Went in about 1145pm to get some ibuprofen, a chocolate milk and my co-driver a cup of coffee. I drive an 18wheeler. We were doing driver swap. The 2 young ladies looked at me like they were displeased I was even there. I went on around to make the cup of coffee and in the middle of making the coffee one spoke up and said no cash, only card. I explained that I only had cash and asked how long before I'd be able to check out. She advised me they were in shift change and that the cashiers drawer had already been swapped and the next shift would be there to clock in at midnight. NEVER have I ever heard of swapping drawers before the next shift cashier is even at work, let alone doing so and then limiting customers ability to pay with cash. Corporate needs to get a handle on this. I can't even imagine how many other people were treated like this. I will NEVER turn my truck back into the driveway of this establishment again. As a truck driver I cannot afford to wait to check out at a CONVENIENCE store bc people don't want to do their jobs. How is this store even being run like this.

This place needs serious evaluations. The second time, i bought a burrito that was rotten. I understand one mistake but two separate occasions? I won't be stopping here again. Horrible attitudes from the staff, not to mention disrespectful.

Horrible service, business is treated like a kindergarten classroom. No customer service and people have extreme attitudes up there. One specific cashier would not allow me to get a certain item because someone had called DIBS on it out of line. I was going to purchase item but was told I could not and that the item that I wanted was going to go to the lady that called DIBS. Absolutely crazy and definitely furious about it.

If I could rate no stars I would. Very disrespectful boy named Richard was working tonight. 1-28-2020. No greeting. When I would ask a question he wouldnt answer. When I would say "thank you" he would make a disapproval noise. I have never been treated more disrespectful from a yesway employee than I was tonight.
