I asked them to give her a bath, trim her toenails, and trim the hair on her feet. I didn't recognize her when I went to pick her up because they shaved my baby!! I didn't ask for this crazy haircut! Now it's going to take months to grow back, and it looks ridiculous! I'm never going back there again!!! If I could give you ZERO stars, I would! I've included before and after pics.

They do a good job, tho my doggo does come out a bit with loose hair, but they trimmed his nails and clean his booty, gave him a clean shave and comes out smelling good. Plus it’s adorable pricing.

First time I was nervous taking my shih tzu somewhere so I found this place which was a walk in….he came out so adorable…people were so nice and helpful and did everything we asked for! Definitely taking my Dobby here again!! Prices were also great love this place!

It’s already been twice that I show up early and wait in line to be told that they’re filled up which is infuriating because not only did I try calling ahead to check if spots were available (they didn’t answer the phone) but they had me wait in line just to tell me when I got to the front that they were full. Why doesn’t this place just start booking appointments over the phone to avoid wasting their customers time?? It makes no sense! There’s no structure or organization in this place it’s ridiculous! I’m going to find another groomer that doesn’t waste my time the way this place does which may be more expensive but it will be worth it

I found a Husky very neglected in Brownsville.. we tried to wash the dog at home but it was impossible to remove years of hair buildup on the neck and tail. Took the dog to this location and they did an amazing job. The dog came out fluffy and clean. By the way, the price was fair. You can pay with Zelle or CashApp. No credit cards, but is ok I understand merchant fees are difficult when having an small business..

Took our 1 year old puppy for a shave , (Miniature Schnauzer) her hair was out of control , long , curly and needed saving , and these guys did one hell of a job ! I couldn’t recognize my dog after they cleaned her up ! Price was very affordable and customer service was A+ . Highly recommend

*Does not accept credit or debit * This is highly unusual and I was not prepared with cash, cashapp, or Zelle. Definitely ask all your questions before arriving. I walked out so I don’t know about how good the services are. I called in advance, and I was not told this at all. When I arrived, no one was available at the desk. The prices were listed on the whiteboard behind the counter, be aware that the grooming is itemized into individual prices which will be added up. Remember to ask about everything first.

They did absolutely phenomenally!! My dog angel came back looking like a completely new dog, so clean and happy!! The cut was beautiful and exactly what I asked for. Fantastic price and didn’t take long at all. I highly recommend!!

Nice place and they take walk-ins once they open. Good to have a pic of how you want your dog cut. That is if you don't speak Spanish. They do speak and understand some English. But did a good job forward fair price.

Service is alright they can work on their customer service. They don’t take card only cashapp or ZELLE. Taken my schnauzer a couple times usually I’m content with what they do but this time I was annoyed with the results. I understand my dog had knots under her belly which they couldn’t do the basic schnauzer skirt I was fine with that but they completely left her bald on her face too. There was no need to leave her bald. Her face didn’t have knots and they only mentioned the under belly area. Will be looking for a new pet groomer! They need better phone etiquette as well.

Today was my first time ever taking my 5 month old shih tzu to get groomed. And I must say this was a great first experience!!! They left her looking adorable, the cut was exactly how I told them I wanted it and she smells really good. I highly recommend this place. The price was very affordable as well. Very nice customer service and my daughter loved the free Christmas bandanna.

Very kind, considerate groomers - they seem to enjoy what they do for us! Both of my dogs are elderly (one is blind, one is deaf) & Puppyland groomers takes good care of them. Highly recommend.

Took my husky in perfectly healthy for a bath sanitary cut price was good like $29 you get what you pay for after 3 days he got a sore on his head it popped pus came out I found out this is a thing called Post-grooming furunculosis they mix the shampoo with water which is okay but only daily bottles must be sterilized every day because bacteria grows now my dog has fever had to get him on antibiotics never will I come to this place again 😡 the smell of this bacteria is disgusting taking him to the groomers ended up being a NIGHTMARE

I was wicked pleased with my baby's grooming, especially with the nail cutting. Also, my dog wasn't crying when I picked her up as she would with the last groomers, and that made me happy. I would recommend taking your fur babies there.

Been taking my dogs here for over a year now. I have 3 labradoodles and not every groomer knows how to groom them. This place is amazing. My dogs run inside on their own and always come out happy. Definitely recommend.

took my dog there one time a year or two back, NEVER again. he came back to us extremely scared and just wanted to be held, they nicked him not once but twice. he has a scar on his left shoulder thanks to them. i don’t recommend taking your dog here.

I have a Maltepoo and a Yorkie. I have gone to several groomers around my area. I was skeptical, but their price is so reasonable. Well... They look gorgeous both of my girls. Very satisfied and I have found their new grooming place!

Took my dog here twice. First time was pretty good and the price was the cheapest around but the second time was one of the worst experiences I've had. My dog was done in less then an hour and I just thought it was quick service and they must have gotten to him quick. Later that day I inspected my dog and noticed he had razor burn on both his arm pits and around his genital area. The next day the areas swelled pretty big and my dog was constantly licking the swollen spots trying to help himself. This is not professional and they should be more careful about this. Not cutting the area or informing the customer that you might have cut the dog in a few spots on accident would have been the right thing to do. I was never informed and barely even talked to about the experience they had grooming my dog whenever I go in there. Last time I'm taking any of my pets here.

Polite and great prices HOWEVER, I dropped my puppy off at 12pm and he was not done until almost 8pm. This was his very first time getting groomed and I was unsure on what is normal waiting time but now that he is older and has been to another groomer, this is too long. He also came home with a very red eye which I now realize was from pressure on him to more than likely stay still. Now that he’s older it’s very clear how this has affected him, he is very aggressive and defensive in some cases and his trainer has made it clear that this was a traumatic experience for him as he was never like this before. Do not recommend what so ever.
