Booking a stay for my dog at this pet hotel turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The service was atrocious, particularly from the person at the front desk, Jill. Not only did they display a terrible attitude when asked simple questions, but they also neglected basic hygiene for my dog.Towards the end of my dog's two-week stay, she developed bloody diarrhea due to an “abnormal amount of bacteria” which she definitely got from this place. Despite the vet visit and medication provided by the facility, the grooming staff informed me that my dog was given to them with dried feces around her butt, causing rawness in her skin. The dried poop was apparently so bad that two people had to clean it off of her. When questioned about why there was an excess amount of poop on my dog’s butt, Jill made excuses about not getting her wet due to her breed, a golden doodle, which was utterly absurd and unacceptable. Instead of hosing her off, they let her sit with it in her room for who knows how long.For the exorbitant price charged, I expected a certain level of care. Instead, it seems they let my dog suffer without proper cleaning or attention. This experience was beyond disappointing and reflects poorly on the standard of care this establishment claims to provide. Avoid this place if you truly care about your pet's well-being.

The store was well stocked and had what I needed for my pet bird. It felt clean and well lit. Decent animal selection. I went on a Saturday afternoon, and the checkout line was quite long. For it being a busy day, there should have been more than one checkout line. I didn't like having to wait so long.

Our usual go-to place. If you need help with anything, it's better to ask a cashier for help so they can get someone to help you fast. Since there's usually not a lot of employees around. Pretty clean. Friendly employees.

Grooming salon is shady !!!! My dog is about 9 pound yorkie ! Booked appointment online with Deanna. Coco is fairly clean - just need a cut and bath $55. I have ask her to used sissors cut - Coco is scared of clippers -It’s an additional up charged - which was fine $10+Then she said Coco is noted in the system as aggressive and missed behave - if she need additional assistant there is an up charge of $10 total $75 .First Coco is tiny - she don’t missed behave - she just don’t like getting her nail grind. No dogs like getting their nails clip.I’ve noticed when my groom bills is above $90 dollars the groomer don’t try to add on additional fees smiles and take my dog-Whenever I select the cheaper options $55 - the groomers always give me attitude and tries hard to up sell. One of the groomer put the note about Coco in the system because I declined all her offers and up sales !Deanna was rude so I took Coco and left - I didn’t trust her with my dog !

After spending $106 for a puppy maintenance program last week , I decided to give the pup to a home that could care for him properly.I tried to get a refund by call corporate, but I was told i would only receive $45 of the $106 , I didn't think that was fair.I am a disabled Vietnam veteran living on a small disability pension, and every dollar counts, especially if no services were used.Banfield vet.NOT HAPPY AT ALL !

Management doesn’t care about their employees. Employees aren’t given proper PPE’s. You promised one thing during the interview and given something completely different. If you’re told you’ll get full-time after 90 days, don’t hold your breath. Fish. And reptiles are not properly housed.

If I could leave negative stars I would! Don’t ever take your dog to this location. Prior to today I’ve never had any issues with the grooming services. The way my dog was cut/ treated was ridiculous and to have his groomer hang up in my face was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. He”s traumatized. NEVER AGAIN** Here are before and after pictures 😡**

Terrible. We were looking to adopt a cat, the first associate Shannon, was incredibly rude and condescending. She seemed to have a huge problem with the fact that we had a dog door (which we could and offered to lock!), and the manager just told me to check with the Humane society... I checked their website - Didn't find anything about not having a doggy door. Also, if its locked then what's the issue? Is it ALL doors? How are hoomans supposed to enter/exit our own home? Something's fishy with this store and its not the tuna.Long story short - Georgetown Animal Shelter has some AMAZING cats! The adoption fee is a fraction of PetSmart's. The staff there are kind, and friendly.

I took my Shih Tzu puppy to PetSmart to get groomed. Well he looks like he got in a fight with a weed eater. The manager reduced the cost in half, But I will need to have my little buddy re-groomed somewhere else. He currently looks like he got a groomed by someone having a stroke.I feel so horrible for my poor little dog. I will never make this mistake again.

lady at the front (white,karen cut) was extremely disrespectful. i just hope they don’t mistreat my dog because of their attitude.i will be suing if my dog comes back with as much as a broken nail! this place was sadly my last resort but trust me i will never bring my pet back here again! the staff is rude and unqualified!

Omg, our Buster gets so excited whenever we get close to Petsmart. We love the friendly, professional staff. We feel extremely comfortable leaving our Buster at puppy camp or overnight stay. Highly recommend Petsmart. 👌

My dog was given a pretty choppy hair cut. She also keeps licking her paws so I’m worried that she was hurt.Daphne was nice enough to expedite the groom/bath, seemed to take into account that she was a senior dog, and tried to take into account my preferences, so I give the grooming salon three stars for effort.

