We were in Rockport Texas for the winter and needed to leave our border collie, Lady on several occasions. They took excellent care of her every time we dropped her off. She would run towards the door when we got there so we knew she loved it as well. Also had her groomed there and they did an excellent job. Big play yard and excellent staff.

Great place! My dog is dog-reactive and they work with him. They make sure to keep him in a separate room. The staff is very nice and friendly. The first time they did and amazing job! This most recent time my dog wasn’t trimmed as I would have liked and they let me take him back the next day to fix. The facility itself is very clean and taken care of. There is a glass window for you to watch your dog be groomed as well as cameras that show you the other dogs that are being held in separate kennels. They also have super cool add ons in addition to grooming. Things such as teeth brushing, facials, and more!

Awesome do it yourself dog wash! It's basically like a car wash where you select soap, conditioner, flea, rinse, etc, and turn the dial. It has a high and low power blow dryer as well. My dog hates bath time but seems to not be bothered by this one.It is $10 (cash only) for 10 minutes.

Brought in my two tabbies to get their talons trimmed. Fast, efficient, didn't even notice they were gone it was so quick. The kitties were not upset.Will use them again!

My Pom Yorkie went to Salty Dog for a much needed hair cut and she got the best grooming she has ever had. They are very reasonably priced, very polite, and were quite thorough. My little lady is a senior citizen and they even asked about medical conditions and what to do if they can't reach me. I know she's in good hands when she's there. We'll definitely be back!

Trusted beyond a shadow of a doubt.🙏❤️👍In addition, their prices are fair and reasonable.Salty Dog has a fantastic staff. I have used their services for nearly 20 years. All of our dogs are excited and happy to go there whether it's for a playdate, grooming, or overnight kenneling. None have ever shown signs of anxiety upon arrival. Amazing atmosphere was wonderful with my dog! My dog is a Yorkie love their selection of dogs to play with my Yorkie. He made great friends! Would definitely come back and recommend people who need doggie daycare or pet sitting!! 🤗🤗😁😁😁😜😜😊😊

We are new in town. So thankful to have been told about Salty Dog. My dog absolutely loves going here. She gets excited when she knows we’re on our way. Staff is excellent!! Place is exceptionally clean. Awesome services! And great prices! Lots of extras too!!I was so pleased to know they verify vaccinations before excepting our dog. Means they will not be transmitting things we don’t want. Thank you Salty Dog! Y’all are the VERY best!! I know my fur baby is happy so I am too! 💝

I took my Dog Yahtzee to get groomed today. I took her in on my way to work and was greeted by the nicest ladies. I told them to do the same cut as usual and headed to work. My daughter picked her up for me when she was ready. Brought her to my office and she looked awful. She looked nothing like she did the last two times I took her. I called and spoke to Nicole and told her that I was not happy. She told me to bring her back and they would touch her up. So my daughter took her back. They wanted her to pick out an attachment number. Really?? She showed them a picture of the last time she was groomed and I had already told them I wanted the same cut as last time. The groomer came out and was very rude to my daughter. So rude that my daughter refused to ever go back there again. I called and spoke to Heather, the manager, she told me that they needed better instructions and that my daughter was very rude…….. I will be finding another groomer because this place is not what it use to be. If they treated my daughter this way…….how do they treat my sweet dog??

My rescue dog Mabel goes from a Short. hair dog like a lab to some kind of a coat of hair that floats in the air and is very thick.So I take her in there they give her a Bath clean all of that out trimmer from head to toe and do it within about 3 hours and charged. My $80.I'll be back.

They have boarded my dog previously and they are our current groomer and we've been very happy with them. They also have classes for the dogs like training, gym, agility, and puzzles and it's awesome. Mine went last week for the first time for the gym class. He is a weenie about to be 10 so we want him to get more exercise to help with his strength and avoid too many back pains he sometimes gets. The staff have always been pleasant and the office is nice. There is a window in the office where they are grooming animals as well as a TV monitor on the wall displaying the live feed cameras.

We've been taking our Shitzu here for grooming since she was a puppy. They do a wonderful job. I love that they don't take all day and leave her crated for hours before they groom her. Typically, she's in and out in 3 hours or less.

They seem to like to pick and choose when it comes to the pets they want there. Was turned away before giving my pet a chance. He was there for only 3 hours and was pretty much turned away from being boarded there. Went to shady oaks kennels, and my pet is totally different. He plays with other dogs, and his anxiety has gone down tremendously. He goes to daycare and was boarded with great responses from the staff.

I take my babies for nail trims at this location. They are quick, take walk-ins for nail trimming and prices are very reasonable. Love the wash station just outside on the porch.

The station itself is fine, but if it’s a typical hot Texas day - be prepared to sweat up a storm - the area has little to no ventilation so it gets hot in their quick.
