My wife bought me a gun cabinet from TSC for Christmas and after unboxing it I saw it was damaged. I returned it to the store and spoke with Sunny (not sure what her last name is). She didn’t have the same model I had but had another one which was a Winchester and it was a little bigger and better. After getting it home I realized the spare keys wasn’t with it (it has a combination too). Turns out the store didn’t have them either and in my opinion Sunny went above and beyond what a normal store sales person would do. She spent forever and a day on the phone with Winchester and made sure I got the keys. Sunny made this whole experience very pleasant.

I like to think of tractor supply of a specialty hardware store . While Lowes or another big box store may be cheaper overall ,tractor supply will more then likely have the items not found elsewhere. If still not found ,they will point you in the direction of a online purchase. Staff are good in the fact of trying to help so I gave them four stars for effort. However, good intentions are nice but they were unable to help me when I described what I was looking for . I have a tendency of speaking quickly so I tried to go slower but I think it made it worse. Turned into a game of charade's in a hose fitting isle .. me: looks like, sounds like.... Him: blank look ....???? I am not being critical or rude just factual. Anyways, I found what I was looking for on my own and was rang up and out the door in a timely fashion. Cashier is on point ..

The staff is very friendly, especially the nice lady who works the register each time I have been in.I moved here around Christmas and this has been kinda my go to place for getting our garden setup and yard machinery. Overall I would recommend.That said their online service is horrible.I bought a whole bunch of dormant plants and strawberry starts and 95% were just dead and never grew.I placed a review on the products explaining what had happened (at this time noticed there were a whole bunch of reviews with same issue). I was polite, no swearing or anything like that. However, a few days later i recieved a email stating that my review was rejected and would not be published.There was no explanation of what was wrong with the review, no way to respond to the email to follow up and no way to pursue it other than to read their FAQ.As someone who recieved 160 dollars of dead product it was like a kick to the gut to not be able to try to save someone else from it, on top of having my issue ignored as they state multiple times in their email how much they value my feedback etc.Unfortunately, my only course of action now is to write a review on Google where the store can not censor the issue.Not necessarily anything that this particular location has done but this is my point of contact and maybe it will get whoever runs their customer service to revisit the way they treat customers with complaints.2 star because I would give the location a 4 but their customer service gets a 0.

After visiting your store recently , I got lost looking for dog food & potting soil as they weren’t in the same spot but after retracing my steps there were clear signs directing me towards the path. There is also a newly built greenhouse apart of TSC San Marcos that extends the longevity & increasing quantity of the plant inventory while also giving me a nice experience walking around before gathering my soil.

The friendliest staff anyone could ask for! The manager (Summer) called me to let me know the fencing I wanted arrived. You cannot order it before it is available but she remembered my wishes and called me as soon as it arrived. From the guys loading the fence on my truck to the cashier everyone put a smile on my face. Was I just in a good mood? Maybe, but if I didn't start that way they made it happen. Outstanding.

Lousy attitude and service by the evening manager. I purchased two large bags of dog food yesterday. When I removed them today one spilled dog food every where.They had taped a hole shut. I returned the bag today. As a disabled vet, I plan my trips and do not go out unless I have to.Manager said even exchange. I said not acceptable. Discount for the distance and trouble caused.She then, in an exasperated voice told the cashier to mark 5% off as she walked away. $1.75 does not cover the fuel it cost for me to drive to the store. Cashier was very nice. Manager was insulting and apparently tired of abusive customers.Update March 2021. I have upgraded from a 2 star to 4 star. Management never contacted me over the issue. They just ignored it. But I have found when I go in now, they a more responsive and helpful. I purchase all my dog food from them and they do provide some items that are hard to find at good prices.

I go there all the time with my brother. Great selection of all your farm needs. Can find some hard to get products and utilities. Good high quality clothing and accessories. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to all farm and ranch keepers. A must for the land. Cheers!

