After having an issue with the self check out, the sales clerk gladly offered to help and check me out, she also offered me the CVS reward card and explained how it works. I have enjoyed using the reward card and I have a more positive perception of CVS now and plan on shopping there more often.

I had a great experience! Say of wedding went in there quick to buy little things I needed. Andreya (I think that’s how you spell it). Taught me in a short amount of time how to coupon and saved me $13 on makeup and grooming. I really needed that and I appreciated it. And I got $5 back in CVS cash.

Front store worker was very helpful she greeted me as soon as i walked in she assisted me with finding everything I needed she even went above and beyond she even call other stores to check on a particular item that I needed but wasn't available at her store she definitely deserves a raise she as amazing customer service... Please keep that lady at your store.

Lady with the last name Joseph who works at the pharmacy is not friendly nor attentive. I was also waiting HOURS in the parking lot for my antibiotics to be ready just for them to decline my insurance when my prescription was finally ready. Thank god the pharmacist knew what he was doing.

They are very nice and the store is nice and clean. But I try to avoid this location whenever possible because there is always someone at the entrance trying to sell me something. You know these little tables with friendly, but persistent, sales people promoting whatever.

My daughter just sent a order to this location to print some documents and we arrive to be told the printer doesn't work. If I would have known that I wouldn't have wasted gas driving here.

I live about a mile from this location so it’s convenient for me . Employees are nice , they always greet when I walk in. Some of their prices are better than the store next door. Pharmacy drive thru gets busy in the evening, so go during the day.

Used to work here be careful this was the worst job ever they never have a schedule nothing they treat you with no respect the manager Alfred won’t pay me last check I had to make a report to dept of labor because of it horrible place should be closed the things I seen in that store (better off going to cvs off highway 6 )

I must say how I wish I lived in the Meridiana area. I absolutely love this CVS. The pharmacy has been good to me. My daughter needed a medication and my neighborhood CVS closed. The Meridiana location was still open but was about to close. They stayed open past their time for me to make it to pick her up antibiotic. Not to mention when I call to inquire about medications even if they don’t have it. The pharmacist informs me the “why” it’s not available and I truly appreciate that. Then I was told at the end of the call to have a beautiful day. Thank you CVS Meridiana!

Probably the worst CVS I’ve gone too. They never have your medicine ready even after sending texts saying it is. The pharmacist also mumbles whenever he breaks down the medicine to you.

I'm so happy that this CVS is here! Convenient and clean. The pharmacy personnel are very helpful and pleasant. My favorite cashier is JOURNEY because she is always so helpful and knowledgeable. She always advises me about coupons and how to use my CVS card savings. Once I forgot my mask and she provided me one so I could enter the store and shop safely. I am always greeted by JOURNEY and we both smile at each other with our eyes..since we must wear a mask. I enjoy shopping there. There was a pushy assistant manager there in the past who was rude but I haven't seen him in a while. Journey would be a great choice for assistant manager! Thank you for your service JOURNEY and CVS.

During my visit I see the employee doing their job and always smiling !!!This store is clean and pretty stocked up.We do not have a grocery store close by so keeping up with the demand does hurt this store at times.

CVS pharmacy is like others takes a little while but they will text you if you want when its ready or how long before its ready they auto fill my prescription and text for puck up. I have used Walmart Walgreens but CVS does it better.

Every one here is so friendly and helpful! I went to pick up my prescription and a few things. I finished with my purchase and went outside and got into my car and realized I needed something out of the trunk and got locked out of my car.Tim was very kind and had me come back in the store were it was cool and wait for help to arrive. Thank you so much for your kindness and keeping a level head while I was frantic.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE RIGHT MEDICATION YOU GET FROM HERE. My blind father received the wrong medication mislabeled from this location and if he had taken that quantity of the wrong medication in the dose intended for the correct medication he would have died. The manager said they video tape everything and would review what happened and later said that they did not have the video for that incident. Check your medication if you get it from this pharmacy.

Although the statements made are seemingly falsified and inaccurate, it would seem that CVS maintains the policy and stance that “We Share a Clear Purpose; Helping People on Their Path to Better Health.”Sometimes this might mean that – even though you have the funds to do so – our customers might not be able to purchase an entire case of Lysol Disinfecting Spray. The goal, for our store as part of the community, is for everyone to have an opportunity to maintain a safe and healthy lifestyle. Our store is also aware that we have some at-risk shoppers that are unable to be present during traditional hours of operation, so we maintain the stance that we want them to have equal access to these much needed and highly sought after items as well.In response to Covid-19, the goal and aim of CVS is “With Our Presence in Local Communities and Our Commitment to Healthcare Transformation, We Are Uniquely Positioned to respond to this Pandemic…”As you have mentioned, Mr. Brown did offer a direct avenue of solace so that your voice would be respectfully heard and addressed accordingly. Unfortunately, you refused these options on multiple occasions stating that you would just simply keep “coming back” and that we could not “stop you from buying as much as you wanted.” As expressed in-store, and in addition to multiple social media platforms, to “get even,” you have affirmed that Mr. Brown and the CVS personnel of Store #11327 “haven’t heard the last” of you, especially noting your failed attempts to coerce the cashier into allowing the purchase. Additionally, the Corporate Information was cordially provided along with the gentle reminder of the posted “Yellow” signs that stated our in-store policy on valued items, such as Lysol Disinfectants spray, especially during this Endemic and Flu Season. This policy was implemented based on our unique location as well as the immediate need(s) of our local community.We strive to consistently uphold our assurance of a working environment that is free from all types discrimination and harassment for our employees and we also want every patron to feel safe and welcomed, especially here at Store #11327. If the need still remains, we cordially ask that you re-visit our avenues of addressing your in-store concerns, amicably rather than promoting a seeming form of defamation towards our highly valued employees. The Assistant manager TIM BROWN was rude and aggressive with his approach towards me while trying to figure out if there was a limit on their Lysol that was in stock. PAUL the head manager witnessed his assistant manager being very rude and apologized while TIM BROWN was blurting out the CVS corporates number and as well as his employee ID#. I verbalized to Paul I hope he does something about his so called assistant manager because that is not how you treat any customer. There are so many people losing jobs right now and TIM BROWN actions exudes if he didn't need a job. #CVSCORPORATE #NASTYRUDE
