This was the first time I went into this pet store. It was fun! The store is fully stocked for your one stop trip for your pet. There was a very helpful and kind Manager and employee. They have their store clean and organized. I don't live in Seguin, but if I did I would always go to Pet Supplies Plus for my pup.

Just a great, friendly and very helpful place to shop. Even had one of the employees call and say he forgot to give me credit for a coupon I gave him and I was able to go back in the next day and get the credit. Super honest and always helpful. Thank you!

Manager is nice and informative. Half the staff is friendly the other half are miserable. Kid with the headband is insufferable. Rude and always seems annoyed with customers. Looks like he hates his job and makes the shopping experience not a good one.

Great place although wish they had more animals to look at , I love the fishes though they have a variety of them there and a whole lot of stuff for dogs or cats

Amazing customer service. It was my first time in and and the people working were so nice. They helped me find a cone for my dog that had just been fixed (surgery) . I want sure what sixes and they went above and beyond to help me get it right. They then assured me if it wasn't right I could bring it back. We only needed the cone once but I added a picture of her healing. I'll be back and I DO RECOMMEND!

I was hoping for a nice local shop for my pets needs. However, this isn't it. The food selection for cats is somewhat minimal, and each time I've been in the store, it felt unkept. The employees seem unhappy as they continuously complain about each other in front of customers. I give 3 stars because they are helpful when you ask for help.UPDATE: I have seen an enormous change the last few times I've been in the store. Employees seem happier and keep their complaints out of earshot of the customers if they have them. So far, everyone has been helpful, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help.

Literally the only pet supplies store in Seguin but the service is so lack luster I’d rather drive to New Braunfels than give them another dime.I’d grown used to the lax attention they usually display where they don’t even acknowledge you waiting at the cash registers as they are preoccupied with other things like stocking. I blew off their over inflated prices and chalked it up to convenience rather than driving a town over. I even dismissed the chit chat most of the teenagers partake in as they ignore customers.On my last visit though they had a game set up where you throw a football, my son who plays sheepishly played but I knew he was just showing up for his old man. He was awarded a small knick knack and they offered to also give us a keychain with their logo. My son extended his hand and the guy actually snatched it away and I noticed my son’s reaction. A grown man not possessing the sense to know how rude that is to do to a young man isn’t who you need at the front interacting with customers and their families. That wasn’t the end though.I needed some feed for our bearded dragon and attempted to pay for it with a large bill. The young girl made a face as if I lacked any sense and told me they can’t accept that. Her facial reaction wasn’t needed but all I needed was a polite decline telling me they can’t accept large bills. She proceeded to tell me “maybe you should go grocery shopping first and break the bill there”. My sensibilities doubted she even did her own grocery shopping but I simply smiled and explained I’ve already done my grocery shopping for the week. I thanked her and began to walk out as I hear the guys ask her what’s wrong. My back was to her but my son shared that she rolled her eyes as I walked away.Why on God’s green earth, save for being the ONLY pet supply store here in town you would think this type of poor service and behavior is acceptable is beyond me. They’re in desperate need of cleaning up their staff’s attitudes though.

Bought some food for my puppy was going to sign up there customer reward program and would have got the better prices but supposedly there system was down you would think there would be an alternative way but very low budget place should have just went to another pet store

This store has the most friendly staff not only to me but also my dogs. They always ask to approach/pet the boys which I like as one is a 9 month old in training. I have never had to hunt for help because there is always someone offering assistance throughout the store. This store always has an excellent selection of toys and snacks for all my pets (dogs,cats,turtle). My dogs love to hear "Yall wanna go to the TOY STORE?" they get very excited. We will continue to be patrons.

I love this place, especially the guy I always talk to that told me he has a bunch of cats. I forgot his name. But he is very knowledgeable with so many types of animals. The staff is always super friendly especially him. The store is always fully stocked and has lots of varieties of pets and food and toys, etc. We love coming here.

Not a fan of the dirty looks in this store if you don’t wanna hear my chihuahua bark why are you working in a pet store?Last time the cashier with the red hair was scoping me out like staring me down like I was gonna steal something and I went to get our pictures before Christmas taken they said they would email them I never got them supposedly it was supposed to be a big raffle and prizes and treats it was nothing they barely wanted to take our picture chewy is way cheaper!

This place is absolutely fantastic, you’ll find people here who are actually happy to help you. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience coming, the people who work actually seem to enjoy their job and to help you. The manager is absolutely great, you can tell he really loves his job. There’s always a smile on his face, remembers your pets name, and always wants to know how to help. It may not be the biggest pet store, but it has everything you need and especially people eager to help. I’m a repeat customer and plan on keeping it that way!

I've been to this store many times and always had a pleasant experience. The fish tanks are pretty clean and prices are very reasonable. Everyone is helpful in helping you find what you're looking for. I also like it because it's not super crowded.