Absolutely most rude lady I've ever come across at any of the Tractor Supply locations we have used all across the country over the last decade as a safe meeting spot, after hrs rest location, and or to purchase supplies for our equine transportation business.An employee/Mgr that starts there day off with a bad attitude continues the entire day with a bad attitude and only trickles down to other employees and customers.If you don't enjoy your job, go find a different one.

I drove down here for hardware the Buda store was out of. They were supposed to have 13 in stock but only had 3. Luckily, I only needed 3. I was really impressed with the layout of the store and the rack full of deals they had near the registers. One of the employees seemed a little dense when I asked for the parts the other store had called to have held for me but, fortunately, his coworker was nearby and far more on the ball, reminding the first employee of the call and searching the area thoroughly until the hold was found.

Well i love our tractor supply. They know everything. I call it Murphy's store,my cardigan corgi, Murphy loves it and expects to go there every time we get in our car. He shows off does his little show of tricks for them and they make him feel like a star.

Bought some large turnbuckles and within a month, tried to return them and they told me "We no longer carry that size". I put them out in my storage shed and lo and behold, they are selling the large size again. I took them back into the store (no receipt), and they asked me when I bought them. I was honest and told them "years ago". Now they are carrying the large size, but I can't even get store credit.

It is the only feed store in town. It has the basics but if the managers had the ability to order for the area it would be awesome. For instance they sell wildflower seed at the wrong time of the year. They dont always have the livestock medications in stock.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. Cutter was knowledgeable & friendly. He went above and beyond to help me, and was very patient explaining the different types of water pumps. 5 Stars I will definitely be back to TSC!

This location continues to disappoint. I just need some propane. The manager Emily says she can’t do it because of a lighting strike but yet the sky is clear. I asked to show me proof she received this info and she said her phone doesn’t show it anymore. Right anyone know all you need to do is scroll and iPhone up and it’s their. How combiner that the lightning strike supposedly happened when I asked. If you can’t tell the truth step down. So disappointing why can’t this store get fixed. This happens to many times. I am a member and a disappointed customer that will need to wait 30 min for a 5 min service really!! The propane company’s come to my house when it’s raining and do it. Just full of excuses. I got an idea put customers first and deliver outstanding service. Not excuses.

Clean store I tend to forget about tractor supply they have mostly everything you need for your outdoor needs. Got a fly trap because we have so many at the house and ewww🤢 the trap works perfectly and it's so disgusting how many flys are in the jar ..!! Keep up the clean store lady's and gents

They have hard to find industrial supplies, unique animal fixtures, pet grooming supplies and so on. Some day's, their prices are a little higher, and on others you find the deal of the day! One other note: if you're looking for old fashioned candies (root beer barrels, maple peanuts, cinnamon disks) this is your place!!!

I love Tractor Supply. They have actual brass hose fittings, which I can't find at Lowes or Walmart. They have a lot.of things you can't find other places. I buy my seeds there and bird food. If you want something sturdy, this is where you'll find it.

I'm leaving a 5-star review because of their manager name Jeff. He's a really tall guy & just a professional & nice as can be. He has a real good knowledge of everything they sell there from their power equipment to their livestock feed and supplements.

Went into Tractor Supply to find a ground clearing type product for weeds and hard to kill vines and nettle. The people inside the store were very helpful in finding what was needed which was very nice and needed. The store is organized rather divided with home type use and AG type use in seperate areas which made finding the quantity of chemical needed actually located in another location in the store. The sale associate actually went to the home use area and came back with the smaller size bottle we wanted.

Some of the employees are not very farm and ranch savvy. Understandable they're just out of school but it would be best to hire off of a people who lived on ranches and farms. Or at least have one available during the day that has done that kind of thing

If I could give zero stars, I would. My sons car sat in the parking lot for 9 months and NO ONE called it in. My son was found dead. If someone would have reported the car missing then maybe my son would have been found alive. No common sense

Helpful, freindly general country supply. With farm, garden, and ranch wear. I love it. Chicks and ducks in Spring. Loads of Hardware, tractor supply, truck boxes. Call or go online they have what you need!
