was there about 4 hrs total which is not too bad because I understand they have several dogs ahead of mine. Might just want to mention if your dog has anxiety issues before hand so they can come up with a plan to avoid long waits in the store.

I took my 7 year old husky here for the first time as a walk in and they were GREAT! My fur- baby was calm and very happy when I picked her up. Rate was great. They had told me she'd be ready in 2 -3 hours and was going to be worked on once they get the appointments taken are of( I had no problem with that due to her being walk-in). They were true to their word and my fur-baby was ready in no time. I will be making appointments for my other 4 fur-babies soon

Today was my Pittbulls first time with this groomer. I was hesitant, as any dog owner would be, because the last groomer in Horizon City was horrible. I could see the distress and demeanor from my dog when I picked him up. Anyways, when I dropped Toby off at My Little Home Groomers I gave special instructions for when they bath him. They were very understanding and even showed me the back where the dogs are bathed. I waited outside while they did his Grooming and it wasn't very long. When he was ready, I didn't see no distress on his face and he was happy.. I was impressed by how clean the facility was. Both groomers were very nice and I do plan on taking him back. Thank you for being gentle and loving with my big fur baby!Also for a loving touch, maybe someday they could have bandanas to put on them:)

i really like taking my dog Winston here, he’s gone since he was a baby. the owner is good we’ve only had just one misunderstanding however i’ve NEVER seen my dog get cut or hurt in anyways and that’s what most scares me of taking him anywhere else. he’s a very hyper dog and i know many people are rude to dogs like him but luckily the people at little grooming treat him good and he looks great every time !

Looked them up in Google it was near my house. Had good reviews,so decided to give them a shot. Showed up as a walk in. The young girl that helped me was very courteous. My dog was ready in about 2 hrs. Was really happy with the quality of the service and price.

First time customers. My usual groomer was not available and decided to take my fur baby to Ampa’s. I was very nervous as I am very picky about where I take him due to bad experiences. But they did an amazing job! My dogs fur is so soft and the cut was just perfect how I requested. My dog was there longer than I expected but I rather know they take their time with each dog than be rushed and do a poorly job. The price was reasonable and the lady that helped us was very kind. We found our new groomers!

This is not the first time we have taken our dogs here. This time was just horrible. We dropped them off at 9 AM and they were not ready until 7 PM. When we picked up the dogs they looked really scared. We didn’t think to check them closely there because this was a trusted place, we always loved the work they did on our dogs but this time was not like before. They both had uneven cuts all over their bodies. They did have a little matting before the cut and some of it was untouched. When we got home we decided to check on them and they had several ticks that weren’t there before.

They did a decent haircut on my pups but the only thing that I did not like was that they hot glued the bows on them..I have never experienced anything like this, I had to cut some hair off to take the bows off..I don’t think I will take my pups there again..

Love the service and prices but they take a long time up FIVE Hours sometimes.. they need to give you a heads up when leave your pup for that long it's overwhelming

This was the first time I took my dog to a professional groomer, most of the times I just cut her hair my self, so I was a little worried, but in the end she looked so beautiful!!! I 110% recommend this place to all dog owners!!

Horrible customer service! Lady (not sure if it's the owner) super rude!! No communication skills whatsoever and very unpolite when answering to anything you ask her. If that's how she treats customers, much less you can't trust your furry babies with her.
