This is the best Dollar General!!! Everytime I walk through the door I feel welcome. A new manager took over and she is fantastic! The manager is so full of energy and is always working hard and helping. All of the workers are polite, friendly, helpful, and always in pleasant moods.

They’re always out of everything but the carts are always full and just can’t seem to make it on the shelves so I started going to the one in Acedemy,Tx and it’s like night and day everything is always stocked and they go above and beyond to help you it’s incredible

I've lived out here for 3 years so I've gotten to know most of the employees and they're all usually very kind and helpful except the new lady that came from Cameron. She constantly disappears and then you end up standing their waiting for several minutes and she tries to blame it on others who aren't there. She thinks she's to go to work there yet she works there so she should do her job. Nobody is to good to work somewhere!

So they never have anything stocked up, cool I can deal with that. They remodeled the store I was excited, until they removed everything black people use in the hair care aisle. I can’t go get anything from this store that I use as a black person. Thanks for letting me know where black people stand.

Conny really keeps it going quickly!! She’s a hard worker and really has great customer experience!! Her staff is friendly and extremely helpful! We call it a mini Wally World because they have just about everything a person needs in this small town called Rogers, Texas. Items are always well stocked along with a variety to choose from.AND there’s not one time myself or other customers are asked to shoe an ID for tobacco products and such. I appreciate them doing their job to keep it Legal here in Central Texas. Good job Conny and her crew! Keep them smiles going!

It seems Dollar General stores (in general in this area) are in GREAT need of managers and staff who possess organizational skills. Both stores I have visited are so cluttered, merchandise on floors, stocking bins/racks block the isles, and over all helter-skelter.. The people are friendly, but the stores are a mess.

This place is a mess. There is always stuff in the way. It could be way more convenient if there weren't carts in the way of everything. The staff is always nice though! Never had a problem with any of them.

Poor customer service! As a regular DG customer, I never have issues shopping and using their digital coupons but the store in Rogers, Texas was a terrible experience. They would not honor the current coupons and had no idea how to use them. The manager was rude and untrained in store management. Left the store without my items and frustrated!

Christmas things that to should be marked down was notified don't believe snow flakes and snowmen have anything to do valtines so I left all the chrismas things on the counter

Had an item I wanted on sale but they did not have enough to get it, they had Pepsi's on sale but did not have enough to get the discount, this is not the first time it has happened today
