Really good service. I’ve taken my dog there many times and always treat us respectfully, they cut her hair nicely and trim her nails carefully. Another thing I really like about this place is they always put little bows on the pets which most places don’t do, I definitely recommend this place, the service is good !

Great care and service on our beloved shih tzu’sWe have taken them to Mili’s Groom Shop since they were young pups. Our pups always get a great hair cut and our female gets her beautiful bows up to whatever season we are in. The owner has helped us out tremendously and has squeezed us in to get them serviced. Highly recommended!

Always had a good experience here. The price may change due to pet's condition (matted, etc.) but still reasonable.Been taking our poodle here since they opened - so much better than the previous owners!The owner is very nice, polite and accommodating to my requests (no perfume or talc).

I left my dog at Milie’s Pet Grooming and when I picked him a little girl was working there like about 10 to 12 yrs old. My dog was in the back cages so scared he didn’t even react to us. I just wanted to get him out of there. Then the lady told me to just get him. I asked how was he she was just like fine! As I got to my car he was full full of dog shed you could tell she didn’t wash him right his toe nails were over trimmed, his cache and parts of his body were just chopped I was so mad I didn’t even want to go back in. I got home my dog didn’t even react he was in a corner scared. My kids and I re bathed him and loved on him we noticed he had blood on his like neck and private area and very horrible grooming it took him an hour to cheer up! I will never again take him there I want to share awareness! They need to shut this place down! I feel like if they let the little girl groom the dogs. I had left him there since 10:30 he was the second dog there they didn’t even call me but thank god I went for him!

Horrible pet groomer. Took my doggy there. He came back with a big gash by his leg. She said someone turned on vacume and he got scared so they cut him. Like if it was his fault. BE VERY AWARE!!!

To the whining hateful comments respectfully if you simply can’t pay what the service charges for a pet maybe you should consider grooming your own pet to understand and value how difficult it is to groom our furry babies . To the customers that can’t pay the extra few dollars because the fur baby was dirtier than anticipated or nervous and hard to groom simply take them to another inexpensive place where they do quantity over quality. Thank you to the clients that completely understand the hardship in grooming and don’t get upset for paying for the service . Keep in mind our dogs are not mannequins meaning they don’t stay still which makes it very difficult to perfect the serviceThank you for your understanding and the trust with your little fur babies💕 🙏

If you want to do yourself a favor...Don't take your pet here.They told me a price over the phone, and 30 minutes later they increased it by $10! ..... They lied to me when they told me I didn't understand what they said over the phone. REALLY?!!Do they really think that they can treat anyone like that?!!!Honestly, they can keep my money. I'm not going back there - I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.Now, after reading all the reviews, I see that there's more people like me being ripped off or have had worse experience than mine at this place.

They are directly responsible for the death of a dog and then impersonating the owner when they tried to take the dog to the vet in order for the owners not to find out. They have not made a single comment or apologized. Look up Athena on Facebook! Do not trust them with your pets!

I loved it! One of my fur babies needed her nails trimmed so badly and while I was waiting I could hear the young woman talking so sweetly to my baby, you could hear the patience in her voice, definitely going back when I need to take my babies for grooming.

Pets are family we want them to be treated with respect and love and with lots of patience! What a nightmare to take your pet to get groomed and they die because of the bad treatment you gave them when they are supposed to be pampered and look beautiful.. RIP Athena 🐾

I have never seen my dog so scared, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Please stay away from this place. While waiting from the representative at the front desk to end her personal call I noticed my puppy getting scared. He is an old dog, and for the first time I saw him shaking like never before, not even with the vet he gets like this.

I take all my dogs here, and so does my family. Never had any issues and my dogs come out looking better than most places I've taken them to before. I highly recommend them.

Does not even deserve half a star. Have taken my dog just for a bath. And both times they were instructed to just bath. No scisors at all and both times they trimed eye brows and beard. Think my 5yr old nephew understands instructions better than them adults that groom there.

I hope you guys get shutdown or at least the person who is responsible for this gets put in jail, for lying to the hospital to not give treatments when you guys weren’t the owner and animal abuse that led to the death of the dog , what kind of monster does that. R.I.P Athena 🙏
