I LOVE this place!!!!! My pup Rocky is quite the shy boi but really perks up when we get here!! The grooming and bathing is amazing and he’s always so handsome and in tip top shape when we get him back! The person who walks the dogs does a great job and puts his harness on perfectly! I wish I could give 7 stars because this place is just that amazing!

We always choose The Pets Inn for our precious babies boarding. Gus is great with animals. He cares them like they are his own. He texts us our fur babies pictures while they are boarding with them. I highly recommend them if you care about your fur babies like they are your children.

Great care of my cat for 2 weeks. They helped her get adjusted and tried different foods to help her transition from grazing to eating. Lots of photo and text updates throughout. The staff are protective of the pet rooms to not stress out the pets staying there. Pets Inn is also the only place willing to take my FELV cat and were very understanding of keeping her separate from the other cats.Upon pick up, the staff knew so much about my cat and how sweet she was. They really got to know her and play with her so I knew she was in good hands.Location is near the airport and across the street from my favorite coffee roaster.Cannot recommend this place enough.

BEST boarding place in all of SA!! Staff are super friendly and excited when seeing the dogs. My dog is always taken care of whether going for daycare or boarding and is excited to go back every time. ❤️

If I could give a 6th star, I would! An absolute fantastic place! They have been nothing but great to my boys! My dogs get excited everytime I pull in! The staff is fabulous and have great communication, 10 out of 10 recommend!

I loved my experience here, the staff was very warm and welcoming throughout the entire boarding process, and they even managed to make new friends for my baby!!! I love it here and would recommend it to anyone whose looking for a daycare/ boarding place!! 👍👍(Ps the photos are just the cutest!! Lol)

Absolutely love The Pets Inn! My pups are happy going and leaving and I feel confident that the staff is taking great care of them. They’ve stayed for daycare and overnight several times. I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else! I also love that they send pics

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for daycare and boarding. The staff is very friendly and personable. They always treat us like family and make your pup feel special every time you walk in. I really appreciate how they send pictures throughout day, which I absolutely love! Loki is usually a shy little guy, but it looks like he has a blast every time. They have a great vibe and are reasonably priced. Loki and I absolutely love this place! Thank you Pets Inn for being so kind to Loki.

Dogs had a great boarding experience. They were excited when we picked them up.Update: used them again for 3 of our dogs. They sent pictures and gave updates. You can tell their staff loves animals and treats them with love. Highly recommend.

The Pets Inn has treated my dog, Opal, like family. The staff members are kind, patient, and value customer service. I am always welcomed with a smile and genuine care for Opal. Tracy, for example, has always been so great to us. The staff also send pictures from time to time which I love! I uploaded a few pictures that they have taken of Opal. If you're looking for a doggy daycare or boarding in your area, I would definitely recommend The Pets Inn Hotel Boutique.

We dropped off our sheltie, Coco, for ten days when we traveled out of the country. We were really apprehensive because we had never left Coco overnight anywhere since we got her at two months. She ended up loving her boarding experience SO much that we bring her to see her friends (staff and dogs) 1-2x/week. You can see how happy she is in the photos!!

The Pets Inn is amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and they are so good to my girl Joey. They are always keeping in touch with me and sending me pics of her playing and socializing and when i pick her up she’s always content. Amazing! I have nothing bad to say about this place! Attentive/friendly staff, perfect location near the airport, they completely took care of all my puppers needs without issue or hesitation! They sent pics everyday of the puppies and when it flight got cancelled they had no issues in accommodating us! If it wasn't for them we wouldn't have been able to go on our trip! Thank you pets inn, you guys are great!Bring your own food for your dogs, we left our pet carriers in the car and were able to pick them up immediately after getting out of the airport, it worked out really well that way!

These guys are fantastic! We brought our cat to the Pets Inn for 9 days while we were out of town for our wedding. They took great care of her and sent us picture and video updates of her while we were away! Definitely recommend. We will be bringing our cat here anytime we are unable to travel with her 😁

My experience with the Pets Inn has been a 10/10!I had to go out of state for 12 days and with the new airline policy I wasn’t allowed to take my emotional support animal on the plane anymore and trusted that the pets inm crew would care for my baby. From the looks of it, it looked like my husky had a blast! I’m sure he was crying the first few days but the pictures I received from the staff it looked like he was happy playing with his doggo buddies! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering leaving their fur baby here. They will provide a nice sized sleeping area for them along with top quality pet food for them. We love The Pets Inn! Everyone is always so friendly and genuinely excited to see me and my dog when I drop her off in the mornings. I can tell they all really love what they do, and it shows when my dog comes home a happy and tired pup! The staff is generous and goes above and beyond so that your dog has the best possible experience both with day care and when boarding for a longer period. They send pictures throughout the day so you can see how much fun the doggos are having. They even have adoption services and take in adoptable dogs and provided refuge for dogs displaced by hurricane Harvey. Overall, I can't say enough good things about The Pets Inn and I'm so glad I found my dog's home away from home!

I absolutely love Pets Inn. My dogs are always happy and healthy there. We have boarded them there several times now for out of town vacations and we love receiving the photos and videos of them having a great time. You can tell the staff really loves animals and loves what they do. I would recommend this place to my friends and family!

Left my fur baby 4 day onboarding, they sent us pics/video everyday. I picked her up later than planned and it was an additional $10(no problem) she smelled good so I'm assuming she got a bath. She was so happy! the staff is super nice and welcoming and it seems clean! Would recommend and take my Darla back again. Oh she also was missing a vaccine so they were able to provide that there at an additional cost. Thank you staff! Affordable and professional

My dog loves it here! He's typically a very shy guy, but starts jumping around when he knows we're on the way to drop him off to play with his friends! The staff is very kind and not afraid to answer questions about how my dog did each day.

Place looks clean and smells clean based of their reception lobby. However I went by today to tour the facilities in hopes of booking my dog here. Unfortunately, they don't do tours, and don't allow you to see where your pet would be staying at all. No way of knowing if the kennel area is clean or acceptable. They provided a number of reasons why, but all of those reasons could be overcome by operating procedures so customers could have better confidence in where their pet is staying. Super bummed because all the reviewers rave about this place and we were excited to finally find a boarder here in SA for our pup.

I have a 4 month old Labrador, Nala, and I was a little apprehensive about sending her to doggie daycare considering she’s so young plus I was worried she might have separation anxiety. I took her to the dog park and The Pets Inn was recommended by another dog owner at the park. I decided to further my investigation online and all of the other reviews are not lying to you, because this place is GREAT! Nala absolutely LOVES this place and gets so excited when she sees the building. I don’t see myself taking her anywhere else besides The Pets Inn. I live closer to another doggie day care, but I would rather her stay somewhere that isn’t so commercialized and the employees as well as the owner are so kind to my fur baby. If you’re looking for a doggie day care or boarding, don’t keep looking. This is the place for your pet!

Great place and great customer service. I was visiting San Antonio and had already checked out from hotel but wanted to check out a museum. I called The Pets Inn and they were able to accommodate my 2 pugs for 4 hours. They sent me a picture of them a couple of hours later which I did not expect but was very nice of them. My dogs were happy and tired on the way back home.

I decided to board my pupper at this establishment while I went on a trip to Houston. The staff was absolutely friendly, and I got pictures of my pupper while she was there!I definitely recommend this place. I know I will be using them in the future.
