About 3 weeks ago, we purchased a longhair dachshund from Puppy Dreams and Nathan was fantastic to work with! He was extremely helpful and patient through all our questions. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and it was clear keeping the puppies safe and healthy is key. Peanut quickly became a member of our family! I had an amazing experience with the team but especially Makayla! She educated me about my puppy so I was prepared to bring home my puppy. The facility was very clean and put together and the rest of the staff was amazing! You can tell they take care of these puppies! I’m so happy I got my sweet Dolly Ann from them!!!

After searching online for the last two years we are so pleased and excited to say Puppy Dreams made our puppy dreams come true!! We are so thankful for them. The store is very clean open and smells great. The staff is wonderful and made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely choose them first if we decide to expand our furry home even more!UPDATE: It has been 7 months since we brought our little Rambo home and we are so blessed to have his big sweet furry butt. He has grown to 105 Ibs and is just the BEST companion. We didn’t know what we were missing till we brought him home. He gets a lot of attention and love everywhere we go and he just soaks it up. He went from being this small shy guy to this sweet docile giant. He extremely smart and loving because we made sure we socialized him and treated him with nothing but respect and kindness, he’s our big baby but also a great protector. He loves my kids and treats them like his own and I could not ask for more loyalty from this furry companion. He’s the best and I can’t wait to watch him grow old with us.

My son & I love this place! He has so much fun playing with the puppies. Its a great thing to do that’s free, all you need is your ID. The puppies really enjoy it too! The staff always has the puppy’s best interest in mind. The place is very clean and I’ve never seen a messy cage.

Nate was great! Our dog unexpectedly died this morning and we came straight here to get a new puppy. He was so nice! Worked with us. The place is spotless and very clean! The dogs were very well taken care of.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and upbeat positive greeting when entering into this location. My dog is on Nutrisource which very few pet stores carry this brand. Thank goodness I found Puppy Dreams and they carry Nutrisource. I saw some cute pups as well and Dil even carried my bag out to my car for me! I will be back again.

My family came to look at puppies, and were greeted with the sweetest, most professional, and knowledgeable staff member, Makayla. She answered all of our questions, and provided very good info for us about each breed and puppy. The store is very clean and all of the puppies are healthy and very well taken care of. We fell in love with the sweetest Yorkie-poo and will be taking her home today. Thank you to Puppy Dreams in Sherman for such a wonderful experience, and for our new family member!

Still waiting on my puppies registration too. 6.29.2023These poor doggies look like they are at a puppy mill to me. So sad. They dont look happy or healthy. These are my puppies parents. You have to sign a very long contract to get your puppy. I did and my puppy was supposed to be registered. They went over everything but that. I had to mention it. So they said they would get the copy of the puppies registration. 2 weeks later they said he wasnt registered. Then they said they said they would co tact the breeders. And I would then need to re-register my puppy. After spending ohhh so much money it was not a good experience with the shop. I feel I've been had. Mind you I love my puppy but feel deceived. It is a breach of the contract that was signed. The owner offered me a full refund. But I want to keep my puppy but it's the principle. I asked for a partial credit and offered $50.00. Just beware

Got a beautiful German Shepherd here, would gladly get another.The financing was walked through with us and made super easy.All the important information about the breed, health information, and all that.The puppies are too adorable, if I could buy them all I would.They make sure the puppies are kept safe and clean when you come to visit.They have a good selection of puppy products to take care of your puppies when you get them.If thinking of purchasing a puppy, 10/10 would stop here.

I went and had a play date with cuddles today. We have been on the search for a sweet small breed for my husband to take with him on travel. And it’s a whole process about today was so easy and smooth and perfect. Not to mention the staff was super nice and very informative about every breed that was in the building. Jessica was my partner with puppies today and she was absolutely amazing!! Would highly recommend if you are in the market or puppy!!

Cute puppies! I got my little baby Skye from here, she's happy and healthy. The shop owner Dil, is very nice and gave us a discount when a mistake happened on the email for her price listing. They offer lifetime puppy training, A kennel with all the supplies needed to start out for free with your puppy purchase. They also will help you understand and set up your financial payments very easily. I love my new furry friend!I hope more people can discover how wonderful this place really is! Our first time here and we could see how well these puppies are cared for. We had all our questions answered and got plenty of time to play and get to know our pup to make the final decision. We chose Harley Monet or she chose us for her family and she has fit so well. We love her so much already.

We've always been cat people, so this is our first dog buying experience. Dil in the Sherman location immediately made us feel comfortable, and took the time to listen to what we were looking and explain the pros and cons of each breed.We ended up getting Lily, a mini Schnauzer. My son is so happy!We highly recommend puppy dreams.
