I typically don’t leave bad reviews unless the service dictates. I purchased the membership for our 6 month golden doodle before the Round Rock location opened for business. Honestly the price and location were perfect for us. The service started off great! We were so pleased with the level of customer service and the results until we weren’t. We took our dog in for a weekly wash and got the call within 15 minutes she was done, I went to get her and her face had not been washed. When I brought it to the managers attention she apologized and asked me to bring her the next day. I took her back and also paid for a trim around her eyes but again I got her back with a bath and no trim. I called again and they offered to give some additional treatments free of charge. A month later we took her in for a bath and full cut.. when we got her back I noticed two gashes on either side of her neck where they cut her hair almost to the skin.. as a result instead of telling us they tried to cover it by cutting her shorter than we asked. During this visit they got water in her ears that resulted in a ear infection and $348 vet bill. When I went back in to get some resolve the manager said it was our puppy’s fault. She said she is hyper and hard to control.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS

Amazing prices and very friendly staff. I can tell they care about our furry loved ones. Maple is a lot to clean but they took care of her same price as a Poodle!

I brought my sweet puppy here for his first haircut and came out with this result. My husband and I are truly disappointed with the result. We requested a specific hair cut design and they didn't deliver. We wanted the teddy bear 🐻 face look and instead they gave him a dirty street dog look. My dog looks so ugly now😭😭😭. They did provide a good shower and he smelled nice after everything was said and done. Nonetheless we won’t be coming back here for haircuts.

My little guy loves this place! Gets the wiggle butt like crazy when we start driving up. I signed my guy up for the monthly grooming plan because he loves it so much and its very convenient for me.All the employees treat us very well and are friendly as heck!I recommend this place to any dog owner.I mean look at that face afterwards! 10/10✌🏾👌🏾

Love ScentHound in Round Rock. I take my fur boys there for monthly baths and grooming and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all things related to pet grooming and wellness. Their app is great as well to view and book appointments. The whole process is very convenient.What sets ScentHound apart is their dedication to the well-being of the pets they care for. It is evident that they prioritize the comfort and safety of the animals.The results were outstanding. My pups came out looking and smelling fantastic. Corky in the pic after a bath - so white!I highly recommend ScentHound in Round Rock to any pet owner looking for bathing or grooming services. Five stars for their exceptional care and expertise!

Kylo loves Scenthound RR. The groomer always makes sure Kylo comes out spot on perfect. He smells amazing and his coat is super soft and shining. I can't put words onto the yummyness he gets every month when he gets groomed at Scenthound. It's just amazing that I bring in a dirty dog and get back an adorable fuzzy bear to bring back home

We had a great experience, and so did our German Shepherd! From our initial contact with Scenthound, to scheduling, and services, it was smooth, professional and awesome experience.Our pet is still a puppy with some reactivity issues and they really put our minds at ease in the explanation, service and grooming. Our pup came out looking great! So we decided to sign up for their monthly service.I highly recommend Scenthound! 🐶

I recently had the pleasure of getting my two beloved Golden Retrievers groomed at Scenthound, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service they provided. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff genuinely cares about the well-being of the pets in their care.Not only were my pups expertly groomed, but the staff took the time to provide me with a comprehensive explanation of their grooming session. It was evident that they prioritize transparency and communication, which I greatly appreciated as a pet owner.The end result was nothing short of fantastic – my Golden Retrievers looked absolutely stunning. Their coats were immaculate, and it was clear that the grooming process was carried out with skill and precision.

Even though my puppy Khalani wouldn't let them do her nails or teeth because she is weird around other people she doesn't know . Even if I was there or not , she doesn't like being touched. This place did a great job with her and will recommend this place to anyone. Rates are fairly cheap and super fast service. I will be back.

Great place to take your pet to get groomed. The staff is amazing and always friendly.The service is awesome my dogs always come out clean and smelling great. I also love that they give you a scorecard on your pet. My whole family take our dogs here and we love it. I will recommended 10/10 !

My boy Sam absolutely LOVES coming to Scenthound. This is our third time now and we finally decided to become a member! Every time I see him after his “pampering session” he always is so energized, squeaky clean, and smells so good. My favorite part personally, is the SCENT feedback at the end of the appointment where the staff reviews how Sam behaved during the appointment. Since he is an Akita, he is a bit temperamental…it takes the right type of environment for him to be comfortable, so when I say Sam LOVES going to scenthound, that says a lot. They take their time with him and never make us feel rushed, they’re consistent and the results are amazing. The nail grind service is the best I’ve ever experienced…even comparing it to the vet’s office. Sam is weird with people touching his paws, but he just lets Scenthound staff do whatever they want because they are so patient and gentle with him. I definitely recommend:)

We just took our one year old boxer for the first time and loved it (and he did too)! He smells way better than when I bathe him at home, plus, I have the assurance that he’s healthy and doing well from dog loving experts who evaluated him during his time there.I loved how easy it was to manage appointments, upload vaccination records, select services, confirm the appointment and even check in online with their app!We have signed up for a membership and are really looking forward to building the relationships we formed today so Rickey has scheduled care and love each month from his Scenthound friends.

Wonderful dog grooming franchise. We go every week & the value just can't be overstated.If you aren't the best at nail trims, teeth brushing & baths for your dog, this is the place to go!Using the unlimited plan & going weekly is cheaper than using the self-service bath at Petco (and the Petco with the bathing station is closing down).Also, they are good with big dogs!
