The online check in process, then in store check in was flawless. Katie our groomer greeted us and told me about programs to use and coupons for new items to help train Petey. Her advice to help get my dog familiar with nail buffing was greatly appreciated. The entire staff were So friendly!

the groomer was very good .I have 7 year Minpin set in her own ways . She felt very comfortable with the groomer . You know Dogs can sense things . I am from out state and stay in thousand trails off on on . I have asked the office to past information about your service . Great service and resendable . Good location too . close to other place that you may need to pick up things

This Petco has THE BEST staff! So good it makes me want to move here just so I can have these people care for our dogs whenever they need. The ladies in grooming department are incredibly skilled, kind, and are excellent communicators! I received texts about how our dogs were doing with an estimate of when I could pick them up. They made sure to pull all the stops and made sure our babies smell, look and feel great! I can’t thank them enough. The cashier guy was the nicest soul! He helped me learn a benefit from the vital care plan that I didn’t realize until him. It’ll save us a lot of money in the future! The store is clean and well stocked and everybody is friendly. Come here if you live here or are just passing through. Everyone is welcome and the customers are great too.

Falon did a great job with Sophie. She (Sophie) is a very large dog, and was extremely dirty. It took Falon about 1 1/2 hours just to bath Sophie. Sophie loves coming to get groomed. Falon seems to really love working with the animals she receives at the grooming area.

I've only had my dog about 3 months, she was a rescue so I don't know her history. She's tried to bite the trainer a couple of times as well as a couple of other people. She also has separation anxiety. I discussed this with the staff so they were aware of the potential. They started really slow & made her comfortable, the cut looks GREAT! I won't go anywhere else for her grooming needs. EXCELLENT SERVICE! THANK YOU!

Courtney takes great care of our dog Sam. Sam is very sensitive and shy, so she gives him extra care. Sam comes back very clean and well groomed. We have tried other places, but they didn't take care of our loved one like petco did. Definitely recommend this place.

Online scheduling was easy and quick, and correspondence and follow up was great when confirming the appointment. Didn't make me feel like it left me hanging out in cyber space and wondering if I actually had an appointment or not, they emailed and texted about the confirmation, several times, and even physically called the day of. The groomer was super sweet and friendly and was great with my dog! Will certainly be back to use her again!!

Our groomer was awesome! Livvy (our lab) wasn't a huge fan of getting a pedicure, but our groomer was great with her and we'll definitely be back instead of trying to do it on our own. Livvy loved the little free goody too that she got!! Thanks!!

They are so kind, and made us feel so comfortable. It is just so hard to leave your baby with someone to get their hair cut. We tried your salon because we just weren't comfortable with the last one we went too and she just looked like a little old man when it was all said and done. It was such a blessing to be able to come to petco and have my Paisley feel so comfortable she was even giving hugs and kisses when she left. And when we left petsmart from her first visit she was shaking so badly and clawing at us holding on so tight. She had the best time here. Thank you guys so much!

I'm very nervous about leaving my dog. I try to be clear about her grooming. I was very pleased how she was comforted. A customer who saw her on the table complimented how well behaved she is. Very good sign about her care.

The grooming I paid $105 for was horrible. They had no knowledge of the breed and pretty much ruined my Afghan Hound. I paid extra to have the matted hair combed out but he came home with mats still all thru his body. She shaved his chest down the skin. If I had gone to pick him up there would have been a different price paid for sure.

All four of my dogs have been shaking thier heads since we left. Thier ears are bothering them very bad. Have never had this issue with past groomings. AND I had no idea you charged separate for each thing you do. $310 for four dogs that all basically got shaved at a number 7 is absolutely ridiculous! We will NOT be back

I used the self serve wash room for my senior dog and GP pup. It was extremely convenient to have towels and a dryer provided. The staff was great with my pets and I. Will DEFINITELY be going back!

They have always been good with my dog. He isn't overly apprehensive even though he doesn't really like grooming when we go but tends to strut a bit when it is done.

This time I took her in she didn’t smell like the berrys and fruits like she always do and it always last for two weeks or more yet she is clean and smells clean but today she smelled like doggie but not a diry doggie her nails looked beautiful and short like we like the last time they were not trimmed very short and they got long before we could bring her in I try to bring her in every month or every two weeks but my health won’t always allow me to do so and when I can I always expect the best for her I’ll always use petco cos the girls are amazing with her and I do understand they get busy and over whelmed other than that I love the job they do with her and how they treat her this place is amazing and I’ll ask for the berry smell next time lol
