I was only able to take a dried sausage with my along on our road trip, but I believe these magical meat sticks have super-food qualities. I left it in the center console compartment for about 10 days and would take a bite when i needed salty satisfaction. Patek's Dried Sausage never let me down. Anyway this place is a "must stop" if you're visiting the brewery.

Great old school country grocery store. The store is small but clean and well stocked. Fresh meats, nice selection of sausages made in house. Fresh produce. Staff is polite and the person bagging your groceries will also carry them and help you load them into your car. great service.

Love this store. I drove past HEB and Walmart then went another 10 miles out of my way for this store. Their meat market is amazing and priced where you don't break the bank. The quality of meat is 10 times better than the bigger stores.A meal using a lb. of ground meat. You find yourself needing to use 1 1/2 lbs. because it draws up to half the size. Well a pound of ground meat at Patek's is a pound of ground meat. Other items are a little more but with what you save on the meat, I'm finding myself buying more and more from the little country store.

Love this store,small,clean,well stocked shelfs. Nice little meat market plus a wonderful selection of Shiner beer the staff was friendly just like walking back in time when grocery stores were simple and not so huge.

We order quantities of steaks, chicken, etc. for events. They come already seasoned and ready for the pit or grill.Best Pork Steaks we've ever eaten. Good customer service and excellent prices.

Patek's grocery/smokehouse is the one absolutely mandatory stop for me when I am in Texas. I make sure to bring a large cooler and stock up on sausage and weiners. Since I no longer live in Texas, I have to make time to get my fix of good food, and there is no place better. Be down in August...
