I should have done my due diligence, mind you my house had just blown up and I had a broken back, leg and a TBI healing so I wasn't getting around great, I asked them multiple times if there was any water damage or other damages, of course they said nope not at all just sun faded. They even said the roof had been redone less than 5 years ago (it's the factory Dicor roof from Coachman 20 years old) I'm an idiot I should've educated myself on signs of issues but the left rear main panel was delaminated pretty bad, they said oh that's from the sun. They also played dumb saying they don't work on or service RVs, it was a consignment unit I understand but they promised me up and down they looked it over good and nothing at all major was an issue. Heck they even thanked me for my service with a big ole Texas smile. I'm extremely mechanicaly inclined so I'll get this thing back together. To think I spent over a week down there risking my life for free during hurricane Harvey to rescue Texans.

I worked with Chris there on my purchase of my Stealth Nomad 24FK from AZ. He was always available, even calling after hours if needed. Answered all my questions, and worked with me on a great price. Being I purchased sight unseen from out of state, I had some issues when the trailer arrived. I am pretty particular, and probably too OCD. But they worked with me and made it right. I would work with them again. Also request Chris, he rocks. Its a good company works hard to have a good reputation. And Chris exceeded my customer service expectations!

Big Shout out to Johnathan, We purchased our RV from a different RV dealer, however the service department is horrible. Went to American RV and was treated extremely well. Phone calls were returned and communication hands down is the best. We showed up to purchase a unit with a company check and they treated us like criminals. I am the owner of the business, and had ID with me. We came back the next day with a cashiers check, and they happily took it, but then proceeded to ask us for proof that the business existed (to get title) after the check cleared and we took delivery of the unit. As a business owner, I have never been treated so poorly by a supplier. They also told us by phone twice that they had a sway hedge in stock, and when we showed up to take delivery, they told us they no longer had one, but they loaned us one. Gee, thanks! I do not recommend this dealership.

I had a problem with my trailer and it was evening Friday. By schedule service don't work on Saturday and Sunday. I asked to help me and they did it! You would think because we BOUGHT our Rv here they would treat us good…. Unfortunately no, Horrible service from the older man inspecting vehicles. Please don’t waist your time trying to get inspected they will turn you away for unnecessary reasons, go to blue compass up the road they are amazing and have good attitudes.

Made an appointment with Jonathan to have the brakes on our New Horizon 5th wheel taken care of. Arrived for the appointment was greeted and told where to park and minutes later our techs were working on the brakes. They also checked out our awning and was able to diagnose the issue.The techs are very knowledgeable with the Big Foot landing gear and our Direclink braking system.Would go back to them again when in the area for any of our RV issues.Thank you to all at AmericaGoRV for all your help.Gary and Cindy Price
