Isaiah was by far the best technician that I have ever had! Very professional in all manner. He was very detailed in explaining why the issue had manifested and in demonstrating (with measured numbers compared to normal readings) how the issue effected our systems. He was very candid in revealing repair options and costs related to suggested repairs. There was never a hint of pressure and he did his best to ID the warranty of the systems. I could not be more pleased!

Had a scheduled maintenance appointment. The service technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, efficient and made sure I knew everything he was doing. The service was done at our condo in Rockport. We were not there so the technician had to go to the office to get access. The scheduled visit was between 1:00 and 5:00, but the office closes at 3:00 and Sigwald made sure that they adjusted the time. Great feedback on the service performed .

I was glad that Sigwald still has local roots even though it was acquired by Beyer Boys. Thanks to Isaiah & Steve! The preventative maintenance inspection found a couple of items that could be remedied by us without additional service. It was nice to not feel like we were upsold repairs not needed just yet. Isaiah started the heating system check, found a 2nd filter in the intake that we had never discovered after purchasing the property. He said this will improve system efficiency since we only need 1 filter in the attic unit. He advised that due to the limited clearance in the attic, he requested Steve return to finish the check since he could not safely access the attic unit. Steve arrived same day, finished the check up and recommended some maintenance on a the dryer part. He said in the future, It would need to be replaced, but we could hold off for now.

It was my husband's decision making. As he knows all about air conditioning but was not here at the time . He felt like the prices were too high. And should have said that up front. He came out on Saturday late evening and replaced my thermostat and got my ac going again. Will definitely ask for him in the future. Called the company and advised that our system s working fine but is putting out dirt particles since it has not been serviced in some time. On 2/27/23 Technician came out promptly ( 2 stars for that). He removed the cover from one unit and showed me the dirt. He then went into a discussion of what needed to be done and claimed that a replacement of the whole system was the best way to go. He did nothing else to the units. He gave me the impression that is is a big job he did not want to do ! A sales guy called a few days later saying he was in the area. I was unavailable for a few weeks but never heard from them again. I guess he realized that the cost of a replacement system is a bit larger that the labor cost of cleaning my working system. I still was charges $ 120 for the "no work" information call. Your people know their jobs but are unmotivated and lazy. I found another company who cleaned all the units at a reasonable price. I am taking my money and your reputation every ware else.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Siegwald took my call on a mid Saturday afternoon. I was out of town but had guests in the condo where the AC was not blowing cold air. We told the dispatcher on the phone we needed same-day service for the comfort of our guests. The tech Isaiah called within two hours and informed me of his schedule. He kept me updated and arrived early. He diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and had it fixed in short order. He communicated well and was professional. The Beyer Boys were amazing from the moment we called. Our A/C went out early in the evening. After one company failed to show up we called the Beyer Boys at 10 P.M.. They apologized they couldn't get a technician out until the morning, which was understandable given the time.Jose showed up promptly at the scheduled time and easily found the issue. Had the part on hand and installed. He made sure the everything was working properly inside the house, attic and outside the house.Jose and the whole company were very professional and empathetic to our situation.
