This eye ointment was expired 2 years ago . I showed it to the pharmacy staff last week. But today 05/02/2023 Tuesday I went there to buy the same ointment and I saw the same expired ointment on the shelf. They have a total disregard for their consumers safety! Be careful people!

This location is listed as a UPS Access Point with drop off/pick up option on their website. They refused to accept my UPS package today. When I called to inquire the reason I was told by an associate (Kimberly) at the store that they no longer accept packages for pick up. Yet...their website for this store location says "Drop off and pick up your packages with UPS tracking available...We'll hold packages up to 7 days, so you can pick them up on your schedule". I was told by store associate (Kimberly) that they have not accepted pick up option since Nov. (last year?) Fix your website CVS!

Wish it had a drop-off line like the CVS on Sienna Parkway. And I realize the purpose for having the pharmacy all the way at yhe back is to promote customer shopping; if we're gonna shop, we'd do that anyway. I would like to see a new layout. It's a pharmacy store. Unless you put in moving aisleways, 😫 sick people don't feel like walking. Can there be more than 2 chairs?

I love this CVS. The location is great. Amazing pharmacy staff. They are always professional, helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this CVS for all of your pharmacy needs.

Pharmacist didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I felt like I was bothering her when I asked her a few questions. She even rolled her eyes at me.

Worst cvs! The first time I went the coupon machine didn't work. Tonight, their candy didn't ring up correctly. First, I was charged $8. Then it rang up $7.89. It was supposed to be 2 for $6 to be used with a cvs coupon of $3 off. As per the ad, it should have ended up 2 for $3.Manager tries to charge me $4.89---that is not $3!!!! Total waste of time. They will not honor their own ad. Tried to tell me it was my fault for using my coupon already---the coupon I had just printed out at their store?!!! If I had already used it, it would not have printed!!!Never again.

They were fast and friendly updated me via text that my prescription was ready I was sitting in parking lot waiting I was sick and didn’t want to go in store so they text was very helpful

Worst costumer service ever never been to a cvs where they make your purchase complicated on top of that they have to be rude. Unacceptable!!