I've been taking my puppy for grooming here for 5 months now. Our usual groomer wasn't available so we tried Claudia M. She was extremely rough with my baby (I looked through the circle windows and watched her) and skipped services that were paid for, even though his appointment was at 12:30 and he wasn't ready until almost 5pm! His coat was dry and brittle-looking after she got done with him. I spoke with the manager Ginger, who made it seem like it was my fault for using a groomer that my puppy wasn't use to vs taking responsibility for her staff who should all be trained the same. I went to book a week later with our usual groomer and the prices were raised by $15-20 dollars and the grooming options were limited under my profile! I will not be returning to Petsmart for grooming purposes. Trash.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. My husband and I had 5 minutes to get our girl a new bed so we were in a rush. When we found the bed we thought she would like we took it up front, but it was ringing up a price $10 more than what the sale sign said. Instead of being rude with us the cashier ran back and che ked the price and came back up front to fix it. We were so thankful she did that since we could have stayed with her old bed but it took up too much room in our bedroom and we were trying to downsize.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because prior to this last visit, the gentleman (Cray) has helped us was amazing. This last time, Anthony C. & his manager were so disrespectful and just rude in the grooming department. My dog was matted due to long curly hair. We went camping, and he was in the water every day for a week and weren't able to brush him while we were there. When we arrived, i understood he was going to get a full shave. All we wanted was for his mustache to be left. They told us we were bad owners and they don't want our business. My son was there, he started crying because of what they were saying. I will NEVER go again.

This is how we picked up our pup. We take her there monthly and have never had an issue. We do NOT like her hair short to the skin and have always requested her cut exactly the same.( bathe her, and hair just trimmed) The staff insisted on saying our dog was extremely matted as a carpet and if they could not shave to skin they had to stop service after 5 1/2 hours of her being there. She was partially shaved in patchy areas to the skin and was left that way. We called to speak to manager Ginger, and she totally disregarded customer service and argued that her cut was agreed and pretty much stated we refused the service, which was not the case. We were told she was not bathed or combed because how “terrible” her hair was, yet when I mentioned that as soon as I got home I was able to groom her myself then her story changed and said because she was combed out and pre bathed. Keep in mind they said their comb could not get through her coat, but she had no tangles? Which is it? I have daily pictures and videos and my dogs hair was not matted. We brush her daily. Pet smart!!! Please correct this issue because these employees are not right. They were arguing, rude, and flipping the story around blaming us. They were still trying to charge 85 bucks and even said that’s cheap for a matted dog. Lol Ofcourse we didn’t pay because they failed to provide the service requested and are making things up to attempt to cover up their poor and unprofessional service. People… think twice about using them for grooming services.

My little dachshund loves to stay at the Pethotel & hangout in doggy camp. He is surrounded by big, small, sleepy and energetic dogs. He's sure to find a friend and run around partner everytime. I've called to check up on him and they give me a pretty accurate description of his personality. The place is clean and doesn't smell.

Love this store! Every time we walk in, it's super clean. All the employees I've chatted with are super nice and helpful too. They always seem to have what I'm looking for in stock as well. Additionally, if you're looking for dog training, their trainer Lisa is awesome! She's patient, gets to know you and your dog, and is super knowledgeable. Us and our pup Zuko have learned a lot! 100% recommend signing up for training with her.

This is regarding grooming services - although their customer service is Ok, not great, this does not make up for the horrible service. Yesterday was the 3rd and last time I will bring my dog there.Her appointment was at 2:30pm. At 7:00PM, I called to see if she was ready because they never called. They apologized saying they were short handed & they had not even started on her. Meanwhile we are trying to stay on that side of town so we wouldn’t have to drive 30 minutes home and drive back when she was ready. Plan failed - we went home after an hour and then got the phone call that she was ready at 8:15pm.So arriving at 8:45, she asks if the cut was fine? Really? Of course it’s not fine, you rushed to do her and it was reflected in her cut! And if I wanted them to fix it - they were already closing at 9:00 and I was tired & aggravated. Did I mention, this happened at her last appointment as well.So my reply was simply - It doesn’t matter at this point and I will have to find somewhere else for her to be groomed! $93 worth of aggravation!

Very friendly and helpful. Had to pick out similar goldfish for my 5 year old (without him knowing) because my teenage daughter accidentally killed them! They were patient with us helped us get the exact goldfish we wanted! Nemo and Marlin live again! 😁😂❤

Extremely disappointedThey couldn't figure out how to give my pup a trim. He's been to groomers before and never had an issue when we lived in DallasI dropped him off at 7 and they said give us 3-4 hrs, I said fine. 4 hrs later, they said they would have to charge me an extra 10 for special handling. I said fine whatever, then they called me another 3 hrs later and said they did all they could do and my pup just didn't want to be groomed. They only brushed and bathed him.I waited 7 hrs just for that and they gave me a bill for 80 bucks. What were they doing for 7 hrs? Then there was a sign on the window that said 20 % off for new customers and ask for more details. So I asked and they said it's only valid on future purchases. I just really expected better from this place or at least a discount since I didn't get what I set an appt for

The haircut my morkie got was ok this time. We've been to this Round Rock several times and it's hit or miss. This time the young girl we got didn't seem to listen to me and gave him a basic haircut. I did like the picture they sent to me though.Edit:we've been back several times this year and have gotten excellent service so I gave them an extra star.Edit
