Very bad customer service from manager, did not wanted to accept a coupon I had I order and toldThe lady in the intercom i had a coupon said I couldn’t use, manager cameTo the intercom and told meIn a high tone of voice couldn’t use it and putting words i never said. I cancel my order and left. Was driving to San Antonio and stop at the next Burger king did the same thing order in the intercom and told them i had the coupon and very nice people accepted my coupons never stop in Burger from Riviera Texas management is terrible.

This place is run down and dirty. Bathrooms haven't been serviced properly in years and the floors need some serious help throughout the customer area of the store. The drink/condiment area was super dirty, and there were no napkins, so I grabbed the big roll of bathroom paper towels that was sitting next to the register and cleaned it off for those coming behind me. The customer service was also not great. The Impossible Whopper was tasty but overcooked. Best part was the fries. This place could be so much better without much effort put to the critical things like food prep, common area and bathroom cleanliness, and regular maintenance of the facilities.Vegetarian options: They have the Impossible Whopper! That counts for something at least.Parking: Parking is not a problem and it's close by the Sunoco for additional parking if it were needed.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't think wheelchairs would have a good time in here given the amount of fixed line queue rails.

It is very sad how much potential this place has but they keep hiring/keeping employees that act dignified or superior than those that they serve. You may have one person trying to be better but you drive to the window or walk up to the counter and you can see the frustration of the battling noncooperation of others. OWNER: At minimum - Do better. Be involved. If you cannot make the change than be drastic. What is the worst than can happen? Your business turn to poop?! It's already there...

It's 1038 Sunday and they did not even say we're sorry we are closed, even so, they still could have served us,, they heard us and turned off lights on us through drive thru. It was rude two vehicles there a truck and car. But no type of any customer service. Dinning rooms closed at 10 but drive thru at 11? Doesn't make sense for this particular business, poor management obviously, needs to be looked into by supervisor of this location of how ever many more they monitor.
