We have finally found our fur-ever pet groomers! Machelle was so sweet and welcoming over the phone and in person. She explained the service and pricing in detail. She and Tonya went the extra mile to make my little Boomer feel calm and comfortable. Tonya did a GREAT job on his grooming! He was so happy with them that he didn’t want to leave! The staff is so kind, and it is obvious that they genuinely care about pets and their parents. This is the happiest we have ever been with a grooming service; we will most definitely be back. 💙

This place has people who care about your pet as much as you do. I knew my dog was in great hands after speaking with Mashell & Tonya for minutes. They are very knowledgeable and caring. I recently had the pleasure of grooming my puppy Kirby at Dane Good Pet Grooming, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff was beyond friendly and polite and they went above and beyond to ensure grade A comfort to Kirby which surpassed my satisfaction. The groomer did a phenomenal job transforming his nappy hair into a stunning attractive little puppy shih tzu. I can't wait for our next visit. I highly recommend.

Worst experience ever!! The owner (Tanya) groomed my Alaskan malamute and did the worst thing you can do to a dog with a heavy coat...she didn't dry her completely. When I picked her up I noticed right away the funky smell. Called them the following day about it and told me to take her back. After about only an hour there she was ready so all she did was spray her with something to try and mask the smell. Well whatever she used caused my dog to start itching like crazy. Her hair started falling out. I know her beautiful long hair...The itching could also have started from not being fully dried the first time causing a yeast infection. . Called the owner Tanya again and this time she tried to blame the problem on my dog having allergies. My dog didn't have allergies prior to being groomed or ever. Mind you this wasn't the first time they failed to groom her properly. I let the first time slide because I understand things happen so I gave them a second chance. Worst mistake ever!! Just thought I'd share my experience.UPDATE to the response the owner submitted under my review: It doesn't matter how many other times you've groomed my dog, she was NOT full dry or properly groomed the last time and one other time before that. And it does matter that you only took an hour because I know there's no way my thick haired MALAMUTE can be bathed AND dry in just under an hour (without cutting corners of course), you took "an hour" trying to mask the smell, not properly grooming her. Also you can classify yourself as an "expert" but her vet states she has no allergies and for the entire 9 going on 10 years I've had her, she has absolutely never experienced an allergy. Please next time don't offer your expert advise to someone to try to deflect on the fact that you groomed their dog poorly and quickly blame it on an allergy. Funny how once I took her to a better groomer, her smell went right away (without having to address any "allergies") and now she smells amazing, as she should, with PROPER grooming and not cutting corners. Thank you.

Took my 6 mth shih tzu, Emma for the first time and it was an amazing experience. From the moment I called to set up the appointment to when I picked up my little gal, she looked absolutely adorable. Miss Tonya was super friendly and we shared the same love for our pups. Miss Machelle made Emma feel super comfortable from the beginning. Very informative and knowledgeable place. Tonya set the expectations and options I had as it was Emma's first grooming appointment. The price was reasonable and clear. The communication was top notch, from text reminders, text confirmations to text pick ups. Emma and I are extremely satisfied and look forward to her next appointment. Thank you so much for everything you do. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place that's safe and caring for your furry friend!

Finally found a groomer that not only showed professionalism, and knowledge but most importantly knows how much our fur babies mean to us. They did a great job on my sweet girl and she was so happy when we picked her up! I definitely recommend this place.

i used their service once for my 10 month old schnauzer who weighed about 16 pounds. seemed fine when i dropped him off and the haircut was okay, wasn’t what i asked for but i hate being confrontational. when i picked him up, one of the groomers had complained about him barking the entire time and i explained how he’s a dog and dogs obviously bark. made me feel like my dog was an inconvenience to them. the second time i called to set an appointment they upped the price to $70 which i believe was $20 more than what i paid before that? and i understand inflation and everything but $70 for a dog that isn’t even over 20 pounds?? seems a little excessive to me.

Tonia's greeting, including her staff was amazingly awesome! Very professional, respectful, informative and helpful. My dog most of all was very calm when I got him back, made him feel at home on top of that it was my dogs first time EVER grooming in a salon.Being 10 yrs old, he was not one bit nervous about anything. I paid 30 and some change for my puppy shih tzu today. Ears weren't cleaned and nails definitely weren't trimmed, I also picked her up covered in hair. Online it states puppies are 17.99 so I'm not sure why I was charged so much. She did smell good and had a cute bow but I don't think I'll be back. Should also mention atmosphere were clean and inviting. It has good potential I just really wish I would have got all services mentioned online for the high price I paid.

Dane Good grooming is the best because of Tania & the staff! Tania is a natural and takes care of my pets like they are her own. My dog was terrified of groomers & at her first appt with Tania, she put her at easy and was able to finish my dog's hair cut-- My dog's 1st ever FULL cut!! The place is very clean & doesn't smell like wet dogs! The price is good for a great job & the front desk is always nice!

Just moved my mom to area n needed nails clipped on her 2 furbabies. I googled groomers n Dane was the first that popped up. From the minute i walked in i was greeted with a southern hospitality n great attitude. Management is awrsome and the ladies that handled the furbabies were just wonderful. My dog is pretty high Maintenance and they took care of Jack like he was their own. He usually comes out of the groomers shaking and a little anxious and he came out a happy boy. Machelle was so professional and kind. Could not recommend this place more! Thank you

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. If they do a poor job grooming your pet, don't bother taking them back because then they will just choose to blame the horrible smell on an "allergy" when really they just didn't properly bathe nor dry your pet correctly.
