I ordered a small window unit online only because they aren't for sale at the store ( only during summer.) I received an email that my order had arrived earlier than expected. Pick up was super fast. The employee offered to help me .

Recently got an oil change and the check off list that they supposedly performed on my car was incorrect. You did not fill my wiper fluid. I didn’t have wiper fluid in my car. I drive out of town and rely on this to remove the dead bugs off my windshield. I had to stop at a gasoline station and purchase some to refill myself. Label doesn’t even make sense.

Worst Walmart stores I’ve ever visited are in South Texas. Horrible customer service , employees seemed annoyed when you ask for help and only Walmart anywhere I’ve been to where they don’t let you come in the store negroe it officially closes …. Houston, Louisiana , Washington , NY I’ve walked in with 3 minutes prior to closing and they welcome me , this one ? 15 minutes before closing and a guard at the door letting people out manually opening and closing the door has turned me down in several occasions with more than 15 minutes left.Obviously not putting the customer’s needs first at all.

I'm canadian and boy do I love walmarts in the US. The frozen section in this store however didn't have the greatest selection other than that this place is great. Everything's bigger and better in Texas.

Once again, I am completely satisfied with the curbside service that was provided to me. Nelly was my attendant, who by the way I had never met BUT was super cool, generous and respectful as she not only delivered my items but also helped me load everything into the back of my SUV. Thank you Nelly!

Im staying in the area of falcon heights and had ordered a tire for my car and was trying to get through almost all the extensions provided in the menu for about 45 minutes and no answer!! Went to walmart, dtove an hour so they could tell me the tire wasnt there yet!! What a waste of my time!! Next time i know where im NOT getting my tires!!🙄🙄🙄

this is a good place but the employees there and just not it I was walking around with a group of friends and there was this employee following us everywhere we would go we would try to get away from the employee and the employee kept on looking at us and saying things to her walkie-talkie and we just bought 3 things and left because we didn’t like that she was following us we were going to go back and confront her but we didn’t because we saw the police outside so I think they thought that we were stealing so I don’t really like this place because of the employee.

Store scanners are gone and some of us don't have good cell phone reception inside the store to use the app, what a pitty. I feel like I'm bothering every time I ask an employee to check a price because not all of them are friendly, some look at you and say " you can scan it using the app".....

Good people. Easy. Good prices.EDIT: Changed my original 5 star review to 3 just for the wait time. If you so anything besides a basic oil change, youll probably wait 2 hours+. It seemed to me that the sheer amount of customers they have to attend with their small staff forces them to flush out the easier, faster services first, disregarding order of arrival.Aside that, the attention is good, the services remain worth it for the time sacrifice one makes.Keep in mind that my wait time didn't include the wait in line because this time I was there 7 AM sharp to avoid long lines, I was the first one, yet other people after me were done before I was.

I went twice today. I did my Halloween shopping and when it was time to check out the young lady was so kind and very helpful. I left and had to go back to return something I had just bought and the people at customer service were quick and very kind. Over all both trips, the employees and store were enjoyable.

Walmart has been lacking for sometime now. There are hardly any carts when entering, also there are very rude cashiers such as Rocio who we kindly asked to find someone to attend to us at the jewelry section which by the way was nobody at site and took mostly 25 minutes to get someone to attend us. Also the lack of registers that are not open also pro longs your wait in line. Looks like I don't enjoy going to Walmart anymore.

Wide variety of items, and simple layout makes coming to this Walmart an easy experience. This place could benefit from getting a few more stockers to improve productivity. Overall great place

Not a bad place, cashiers aren't ever rude but you can tell when some are bored or socially shy which is no big deal. Some things aren't in order 100 % of time but due to customers. Pretty clean and they just got self checkout lanes so much easier to go in a hurry.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It has the worst service I have ever seen. You call and no one ever answers. You keep on calling until finally someone answers then you ask to get transfer to a specific department and no one answers, bakery or customer service doesn't answer the calls no matter ow many times you ge transferred.
