What a great first experience we had with them. We took our cat because he had kidney stones and they took the time to check him up and explain us all the things. I feel we learned a lot on this first visit. They are so nice with us and our cat.We will definitely be back for everything vet.I highly recommend this clinic. They will love and care for your pet!

Lenny, my sweet cat, was very sick and I was worried he had been poisoned. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I know I took him to the right place. He was thoroughly examined and after many tests, he went home on some medications. The next morning the office called to check on him and recommended that I bring him in for X-rays and IVs. He spent the rest of the day there, getting IV therapy and professional care. 24 hours later, he was feeling much better. The Doctors and nurses treated him with compassion, love and genuine concern and kept us updated every step of the way. Notes and detailed summary was provided to us both days with clear and concise instructions on how to administer meds and keep him comfortable. The level of care and attention to detail made me feel like Lenny was in the best possible hands. It was clear that each member of his care team went above and beyond to create a comfortable and caring environment for Lenny and both of us fur parents. I am so grateful for this medical office and relieved to have Lenny back home and on the road to full recovery.

Super friendly when I called and made my first appointment and was easy to schedule. The techs were extremely nice and informative. The doctor took her time to make sure she knew the history of our dog and went through all the best treatment options and made sure we were comfortable.

Great staffs! Very kind and loving to my dogs. My 2 lb puppy had to get her leg amputated. Surgeon took her home with her to monitor her. They give the best service for all your dogs well being. Highly recommend this vet.

Haven't actually been there yet, but a phone call put me in touch with a farrier we'd been needing. Had been looking for one for months, and one recommendation from Country Friends found one. I will definitely visit them with my fur-kids!I have a senior Chihuahua that I recently took to Country Friends. We saw Dr Brazil who we both liked. She took excellent care of my fur-baby, and told me things that previously visited vets had not. I will be back there with my other fur-kids.

This vet clinic is amazing! The building has that country feel and the staff couldn’t be any nicer! We have a very disagreeable Malti-poo and the staff had that magical touch! Our dog Prissy usually bites and snarls, and everything else and Dr, Westwood and her assistant were absolutely terrific in treating her! Miracle workers in my opinion bc our dog can be such a pain. I highly recommend this vet to everyone with a fur baby!

My dog ,Teddy, loves coming here! The staff is always kind & welcoming. Teddy has been to a few different vet clinics & at other locations he always reserved & scared. When we come here he gets happy & walks in without hesitation. We have made several appointments here & always have wonderful interactions. When Teddy came home after his surgery I would text them my concerns/question. They always responded in a timely manner & answered all my questions.

They have been wonderful, our baby has the highest level of anxiety but needed to be seen on an emergency basis for the very first time. Country Friends Vet Clinic came highly recommended by our vet at Turtle Creek Vet Clinic whom could not get us in right away. We are so happy with the responsiveness & care our baby has received. They are excellent & so loving to these kiddos. We could not be happier, we will be using them in the future

I called to make an appointment for my small dog to get neutered. I was told I had to come in first to do an exam for an accurate quote. I asked if this was an extra charge they said no. We go, they give me a huge quote for the operation and use every vet excuse on the planet for extra money grabbing. (Expected) ok.I am then told it will be 100 dollars for the quote. I said I was told it’s a quote for the surgery and there was no fee because they didn’t do anything…no blood work, no vax..nothing. They then brought out their “manager” extremely rude woman with no makeup. Asking me to “call someone else to pay for me” When I told her there is no where in their 8 pages of paperwork I did before hand (which they asked me to do all over again when I got there) about a fee for this, she then said I was wrong and asked me for my DRIVERS LICENSE number before leaving! And my husbands number! I was told the original conversation was recorded, I encouraged them to listen to it because I know I was told there was no fee or else I would have never booked it. I would never pay 100 dollars to have a vet look at my dog for less than 2 min and hand me another 1000 dollar bill.I left 40 dollars in cash just to shut the mouthy one up.She then called an apologized because they realized I was being honest after listening to the recording.I want to make it clear I’m not upset about a miscommunication. It’s about the way it was handled, so unprofessional and uncomfortable.This place will nickel and dime you all the way. Not to mention it’s run down and on the side of the terrible I30 freeway.RUN!

2nd time in a few weeks I’ve needed an urgent appointment. My regular vet wasn’t able to get me in at short notice. I will be coming here from now on. It’s nice knowing that I have a Vet that has available time each day for emergencies. Dr. Westwood was amazing as was all the staff! Thank you!

I've been thinking about if I should post this review for a while now. I've had a great experience experience with this place, honestly. I do think some of the vets really care and they do what they can. The ladies at the front were always so kind and helpful. What got me to stop coming here is that they declaw cats. Which is a whole can on worms that I really advise you to do your own research if you don't know about, but it's awful. It's illegal in some states and cities ( I'm not saying it's illegal here but still) It ruins cats' lives, brings lifelong pain, so your cat can't scratch a chair anymore? I really found it disappointing, that they support that. Because of that I won't be returning.

So thankful to have found Country Friends- friendly, efficient and so reassuring. Excellent service from the staff and the vet. Dr Westwood, we are so thankful for you healing up our sweet Tuxedo. He is feeling great and at 10 years old, acting like a kitten again. Doyle is so hard to catch and we are grateful to Berridge for taking him in for his exam and getting him out SUPER fast. Highly recommend! They take great care of my fur babies, a cat and a dog. We had the cat way before we brought the dog home. We have had the dog for about 6months and brought him home at about 6-8 weeks old and they asked when I brought the puppy in for his check-up and shots how the cat was doing with the dog in the house. I think that shows how much they care about the animals and families they care for.

Overpriced services and poor communication. Will charge you and not tell you and mail you a bill.. then when you call to pay you are stuck paying late fees for a bill you had no idea you owed! Will be taking my pets elsewhere.

This is the first time I’ve had a dog love visiting the vet! They take time and are so sweet. I’ve been the type of fur mom that will stay loyal to vets, and so far have been to two over the course of 13 years. I took my senior chihuahua here and my new pup echo and received the best service ever! And at a fraction of the price I was expecting. I bring echo occasionally for a groom as well.

We have been going to Country Friends for about 5 years now and can't say enough about how wonderful they are! We have two dogs, one that went through cancer treatment a few years ago and one that has extreme anxiety about visiting the vet's office. Dr. Decker has always taken such great care of both of them. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and has made our anxious boy so much more comfortable coming for his check ups. She helped us through a very difficult cancer diagnosis with our girl a few years ago and it is such a great feeling to have a vet that you know cares about you and your fur babies. The entire staff is always very friendly and make all of our visits a pleasant experience! We highly recommend Country Friends!
