Well...DOLLAR GENERAL IS A VERY COOL STORE HERE ON BUS83. WHY?BECAUSE everytime I need help...employees go out of their way to help me find it...i know through internet when specials or I'm even told when I'm there. I'm always greeted as soon as I come in. The only little issue for the four stars is because sometimes regular priced items are placed with special or % off items... Only reason. Service is great!

Dollar General is a very cool place to shop in terms of small household items and food , i wish they wouldn't switch the layout so often as I have a difficult time finding everything I need since the stores are layed out differently. I love the little chargers and headphones section up front where you could get cheap extra phone chargers. PS you make it way too easy to shoplift as you don't have much staff keeping an eye out as often as they should

The staff is the best here. They are so friendly and helpful. The store is not the neatest, but they are always so busy that its kinda understandable. Maybe if they add another person to shifts the employees wouldnt be spread out so thinly. Again, they always have great customer service and are very personable.

Good prices and.good staff. One thing they didn't have was eyelash curlers lol but other than that. Alot of cool stuff for the yard and garden (decorations).

Nice to have in our little town of Rio Hondo. We are 30 minutes from the closest big box stores so good to have this. Polite and quickly open a second register if anyone is waiting.

Manager is not professional, lacking phone etiquette and in need of vast amounts of customer service training which should have her considering a new line of work where customer service is not a requirement.

Little bit of everyday needs $ However, despite fact there is wheelchair parking outside, wheelchairs and walkers are not navigable inside store. Workers don't wear gloves nor masks.
