This was my first time visiting Robstown, and I decided to make a stop at the local Sonic for some coffee and water. I ordered them through the app, with both drinks having quite a few custom instructions. The staff here got the order exactly as I had asked. The carhop, Sandra, was very kind and introduced herself as she brought my order to the car, and was very patient and friendly despite working outside in the 102°F August Texas heat. I’ve been to dozens of Sonics and never had a carhop do that before. Small things like the way Sandra interacted with her customers make a huge difference at an otherwise consistent chain. She offered exceptional, friendly customer service while handing me my order. All of my customizations were correctly followed and brought to my car in a very timely manner. This Sonic is very efficient, and Sandra did a great job contributing to the overall efficiency and experience I had while visiting Sonic here in Robstown!Parking: Small sonic, fewer spots than normal. Very crowed at 4pm on Wednesday. Can’t back out of spots because of the drive through line.

I have gone on several occasions and ordered drinks before 11 a.m...All large drinks are 99 cents BEFORE 11 A.M. I have been charged full price for these drinks and I question the cashier as to why I am getting charged full price if they are supposed to be 99 cents..one employee on one occasion lied and told me drinks were not on sale anymore..I still continued to go back..today I went again but before the girl charged me I questioned the price once again. She told me that they were only on sale from 2-5..so I questioned her as to why there is a flyer at the drive thru window saying large drinks 99 cents..so she responds to me that I should of told her before..I responded that she's the employee and should know that..so she just said oh well I already charged you and I can do nothing now..Employees need more training and ARE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THESE THINGS..I KNOW I HAVE BEEN OVER CHARGED ATLEAST $25 ON THE SEVERAL OCCASSIONS I BEEM THERE..and it makes me wonder how many other people have they overcharged..That is not right to not know this and continue to overcharge people on a daily basis..Bad training and doesn't look good on the manager and their responses are not helpful or professional..

Sonic in Robstown 🤮 You don’t want to see the rest of our food. I called to have it remade and a girl name Krista hung up on me. The hot dog was like rubber all the fries, onion rings, and popcorn chicken were so soggy. Then to top it off they refused to remake drinks and fries that were sitting at my house while I waited 30 minutes for them to remake the food. Manager said $10 credit on $49 order!

This is the smallest Sonic I've ever been to, and it only has a few drive-in stalls, but I think they should get a bit more training, because it is also the slowest Sonic I've ever been to. I thought it was just the first time I went and just had some bad luck with the timing of anew employee, but it has been every single time I've been there. I always preorder before going and check in when I get there, but it has taken about 15 minutes to get a Route 44 Sweet Tea three separate visits in a row to this location . The carhops are not rude, however they do seem to be nervous and without any experience. Maybe they have new employees working that just need a bit more time to learn what's going to work the best for them.

JAN 2024Just received a call for card fraud. Someone made a $72 purchase thru the SONIC app in FL. And then tried to use it again later. Check your card history. Stay safe y'all.2023Never know what time this place is open. But today I sat in the drive thru for 15 min. And they can't say they weren't open yet because there was someone else ahead of me and they got their order. After 15 min I drove to the window and waited another couple minutes but still nothing.

The drive in & park offers the classic yet a flash of the past going back to the mid 60's we were really enjoying the classic cars that were being driven by insane punks high on dope totally showing no regard for the safety of the children who were playing and frollickin around one minute & screaming & running for there lives as these teenagers were doing there best to maul & dismember these precious little bundles of joy with there classic beauties reaching speeds of about 85mph while smoking crack & pcp and bath salt & ramming other cars as they were of no value to no one . When are waitress brought are food she was ran over by a 1960 Plymouth belvedere driven by a kid who having a grand maul seizure in the back seat with no one behind wheel all 7 passengers were in the back seat or clinging to wipers or whatever they could grasp while doing 97 mph in reverse there was blood & slaughter all-over everything this place isn't suitable for me nor my family but would love to send my mother in law's.

Was here 40 minutes for two drinks & An order of tots & still had me waiting. Service is usually good but today they can't not say they we're busy because everyone was getting there order but us. Never ever will go back to this location again.

Visiting from College Station,Texas. Service was quick, employees kind, well kept and clean. The outdoor eating space was very clean, our family of eight enjoyed it. Our food was hot and fresh, we’ll definitely stop the next time we visit. The chicken is fresh by the way. - “There’s always room for improvement” Great Job team!

Just No! Besides missing my kids drinks, they gave me everything we asked for. No customer service issue as far as I can say. But this Sonics food is just plain PLAIN! I’ve never tasted so much food with no flavor. And the mozzarella sticks were very oily. I asked for Mayo on my burgers and got a dot worth. This was all a wast of my money, totally not worth it.

Very bad service ordered a oreo sonic blast. All I got was vanilla ice cream with a half a spoon of oreos. Went to complain to the manager. With A bad attitude handed the money to another employee and would not listen to my complaint. Went down the street to dairy queen where it was a whole lot better.

Just picked up an order and a year later they're still getting them wrong. We were missing an order of fries. My cherry coke tastes like carbonated water and my food (4 burgers and sides) were all shoved into one bag. The best part was when the 2nd carhop handed me my drink carrier really fast and my hand went into the root beer float. Food is normally great as is the customer service but not today. I keep coming here because it's closer than Calallan and I like to shop/spend locally.

Nice & clean location! Stopped for breakfast while driving through. Had a Croissant & a burrito. They were extremely salty, had to throw them away. Maybe the cook salted them twice by accident? Tried to call the GM Sandra on the receipt, no answer. Now I know why all the other breakfast places were packed.

Pressed the button waited 5 to 10 minutes was parked right in front, people inside with their masks under chins, multiple workers talking and standing around. Then when light on button went off they told us to go through drive through, then when we started order a shake they said no ice cream, then we said coffee, no coffee... so just a waste of time...

THANK YOU TO THIS SONIC LOCATION. After being extremely disappointed at another restaurant ordering food, getting notified it was ready and then driving to show up only to be told that it would be another hour and 45 minutes if we still wanted it. Extremely satisfied that they allowed us to order and exceeded our expectations.

Good service and drinks, but the actual food leaves a lot to be desired. Such as overly greasy and salty food. However, this specific location isn't particularly special, and simply in line with the standards of Sonic more generally.

I'm up from the south visiting family, and I'd say the young lady on drive-thru showed what we'd call southern hospitality back home. About every place I've stopped at so far has been pretty rude and short except this sonic. I think her name was Hannah? She was very obviously new but she was nailing it on my full cars ridiculous order. Lol this store is training a rising star right.

Service is slow people are lazy they give one napkin for 2 combos they clearly can't read an order since every single time somthing is missing. And I waited in the drive thru for 22 mins then they wanna argue about how long it was. Foods good tho when it's right heads up to the cook he's the only one that is worth anything. But unless u got an hour to kill waiting on these morons to learn to read then come outside with just your food none of the condiments then go all the way back an bring one pack.

Everything was good other then the drive thru workers. The female working there and handing out food tried to hand a "Ocean Breeze" drink to 4 other people before us. It wasnt theirs or ours.
