Store is really improving, no out of stocks, great customer service and flow, and the new staff sure are on a roll. Restrooms clean and food looks delicious. Sure prices are high but that honestly everywhere right now. Keep it up new staff y'all doing good and it shows

Stripes in Alto Bonito, Tx. Joanna served their customer above and beyond their call of duty. No salads were available, I requested one, and she provided a salad for me since I always eat salads there.

I went there to purchase a chicken fajita plate and it was seriously Not worth the 9 bucks! the service was good but the food was extremely salty and very undeserved. Management needs to seriously step up and address this issue.. 😒

Bought diesel than went in for a barbecoa burrito. I pointed to one in the glass and the rude woman walked off and grabbed one from somewhere else. When I got the chance to eat it a few minutes later the meat was dry and disgusting. Don’t let her walk away and get you something. Point to what you want and don’t settle for anything else. Let them have their stale nasty food

Service is horrible, staff are rude and not informative the lady that served me my food was doing it in a bad manner and didn’t even show her name tag (for obvious reasons) card reader wasn’t even working and when asked they seemed bothered by the question had to pay cash.. if they wouldn’t have let me known last minute about the card readers I wouldn’t have even wasted my time there, next time I will take my business elsewhere definitely do not recommend this stripes

Horrible customer service at the Rio grande locations. The manager and district manager both avoided to speak to me as a customer while the rude cashier explained that the prices were wrong on the product.

Food was good, but i asked a lady to put a gordita to toast and she made a face like if it was going to be a lot of work, well they gave my husband his tacos but she never prepared my gordita, when we were ready to pay they asked her about it and she made a bad face again, i told her never mind i dont want it anymore, i was afraid it would make me sick since she was going to make it in a bad manner. Her name was Soki or Choky . Im sorry lady, but if a customer asks for something in a good polite way, there is no need for those kind of expressions, Stay home if you dont want to work.

So the food lady was makin some badass tacos for someone😀..idk who cuz the lady before me thought they were for her..but the food lady said no😞...so then it was my turn..i asked for a plate...its 10am and they had some carne guisada..she said i only have for tacos😶...so i asked for some picadillo"plate"..same reply..only have for tacos..😱😠😡.wow i guess only her fiends or whoever..gets good tacos..but i couldnt get a plate..thanks food lady.👍..im a trucker..where im goin..there is no place to buy food nearby...will deff be excited to stop here again!!😒👎
